I love their root beer. Thats it. Thats the whole reason I even went. This location has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. To start, some idiot lady from 7-11 is standing there chatting up the employees about completely inappropriate things (other peoples arrests, etc.) while I have been standing there for MORE THAN TEN MINUTES. Someone who looked to be a manager was participating in this and could clearly see that I was standing there the entire time. At one point, they glanced over and said oh, sorry. Which led me to believe they would be with me momentarily. Nope. Manager walks away, leaving me still standing there waiting. Several employees walked out several times and ignored me. Not one asked whether my order had been taken, not one offered any type of assistance whatsoever. Another customer came in after I had been standing there for at least 10 minutes, and he waited for maybe 2 before he asked the kid talking to the 7-11 lady if he would take his order. The kid looks annoyed and confused and goes oh. Uh yeah at which point I rolled my eyes and got out of the way. The other customer asked me if I was first and I opted to leave at that point and go next door to Panda Express because at least theyre willing to take orders. Ridiculous. My mom told me that she hasnt been there in a year because the last time she went, they had terrible customer service. I wish I could comment on the food, because I had really wanted to try their $5 cheeseburger box. Unfortunately, this location is more concerned about gossiping than making money.

Perhaps one of our worst visits to a fast-food chain, even tops the bad experience I had with McDonalds. Nearly every hamburger we got was wrong (extra/lacking condiments & completely forgot the BBQ chicken sandwich until I said something). We had to have them redo 2 out of 3 burgers due to being done wrong, I had to remind them about the chicken sandwich & the fries had to be redone due to being cold when we got them; only one burger out of the 3 where correct. We waited 40 minutes before the order was brought to us correct, we left about 50 minutes later. Perhaps the most shocking of this visit was that one of the workers admitted that they didnt know how to do the A&W stuff... One woman working there could tell we were annoyed with the situation with how many things came out wrong/missing, offered us some deserts on the house to try & make up for it; this was perhaps the only high point of the visit. Needless to say it will probably be some time before we go back to this store again... We were lucky to even get our receipts, which we used to fill out a survey under their system.

I stopped at the drive-thru today because my first choice, Arbys, had a huge line and I was in a hurry. After I pulled up to the window to pay I realized I had sworn never to come here again because about a year ago I got a rootbeer float and ended up with what looked and felt like a grape skin...pretty sure it was mold from the soda machine. So...with that in mind I went ahead and paid for my food and took off...already feeling uneasy about everything. I ordered the popcorn chicken combo. I was not asked if I wanted any dipping sauces and as I was in a hurry, forgot myself. So, my popcorn chicken is dry. And, I had ordered a rootbeer for my drink...pretty sure I got Diet Coke (or Pepsi?)...I dont like to consume caffeine as it makes my heart pound. But Im not even sure its Diet Coke. It tastes funny...whatever it is. It is a diet soda for sure though. Dont go here unless youre on with messed up orders, dirty facilities (its usually a mess when Ive gone inside) and questionable food.

Cute store, but Very SLOW and INACCURATE. My wife had to stay at the counter for 30 min helping the staff understand the order and make sure we didnt miss what we already paid for. The burgers were over cooked. The root beer was OK, perhaps too much sugar. The place needs to balance out their teams with competent workers.

Five dollar fill up leaves you.as hungry as you was when you get here.zhould not be called a filup .choclate cookie over baked. One of the females uniform doesnt cover her large stomach .very sloppy .precooked chicken I look to be dry like mine wAs.been here over a hour .chicken been sitting longer I have.

The dine-in was so dirty and filthy. I havent seen a place so filthy. Even the utensils dispenser(which were empty), were just awful, like it hadnt been clean a long long time. I will never go back. Not even the drive-thru, after seeing the inside of the place.

This a&w was awful. The ice machine was broken and the rootbeer from the fountain machine tasted "like pee".it tasted very "odd". Also the person that served the food did not wash his hands after handling the money and prepared the food. I will not be back. :-[

foods generally comes out as a wrong order, and/or cold. The freezes are melted way down. usually the cheese curds are decent but now the box is half empty, nowhere near worth the money the charge.
