Ive had primarily pleasant experiences at this location, except there have been several times that they do not answer their phone. I want to call in a pizza and pick it up when ready, not go wait in their store. Right now Im trying to call in a pizza but it just ring and rings until I get the, "Were sorry, all circuits are busy now" message. This is about my 8th time calling so I highly doubt someone is on the other line. Im not sure, maybe they commonly have some kind of power outages on their phone line (which should be plural, phone LINES) but if thats the case, FIX IT!! Also, I have been told my pizza would be ready in 10 minutes and had to wait about 28 minutes, which was very discouraging, and other times it was more than 10, but only the one time I had to wait almost a half hour. I Really like their jalapeno cheese dipping sauce but feel that 89 cents for a tiny little plastic sauce container is way steep. Other than that, I feel that this is a great location with seemingly great folks working their, I just wish they would answer their phone (which is a huge issue for me, I would have rated five stars but am going for 3, but I should rate 1 because its truly pathetic for a pizza place to have a dysfunctional phone line) or fix whatever continuous problem they have with their phone and charge maybe 25 cents for a tiny cheese sauce. Then, they would be top notch for Little Caesars in my opinion.

Let me tell you how great my experience was at this fine establishment, first off all of the lights outside were fully functional so I knew I was little Caesars, second, our reservations for diner were honored promptly, we even got the seats by the window! But the pizza, oh man the pizza, top notch, great stuff. Our server Evan, he assured us of the quality of the pizza and how only the finest ingredients were used in their pizzas, he recommended the cheese pizza circa 2016 batch, man that was great year for pizza. Along with the great food, the entertainment that comes with such an amazing experience (and Im talking about the bouncy ball pinball machine) oh man it had us at the edge of our seats. All in all this dining experience was truly sensational, I want to thank our server Evan, he is a gentlemen and a scholar and deserves a raise and a promotion.

12/6/2016 4:30-5:00 pm. I wanted to try the $10.00 pepperoni stuffed crust. I asked the cashier if they could only put pepperoni on half of the pizza. The cashier charged me an extra dollar to do that. I asked him why and he said that was the charge for the extra item. I said its a pepperoni pizza and Im only asking for you to put the pepperoni on one half so thats not an extra item. He refused to remove the extra dollar charge. I asked for a manager and he said there wasnt one there. The employee didnt have a name tag so I asked his name he mumbled something and looked over my shoulder to help next customer with their order. Terrible service. I have enjoyed Little Caesars for decades and this was one of my least favorable experiences. I will go out of my way to a different location next time.

I have had more than one positive experience from this location. I enjoy the convenience having a Little Caesars store in my neighborhood. Glad they moved in! Each time Ive been to this location, they have had what I want ready. The store employees are always pleasant when I visit. I primarily use my debit or credit card so I dont really have any problems making change. I like their wings and the convenience of having a box of pizza ready when I am in the area. When I know Im going to need more than one box of pizza, I call in advance to place my order which increases my opportunity of having a positive experience with this store. Nothing but positives from my side of things.

Came here on 11/18/2016. A worker took my order and I sat down to wait for it to get done. The worker, a younger man, was very kind and genuine to me as he took my order. As I sat and waited I watched his interactions with other customers. It made my day to see someone actually being nice to random strangers. Boosted my faith in humanity. Somebody give this kid a raise. Dont know his name, but he was shorter than 510, short hair dark hair, and not white. A good person. Food was the same as any other location. All 5 stars go to that fellow. Somebody marry that guy and reproduce. We need more people like him.

I expect one thing from Little Caesars, Hot and ready pizzas. I have been here three times and each time they did not have pepperoni ready. The last time, I just gave up and got cheese since it was ready. But it was room temperature. So twice for dinner they had 0 pizzas ready and once for lunch they only had cheese ready and it was cold. Pretty pathetic. I dont know how the service can be so poor at this location compared to others. I have been to the one in Rose Park three times and each time they actually had the pizzas.

Nice central location but terrible service. I know we dont expect a lot from Little Caesars Pizza but apparently it is too much to ask for the company to have the ability to make change. On a Saturday I tried to pay for my $20 pizza with $50 and neither register could make the change. I was told unless I had a smaller bill they would not be able to take my order. I highly recommend that you avoid this place on principle. In America you should be able to pay for something in cash.

Its Saturday night. Its been a long day. I want a fast pizza. I stroll into Little Caesars and see the line is nearly out the door. Once i finally get to the front of the line to order, i find out that they dont have (or are unwilling to make) breadsticks. There are only two guys working the back and i have already been waiting twenty minutes for my hot an ready.i think it might be another fifteen. I wish i never came to this location.

Last three times I have gone in they havent had "Hot and Ready" pizzas ready. I wait 10 minutes and by the time my pizza is ready they forget that ordered crazy bread and sauce and argue with me about whether I paid for the sauce. The same thing has happened three times. Dont get me started on the kid behind the counter that keeps running his hands through his greasy hair while stretching the dough out in the pizza pans.

Any fast food joint has a baseline reputation to uphold. Fast and fresh. I dont mind the cashier suggesting the latest deep dish pizza or suggesting a 2 liter soda. I dont mind standing in a line as long as its steadily moving. I dont even mind the occasional indifferent host. But undercooked, overcooked, or otherwise poorly made pizza is right out. Ill keep going and review again down the road, but for now three stars is it.

Walked in at 7:45 on a Sunday night (10/5) and got my food at 8:00. They dont close until 10:00 but you would have thought they were. There was 0 pizza or bread sticks ready. There were 7 people in line and the staff was completely clueless. We used to go to this location once a week and I will never go back again. You guys suck! I hope you all get fired.
