I eat here a lot and its usually very good quality. Today is an exception! The oil is old and everything tastes like old oil. The whole restaurant smells like it too. Staff is usually excellent. The service was good today but there are 2 guys with beards that arent covered. So it could be better. 4 guys are working. The smaller guy is trying to clean, as is the manager, but the other two with the beards are just wandering around. Come on guys... clean something! It needs it. Almost always 4 stars but unfortunately not today.

The guy that works the fryer during the day shift is amazing, he makes the best crustoes Ive ever had, supervisor christian is amazing always got my order out on time and perfect every time Ive went, some of the best service Ive dealt with, (day crew that is).. . manager matt is awesome and does an amazing job at keeping his employees in check. Defninatly my favorite fast food joint.

Rarely do I complain, I know for fast food service you should expect average for what you get. But when you order and both the cashier and those who are making the food get it totally wrong...then to find out they forgot to give you everything you ordered. That would be my fault for not checking prior to leaving. Well, in two weeks itll be a whole new crew of employees anyway.

Picked up crisp burritos. Both items were not even warm. Drove back and asked them to make new ones. Received ATTITUDE !! Young guy working was very put out that I asked him to make new ones. No apology just attitude and dirty looks. I paid I expect hot food. So arrived home and the new hit remade burritos were not cooked through. Waste of my money....ugh!! Wont be back.

The worst place Ive ever ate at I live down the street so its convenient but every time I give it a chance they screw up my order and it looks gross inside there kitchen , workers are very rude

The Pork Carnitas Nachos are fantastic. I always go in even for take out because they have such a great salsa bar. Never have wait long. Its clean and has good service.

Average. Like the crispy beef burritos with a combo of ranch and green salsa for dipping. The Casita burrito is pretty good, but you probably need two to feel full.
