I usually make the drive to the Olive Garden in Sandy instead of Murray because of the great service and nice building. Today was not a good experience at all. My husband and I were on a date night. We were seated in a booth with only two ladies in front of us. After they had left we got our appetizer and our waitress asked if we would like our food five minutes later so we agreed. As we were eating the tables next to us were being set up for a large group of thirteen or more. Our waitress came back with our all you can eat soups and salad. She then made comments about the big party coming in. She asked my husband if he wanted another drink even though he had a full glass because of how busy she would be. She then also went and got the check for us before we even started eating the meal. She made the comment if we need her she would be in the kitchen with the other tables orders. The large group came in with half young children and a crying baby. The children were banging silver ware on the table and talking very loudly. We tried our best to just eat the meal and leave. It was so loud we couldnt even talk to each other. My waitress was dealing with the other table and unable to be found. I went to the front to look for the manager. I was told she was called but wasnt responding. She then was told again as I waited and my food became colder. When she came up to me she was nice and I explained what the waitress had done and that we had ordered all you can eat, but that I would like to get my food to go. She insisted on moving us to another table and came with me to the booth. She had a few others help. One of them accidentally hit me with the tray as he passed. We then had a big scene of having to move our food. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing. We were then told to pick any table by the manager but the woman with our food set it on a table she chose. We then tried to eat again and our old waitress came over to ask us why we moved and she wouldnt leave. My husband finally said we are quite people who like to eat without the noise. She then finally left and by that time my husband lost his appetite and I just ate the one soup and salad. We also had a man that was working hard come over and tell us that he understood why we moved and that he wouldnt want that for him and his wife. We were never offered anything for this terrible service and the new waitress was uncomfortable to approach our table as if we were bad customers. She only spoke to us a few times and didnt offer to get anything for us. She would only say are you guys doing alright. We waited a while to get our check and have it picked up. It was a very stressful meal. I would never pay for that type of service again. We will not be returning to this establishment.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star, but that is the lowest rating google would let me do.My experience today was horrific to say the least. Terrible service, food was awful, and we were sat at a table that wasnt big enough for the amount of people we had. It was like clown car, restaurant edition. The waiter screwed up my order and then we didnt see him again. Refills on breadsticks, salad, and drinks didnt happen because that would require the server actually do his job and check back with us. I had to track down a busboy to get my check and then I had to again track down an employee to pay my check. I have never been so disappointed in a business like I was tonight. I tipped my waiter, but I really wish I wouldnt have, he didnt deserve it. Thank you Olive Garden for destroying a rare night out. I cried the whole way home because of the money I wasted on you and because of how insignificant you made me feel.

I recently ate at Olive Garden because they offer a gluten free menu and I am gluten intolerant. I ordered Gluten Free Penne Rigate with Marinara and Grilled chicken. The food was delicious, however part way through my meal I found spaghetti in my dish. Olive Garden does not offer a gluten free spaghetti. While their website does state that they cant guarantee that the food is GF, the fact that there was spaghetti in my gf dish means there is very serious cross contamination happening. If they are using the same utensils for gluten free and regular dishes they cant even claim that it is a no gluten item, let alone gluten free. I will not be eating at this Olive Garden again, quite possibly I wont eat at any of their locations.

Our family has been visiting this Olive Garden for many years. Its close to our neighborhood, so the location is perfect. It can get crowded really fast, so be sure to plan ahead either to arrive early or to wait in line. When the restaurant is busy, it is crowded inside making for tight spaces. Apart from that, we love the cozy atmosphere and the food is delicious. Recently they introduced the Ziosk tabletop tablets that allow you to order and pay electronically. While some may find them useful, I found them large, gaudy, and annoying. The wait staff is kind and attentive, so I would much rather enlist their service. Overall, we always have a great time when we visit Olive Garden.

Ordered the chicken parmesan. Been ordering this for years. Received the dish with the sauce meticulously smoothed over the top. Like every bit of surface area. Not too much sauce, just strangely distributed like peanut butter on bread. Zero exposed chicken leaving me with a soggy dish. The spattering of mozzarella was so sparse I was compelled to ask if this was the new norm. Manager got me one to go with "lighter sauce and extra cheese".... Oh god, the extra cheese! Lmao!! I now have a sea of cheese atop what I will assume is chicken. I have pictures. Please let me post the pictures! Lmao!

We like many things on the menu. Sometimes we just want the endless soup and salad. Other times, well go for some of the upper-end dishes. There is a great variety on the menu and some healthy options too. We like the flavors. They are not afraid to fire up the herbs for some good flavor and smells. We went with our newborn and the waitress was quick to accommodate our new needs with the carseat and we needed an emergency class of warm water because our new guy liked the smells of the food around him and decided he was hungry too.

My coworker and i did an online order, i went to pick it up and they ended up forgetting my coworkers order even though i had already paid for both. It was pretty frustrating considering we dont necessarily work close by, I called and spoke to Matt i believe is the managers name, he was so sweet about it and even remade her food and hand delivered her food himself! Ive always loved this location, and now i have reason to love it even more. Talk about going above and beyond for the customer! Great customer service! Thank you!
