I took my mom, sister, wife and daughter to this place after seeing it on diners, drive ins and dives. I had pretty high expectations for this place, I mean cmon, it was on TV. First impression was that the place wasnt too busy and the owner was not very friendly. We were there around lunch time on a weekday and even though it wasnt very busy, the owner did not speak to us once. We ordered 5 things, their croquettes, chicken and broccoli alfredo pasta (had to pay extra for the chicken), pesto chicken, the steak bean and pesto pizza, and their raspberry cheesecake for dessert. When the food arrived, it was so disappointing. Let me start with the pastas. They were both priced around $11-$13 per plate but it came in such a small bowl that it felt like they were "pastas for ants?". We had to pay extra for the chicken for my wifes plate and she literally got just a few strips of chicken and they were very charred. I wish I wouldve taken a picture of them. For the price I paid, I could have had way more food and better tasting pasta dishes at Olive Garden. The the alfredo and the pesto were also slightly watery. The croquettes were decent, though its nothing to write home about. The only reason why I did not give them 1 star was that at least the pizza was good. Now at the end of our disappointing meal, we decided to give them one last chance to redeem themselves and ordered their raspberry cheesecake. Yup, you guessed it, "Cheesecake for ants?". I mean we paid over $5 for a slice of cake and when we asked the server if the slices are usually that small, she had to apologize and say that their slices are usually bigger. Size of the cake aside, I really felt like they gave us a slice from an old cake that has been sitting in the fridge for days. It was just super dry and had not much taste to it. Im not one who writes reviews or talks bad about a restaurant so long a they try to please their customers and have decent food/price. How this place made it to diners drive ins and dives is really just mind boggling. Unfriendly owner, very small portions, bad cooking, bad food. Sorry Tin Roof Grill, Im really not trying to hate, just being honest here.

First I ordered the Pad Thai, and it tasted awful (it was risky to order Thai food from a non Thai restaurant). We then tried to wave our server down and did so several times before he came over..he made eye contact with us, so I know he saw us. The place was not busy, maybe 4 tables sat. Then I ordered the Cobb salad...pretty hard to mess up. However the boiled egg was tasteless, the chicken tastes like bread dough, some of the leafy greens were old and had brown spots on then and the ranch tasted like mayo. Gratuaity is added in automatically, so be careful of that. For 2 people, 2 meals and 2 waters it was $30, so not worth that price. I was appreciative of them not charity for the meal I sent back. Overall...horrible or mediocre food, over priced and not the greatest service. Just because you add gratuity automatically, doesnt make it cool to ignore your guests. I think that everyone at the table could agree that their food was either tasteless, disgusting or mediocre. Everyone agreed that it was overpriced. However the tiramisu cheesecake was good, again over priced for the setting.

Ive been here numerous times for lunch and my experience has been great. However, last nights dinner service left little to be desired. While our party arrived an hour before closing, at the half hour mark staff started making it evident they wanted to go home. This included bringing in patio furniture inside therefore letting in freezing air since we were seated by the door, and stacking it by our table. (Why patio furniture is out in the dead of winter, I dont know.) From that point, our service went from acceptable to nearly non-existent. My recommendation for potential customers is to go durning lunch for a much better overall experience. My suggestion for the establishment is tyo close earlier if you dont want people in there past 9/9:30 (they are open until 10:30). But should the hours remain the same, dont make it so physically uncomfortable that your patrons feel they need to leave just to go warm up in the car. We got the hint. We left.

I took my sister here when she was in town from Texas because I thought it was kinda a big deal... not so much. ..maybe we got the wrong food (Fettuccine Alfredo and Capi something Pasta) the chicken was soo bland and tasteless on both dishes. My Alfredo sauce tasted bottled and watered down my sisters was just all around nasty nothing tasted how it should, zuchinni was soggy, olives tasted bad etc. both of us looked at each other "is yours good"? "Not really" we ate a few bites and ended up next door to at Olympus burgers. The blood orange mimosas were the best part of brunch we had the calamari and was pretty good but nothing to write home about. The FLIES ugh there were flies bugging us (gross), slow service, and our waitress was just so, so. For $60 all in all I could not recommend. Im sad to say this I was really looking forward to eating here.

I hated this place. Me and my friend came in wanting to try something new. On the website it says it closes at 11. We got there at 10, and when we walked in they told us to sit where ever we wanted. Then when sat down the waiter Corey was very rude/sassy attitude towards us. Gave us the menu and ask what we wanted to drink. We both got water. Then he comes back wanting to know if we decided. We said yes the calamari..he then tried to take the menu out of our hand. We were going to order dinner but after that I wasnt sure.. We both were hungry so I decided to try the pulled pork sandwich, an my friend got the chicken salad. Took about 10 minutes.. Then proceeded to try to take the calamari. Half of it left... Lol Horrible experience food was OK. Dont go unless you wanna feel rushed the whole time. Bad CUSTOMER service!!

I went here with a group of friends and we were not disappointed. It had such a nice, relaxed feel with friendly staff, but the food was next level. I got the shrimp and bacon mac and cheese, and it was some of the best mac I have ever eaten. Perfect blend of cheeses, big pieces of bacon, and amazing shrimp. I normally dont like shrimp in pasta because it gets overcooked and never seems to truly blend. This was one of the few places that did it right where the shrimp was perfectly paired with the pasta and sauce. My friends got the white bean pizza and allowed me to taste it, and it was just as good. Overall it was a great place for dinner, the food was so delicious and filling, and Guy Fieri did not steer us wrong. Will go back for sure just to try other things.

My wife and I love this place. It has tender memories. I havent had anything here that I thought was "just okay." The white bean and stale pizza is fantastic! I tend to overeat that. The next best thing is the croquets. If you like cheesy and potato, then youll LOVE these. The crab cakes are very good for a landlocked state, and the salted caramel cheesecake.....I dont have the words for how good this is. My wife and I loved this place so much that it has become an anniversary tradition of ours. When we got married we had our luncheon here, and the wait staff and owners were VERY good and professional in working with us and our party. I love this place and Ill recommend it to anyone. This is one of those hidden gems here in Utah.
