I went here for my first time after being curious about it for months. Things to note. Quantity is roughly the same as subway as far as bun size, but it has a lot more meat. This is no doubt a carnivores idea of subway. So if u expect healthy and veggies and yonre basically a carbiphobe, I dont recommend it. If you are the meat loving, cheese, saucy loving type, then you will feel right at home. The meet is much higher quality then subway, all of it tastes like it was just freshly sliced, and steam cooked right when you come in. Lot of subway meats taste dry n without juice. I enjoyed it, not too steep priced for most. I recommend everyone try it atleast once. Oh n make sure u get the large sub, its twice the sub for only two more bucks, u can share the half or save it for later

Good subs. Higher price for a slightly smaller sandwich than you would get at many other chains- not sure if the sandwich flavors fully support this price hike, although the meats and breads are fairly good quality. But the customer service is always excellent, and my husband raves about the complimentary hot sauce bar.

Ive loved Firehouse since they first opened in Florida. The fact that there are now Utah locations is great news! They serve great hot subs. So tasty and better than other normal sub shops like "Subtown" and "Jimmy James". If you want to love a subs shop, go to Firehouse now.

Firehouse makes the best subs hands down. If you havent eaten here, you havent experienced a real sub before. I always get the Italian and ask for a little extra Italian dressing for flavor. The hero is also really good and will fill you up!

Slow, expensive for what you get, food isnt very good and looks NOTHING like the picture. I know food seldom looks like the pic but this was so far off I thought I had the wrong sandwich.

I usually really enjoy Firehouse Subs. Today (perhaps this location) I wasnt as pleased as usual. Hopefully it was just a one off experience and their service is better regularly.

Great place to go if you want a quick, filling sub. Their hot sauce selection is unmatched. Its worth eating in if you have the time, the restaurant has a fun firehouse vibe.

Their hot steamy subs will fill you up with joy. Dont forget about the sides and you have to try the lime aid put in 2 limes and 1 lemon. Also the New York steamer is quite good.

If the sandwich is made right, it a great sandwich. If rushed or an inept employee, a bland sandwich. Hit or miss, but 4 out of 5 times, its a great sandwich.

Their thinly sliced meats seem to be stored in some kind of au jus-y liquid, resulting in dripping wet, nearly flavorless subs. Pass.
