I have become a regular customer and cant understand where some people complain about the service OR the food. Growing up in Chicago, we had several great choices for Chinese food and found Phoenix to be just the opposite. When we tried Jade Palace, we were truly impressed and it has become the only place we go for high quality Asian cuisine. The servers are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Unlike a hamburger joint, it takes a lot of training to teach the staff about all the items on a Chinese menu and Ive learned a lot from them. We have NEVER had a bad meal there and I strongly recommend you try it for yourself.

We had dinner at the Jade Palace in 3/2015 and again on 2/24/2016. On both occasions the service was great and the food very good. The duck wrap, 2 are enough unless you are very hungry, was excellent and the scallop special in a light pepper sauce was very nice. The barbecue rib appetizer was difficult to eat and that is why we rated the restaurant a 4. Having said that, if you are looking for "Chineese" we recommend the Jade Palace and may see you there because we will be going back.

This restaurant is a nice place with good service. Servers are nice and very friendly. For the food, my main dish Chicken Lo Mein, was way too greasy and there wasnt much chicken or vegetable in it. The restaurant doesnt put much thought into designing their lunch menu. My dish came with noodles and rice on the side. I usually expect the side dish compliments the entree, like salad instead of repeating it. The Wonton soup however was surprisingly good.

This is the best Chinese in the far north regions of Scottsdale in my opinion. The food is always fresh the staff courteous and the restaurant clean. It is an especially good find for lunch never too busy and always sooooo tasty, I have tried most of the traditional dishes, beef and brocoli etc and all were terrific. I do wish the prices were lower but thats not new.

We used to go to the Jade Palace on Scottsdale & Pinnacle Peak several times a month but ever since they relocated to Pima and Pinnacle Peak the food has been bland and flavorless. This last time, I asked for it to be a little spicier and you couldnt even taste any heat. Very disappointing. The service and ambiance is great - the food is just mediocre

Their General Tsao is the best Ive ever had. Been eating here for years their food is the best Chinese food in town. Now that I think about it its the best Chinese food Ive ever had. The atmosphere is a little upscale and the service is great.

Jade Palace has moved its North Scottsdale location, but the food remains some of the best Chinese in the area. Firm dinner - had the spicy eggplant, BBQ ribs, and hot and sour soup. Strongly recommend all three.

Poor meal tonite. Limited menu as the manager started the night off with a list of excuses. There waiters stand over your table waiting to clear off dishes. Food was just ok. Spend your money elsewhere.....
