OVERVIEW - 3.0 In the case of a pending apocalypse get yourself to this Taco Bell ASAP!!! It looks as if it has survived the 90s. The tables contain table scraps that you can live off with a scarcity of food, and above all most the employees look like rather hardened like theyve already survived a previous apocalypse. LOCATION - 5 Located along State Street, is actually a rather decent location. PRICE - 5 The price is the typical Taco Bell price, cheap! PRODUCT/SERVICE - 1 Product was sloppy like most Taco Bells are, and services were poor, and that is using the wording rather politely. From the time we walked in, we stood at the counter for around 5 minutes until some one finally approached us. After making our selection, it took about a good fifteen minutes for them to actually provide our food. By that time, Id downed about three refills of Baja Blast. I also noticed a young man cleaning the tables. I should have timed him, because it honestly felt like he took 10 minutes on each table, and he didnt even clean all of them, nor the one that was behind us that had scattered cheese and a cup. POINTERS/PERKS - 1 Turn around go out the door and find another Taco Bell, and steer clear of the restrooms. Theyre rather gross. EMPLOYEES - 3 Even though customer service is rather horrid, the guy that attended on the register was rather friendly.

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This is literally the worst place to eat at. We live very close by and are night owls. Sometimes we get the late night craving for Taco Bell and since it is so close we tend to head there. Taco Bell is known for being a great late night resteraunt but this restaurant in particular is terrible to go to. We have endured the same night manager night after night, who has thrown our food across the restaurant in front of us. Told us we couldnt have separate orders, because she doesnt want to make two orders. She has repeatedly told us to keep our orders small, because she doesnt want to make lots of food. The tone of voice she uses is terrible. We used to be nightly taco bell customers when we lived in Orem, but now we will drive the extra few miles to the Del Taco down the road, to avoid her because we know she will be working. We again tonight decided to brave it and go there, we were greeted with a rude tone, so bad we decided to cancel our order and go to Del Taco again. I will not be back to this restaurant. Especially because as a Server at a Fine Dining restaurant myself, if I spoke to my customers the way she speaks to hers, I would not have a job or an income because I would not make any tips.

Never order customizations. Out of the... Idk 12 times Ive been there, only once have they ever got my order right. I get simple stuff like value burritos, ore maybe one combo. I work fast food so I understand we are all human and we all make mistakes. But over 90% of the time? Come on. Today for example. I got the fajito burrito they have advertised on the tv. Got three of them with extra cheese. They charged me about 1.60 just for the cheese. Guess what? Not only did I NOT get extra cheese, but there was NO cheese at all. As far as food quality, its fast food. So dont go there expecting 5 star steak in the burritos. Honestly the only thing I recommend, is the soda. Its pretty difficult to screw up soda right?

Went to taco Bell to get a late dinner. They were out of one of the items that we requested which was fine but inconvenient. When we got our order home it was wrong we were missing a chalupa. We went back to get our chalupa and ordered another item. Granted before we left again we should have opened and checked our order. We arrived back home and when we opened our food it was wrong again, we ordered a chicken substitute in our gordita crunch and paid extra for it but when we opened it, it was beef. Really frustrating that two times in one night they messed up our order.

I dont know why I keep going to taco bell lol every time I go I have a bad experience. I always keep track of long Im in line because its always over 20 mins (drive thru, going in takes twice as long) I pulled up at 12:17 and got my food at 12:40. I asked for no tomatoes on my crunch wrap, which she confirmed with me 3 times, still had to pick them off and there was maybe 2 bites in the crunch wrap that had beef in them. I do like taco bell food but Im never going to one again. just horrible. I have pretty much these same issued EVERY SINGLE TIME. not worth it anymore

I placed an order for a cheese quesadilla with the creamy jalapeno sauce on the side. when i received the order there was no sauce on the side, i inform the cashier im missing my side of sauce. he proceeds to tell me i have to pay for extra sauce... i did not order extra sauce, i ordered the sauce that comes with it automatically on the side. instead of trying to explain it over again i just took my order and left but this makes the 2nd time this has happened. i dont make many request but this one is so simple i dont see why it is so difficult to fix.

Pulled up in drive thru and was informed that they were closed for the next 20 minutes (which I find very strange...its 10:30 on a Saturday night). I told them I had an online order. Guy had me wait, talked to his manager, said that they didnt have record of any online order, and that he could show me if I came up to the window. Felt weird about it so I left, but was still charged for the online order that "wasnt there". Something fishy going on there.

Service was terrible. I ordered The Cinnabons and they were disgusting so I ordered them again and they were the same!! The drive through line was absolutely ridiculous. I waited in line for over 15 minutes and realized there was no one there. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but each time I have gone to this location I have been extremely disappointed. I will not return to this location and I dont recommend anyone else does either.

I dont not understand how this place is still open. Just ordered 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos. Its 11:30, no one in the drive-thru and it took 4.5 mins to get my food. The tortilla was old and had been placed in their griller to warm it up as the edges were now crispy and the Rice inside was either not fully cooked or old as it was crunchy in places too. Given this location plenty of chances and this was its last. Gross.

13 minutes in drive thru paid for extra topping that i did not get. I have been in the hospitality business since i was 16 years old. this is a disgrace of a franchisee, And an even bigger disgrace for the taco bell corporation. My firm phylosophy has always been "if you want to prove a point to a business that has failed you, do not complain. Simply dont return to the establishment and they will eventually starve and fail.
