The absolute by far worst customer services i have received in my life, rude, back talking, argumental and non cooperative, first messed up my order by shorting it, they over charged me for my order and still would not admit there mess up, i then asked for a refund and for them to just take the messed up, they told me no and to wait till Monday the 16th of January 2017, unfortunately i have no time to deal with garbage like this, i will never visit this location for As long as i live. Went and got the wrong item. Beef burrito instead of bean. Costs abiut 40 cents more each. They admitted they screwed up and offered the bean burritos for free...? There not free its what I paid for. They didnt give me my 80 cents back or even a free desert or anything? Paid more for the wrong item with out my overpaid money back. I get its only 80 cents but they screwed up they should give me my money difference back or at least a free item or something? Un heard of.

The food here is as good as any taco time and even though its cramped for space sometimes, its easy to get to and get out of. Unfortunately the manager who usually runs the counter and drive-up window, though professional and courteous, is not exactly friendly and I feel like imposing when I visit.

They act like their nacho cheese is liquid gold. Got a small drizzle on my kids chips and cheese. Then got told it would be another dollar for extra. Ill pay extra, but a dollar? Come on now, you already shorted me the cheese on the chips in the first place.

It made me and my girlfriend sicker than heck. I will never go there again and i advise others not to go as well. I might have to go the hospital my stomach is hurting so bad. If you wanna go there be warned you might be buying a hospital bill
