We were here earlier around 4:30 pm today. The restaurant was pretty much empty with only a few tables around. We were greeted by Holly who took our drink and appetizer order. After at least around 10 minutes a manager came back with waters that we requested and forgot about one water with no ice for my mother in-law - not a big deal. A few minutes later or other drinks arrived and my beer shake was melted. I could tell it had been sitting there awhile. These drinks were delivered by a server named Garrett who proceeded to take our order. Surprise, surprise when our main food finally arrived, my mother-in-laws burger had the wrong cheese on it (she ordered it with swiss and it arrived with american). My daugter ended up with the wrong item all together. The manager that ran the food to us was prompt in correcting my daughters food, fortunately. Neither Holly, nor Garret did a standard two bite / two minute check back to see if anything was ok. My mother-in-law insisted on not returning her burger but was none-the-less dissatisfied with it. I at this point was appalled. Near the end Holly just dropped our check instead of asking us about dessert. Garret to his credit was nice and attempted to keep us happy with fries refills. The table was not properly prebussed either. This experience was definately not worth the 92 bucks I spent. Even though I am dissatisfied, I still tipped (normally I tip 25% or more) In summary the service here this time was pretty lousy. The servers here are plain incompetant. This review is coming from a server who depends on his job to feed his family.

My family and I went to eat at red Robin for the first time ever, sadly enough though we were treated very poorly. We waited for our dinner for 30 minutes,when we received our food it was cold! The waiter "Zachary" was rude and uncouth, he asked if we wanted steak fries twice and we said yes! He never brought them! Then he asked us if we meant to keep the tip at a blank balance, Umm yes we did!! You never brought our fries out to us (by the way, I am pregnant at 1 c.m.) do we really need that crudeness? Then I had to explain to my children why he was so rude. Will never go back!

The food here is always really good. Unfortunately, when we went the restaurant seemed to be really understaffed. It took the host more than five minutes just to come up to the front and seat us because he was busy serving food and drinks. I only saw two waiters the whole time we were there and quite a few tables were full of people. The service was slower than I would like, but it was to be expected with the lack of staff. The "Burning Love" jalapeno burger was delicious though!

Terrible service. We were told there was a ten minute wait for a table when we walked in even though half the tables were open. Server took forever and gave us the wrong order. Then charged us for the wrong order after we corrected her and she brought us the right order. A bunch of people standing around doing nothing while people need refills on drinks and waiting almost an hour for food. This place is a joke.

place is never really packed so seating and ordering is pretty quick. this one serves fries differently in like a tin cup vs basket like other red robins, but tastes just the same as well as the burger (whiskey river bbq burger, medium) that i normally order. bar has a few big screen tvs to watch sports etc. and close to my work. so a bonus for a good lunch.

Gonna have to give this business a 3 star review here. Why? Well, the food is actually pretty good. So good job, those in the kitchen! Unfortunately, the staff up front isnt very nice or pleasant to deal with. Is it worth good food if you have to deal with terrible people to get it? Only if its out of this world, I think, and maybe not even then.

Ive been eating at RR for about 20 years (not just this one, but in CA and AZ). This one doesnt disappoint. The options are great, the food never is bad and the shakes and endless steak fries are wonderful. Plus the people are really good and caring. Its not health food, but if you want to splurge this is a great place to take the family.

Tried a new burger, BBQ pork & sauce on top of a hamburger patty, lettuce, onions, + . Mmmmmm do good with sweet potato fries. Eryn was our server, NOTHING was too much trouble for her. I would forget two out of four things I needed, then remember only one then I remembered, and she would get it right away. Such GREAT service !!!

I had ordered the mac and cheese burger and the gravy fries, which was amazing by the way, and as I was checking out, they gave me a small cup filled with to-go fries, slightly salted. I am writing this review because that is the best idea ever. It was just the right amount. Thank you for the little cup of fries. Great service!

I have never eaten at a red Robin except when my grandchildren choose it for a birthday or something. Its not my kind of place. They typically have very, very bad service. But not this one. This was the best service I have ever seen at a red Robin. It was actually quite good, hence the 4 Stars. The food was ok.

Great food as usual, short staffed during our visit however thus making dinner a long ordeal. Guess their remodeling the kids game room? got rid of RR traditional helium balloons on favor of a cheaper option, balloons on a stick... Sad for my nephew. Ill keep going back though for the fries and shakes though.

This is a nice Red Robbin. We had a very nice server and I wish I could remember her name. She was even nice when dealing with my difficult sister. Im more taking off one star for the way the food made a few of us feel after all. Maybe being stuffed is a good thing, but it was a little much.

We come to this location often on Sunday afternoons, and we are never disappointed! The food is always great and there service is always friendly! Today, our waitress was Rachel, and she did an amazing job! She was very attentive and helped us have a great lunch.

This is the worst red robin I have ever been to. Period. The manager has a rapport with customers bordering on racism. Literally called our biracial family "you people". Should be closed down. Absolutely. P.S. we had a disabled child at the table.

I can always count on the food being good. Service is typically great; however, today the hostess seemed put out because we wanted a booth in the bar area. She was not the happiest person and didnt seem like she wanted to be working.

As far as I know, Red Robin is the first burger chain to offer a vegan patty option in any of their burgers. That is so appreciated!!! Also, their employees are always friendly, helpful, and energetic - Joseph did a great job.

Terrible, the $13 prime rib sandwich was tasteless and full of fat, not even the au jus could help that mess. I had the jalapeno burger with nothing gourmet about it but the price. First and last time we eat here.
