I have never had a bad experience at this Panda Express. The employees are always so well put-together and greet us as we walk in the door. They are very patient as we decide what we want. I ordered chow mein, orange chicken, and sweet-fire chicken. The chow mein was delicious and I could tell that it was a fresh batch. The employee gave me a ton of orange chicken in my to-go box (I didnt think it was possible to have too much orange chicken!) and the sweet-fire chicken was very fresh and not overcooked. Thats something that I appreciated, that they didnt overcook the entrees so they werent tough and hard to chew. The whole food ordering process from walking in the door to check-out took less than 3 minutes! The employee was fast but not rushed, so bonus for him. The dining area is exceptionally clean. I watched people come in who had ordered online and they always had the food ready for them. Those customers were in and out within 2 minutes. Excellent freshly made food, clean atmosphere, and great customer service!

Ive always had good experiences here, probably because I often order online then go pick it up - Makes it a lot quicker! I never have to wait in line or wait for food to be cooked, its always been ready at the time specified. Im in & out in 2 minutes. In rare insidences when I do have to wait, they always accommodate me by giving me a free beverage for the inconvenience. The only complaint I do have is they usually forget to add fortune cookies with my order - I dont care for them, but my fiancé loves them & we enjoy reading our fortunes to each other. Isnt that part of the Chinese food experience? Other than that, Ive always had great food & service. The employees are nice, professional & always look well put together - Which is a big plus, especially for people handling food.

We originally went to Panda Express 15 minutes before closing , and after ordering $16.00 worth of food it was thrown in the trash. First we were told that they were out of the chicken that we wanted, then after changing our orders the rice was completely undercooked and hard , as well as the chow mien. The orange chicken was hard , and we ended up throwing away all of it. I called the next day and asked to speak to a manager about replacing our meals and was told that the manager wasnt there today and so I explained what had happened to Ana the enployee on the phone and she gladly took care of everything and told me I could come get replacement meals, I went in and she helped us out and apologize for our experience . Overall happy and greatful for ANA service .

This Panda Express is generally pretty good. Food has always been delicious. Have both been through Drive-Thru as well as dining inside. The staff is pretty friendly, however have noticed discrepancies or missing items in my order during the dinner rush. Also, the lobby inside kind of doesnt seem to get attention during lunch or dinner time and gets a little bit messy. Bathrooms also dont seem very clean. However, I usually come through Drive Thru which usually isnt too bad and for the most part I always get the items that I order. Overall, would still recommend.

Every time I order online from this place, they never have my order ready when I get there. I stand in line to pick up my order and it seems like I am always the last person to get service. I order online so I can get in and out quicker, but end up waiting to get my food until the very end. They also seem to always mess up my order as I never get what I specifically ordered online. There are friendly staff there but they need to some what get it together to get the online orders done quicker and correct. I dont think I will be coming back here anymore!

I come here often, being as its right down the street from where i live. I always get great service. The staff is always so friendly. And today, instead of giving me the last bit of the chow mein, which they could have there was enough, she gave me the first bit of the new batch. Last time i came it was a group of 5 of us. We were here close to closing time. And instead of throwing the food away, they asked us if we wanted any. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that likes panda.

Bad portion size. Not consistent. When "certain group of people" come they get extra big portion size. I have seen it. I have been here many times to witness this. But then when mine or other peoples turn come, they get really small portion. Please treat customers equal. Never go to this location. Get rid off the management. Cannot believe portion size racism still happening. I will never go here again.

My family and I went in to panda at 7:30. Which is an hour before closing. First of all, right off the bat they told us that we could only buy what they had there. Which was about half of the variety. Secondly it seems like a strategy of theirs is to drop the temperature to about 50 degrees to get people to not want to stay. My girls kept complaining about how cold it was.

I enjoy the food, but for some ridiculous reason, 4 out of 5 times we got food, they neglected to put sauce on or include sauce for the teriyaki chicken. I really dont ever complain about things, but seriously....if you dont get the teriyaki sauce then it is literally just plain chicken.

Panda express disapointed us very much, well this location at least, they said they would open at 11:30, we go in and they are barely cooking everything, they didnt have anything ready. Very bad looking for the bussines, they said they wouldnt have the food ready until 30 mins more

Super nice service. Especially Tony. He was really nice to get the shrimp that I wanted out so that I could be on my way. Even those what I wanted wasnt ready and I was in a hurry I didnt mind because everyone there was so nice and trying to get me what I needed. Great service.

Walked in to a nasty employee picking food out of her teeth while trying to serve me food, second employee was standing around cluelessly while there was a massive line. Employee Ana gave me the wrong order three times and overcharged me

The food was freshly made; the mixed veggies were still crunchy and the orange chicken was moist instead of dry and chewy. Service was prompt and efficient, and the building and tables were clean. A good representation of Panda Express.

No customer service with a smile, no thinking things thru when it comes to having to wait for food. If its going to be 8 mins before you get your order , make the whole plate fresh, instead of having half the food sit in a warmer.

Ever since they went with smaller to go boxes, its a ripoff! They put the rice in front main area and the meat in the tiny back spaces. RIP OFF! If you want great Chinese food go to a real Chinese restaurant.

Old food after 9pm, staff who didnt want to make any food. So everything they had was old and they fought me every time I wanted anything not old. Worst food I have ever gotten from panda
