Great location and lots of foot traffic. These guys are in a prime spot. Ordering online is in no way, shape, or form a time saver. Working by City Creek is a great benefit but on busy days, its hard to get and out of somewhere quick and get back to work and eat. I prefer to order online to pick up and bring back. I ordered breakfast to be ready by 8:15. It was just a simple egg sandwich with cheese. When I went to pick up, no one came to the "pick up" register at the south end of the counter, so I had to stand in line. By 8:27, I still didnt have food or my iced coffee. When I finally got my food, it was cold and I still had to wait for my coffee. There was no point in ordering online, because I got my items in the same time frame I would have if I hadnt ordered online, except my food may have been hot if I’d ordered in store. Incredibly disappointed in the sandwich as well. The egg was under-cooked and the whites of the egg were runny and I had to eat around it. I keep giving Kneaders tries after failing at other items, such as a Ruben. Never order that here - you get 3 SLIM pieces of corned beef and a ton of sauerkraut. Its not worth $9 in any way, shape, or form. If a Great Harvest were closer, Id be going there. Im giving up on Kneaders at this point and saving my time and money in City Creek.

I love Kneaders I go there a lot. A couple of nights I drove out of my way to come get soup here and some bread. I get there and their is a line out the door and all the tables are full. This is understandable but it was snowing and very cold outside. The line was in the store where it was warmer but an employee routed us outside. I tried calling in a to go order for just a bowl of soup and bread. They told me it would be 1.5 hours, so after 48 minutes waiting 80% of the tables were empty and I counted only 6 employees during a late dinner rust 7:00 p.m. You cant even turn your tables fast enough. This place is must be ran by the worst management. The best part was your were out of Asiago Bread, your #1 seller. Take some slow moving bread off your Menu and stock what sells think about how much more money would be made and you would have happy customers. A Win WIN..... Untill then stay away and go to Chick-fil-A

This morning was the worst service experience Ive ever had at any Kneaders. The majority of staff delivering orders are walking in circles not saying names loud enough. One of my party ordered the endless French toast and waited 30 mins before going up to the counter to ask why no more had been brought around. They took his plate and said theyd bring it back out. We waited another 15 minutes, nothing. He went back up and asked again, the manager (!!) treated him like an inconvenience, she found his plate waiting down the counter which was now luke warm and they didnt bother to give him more whipped cream. It was clear watching them that they were stressed with the rush but were all treating each other poorly as a result, low morale all around. I also watched an order come out wrong, and a duplicate. If their line was more efficient they would have very few of these issues. Very disappointing.

We waited several minutes to have someone come to the register to take our order, they were in the back getting each other goofing off (its 1:15--so busy lunch time...) Finally a girl comes to the register to take our order. Poor appearance and attitude. I got my order in a timely manner. However, my friend waited over 15 minutes for her panini (and just a panini), she finally went to ask where it was and the girl at the counter stood there ignoring her at first and then said with sass "can I help you?" After a few minutes she got her panini, but of course it was wrong and they had included onions that she had specifically asked to not have on there. Ive been to many many many kneaders and have loved my food and service. This location is a deep disappointment, which is a shame for the company when its in the downtown area where tourists are.

USED to be good. They have most definitely gone down hill. The prices of the cakes have gone up. AND the size has decreased drastically. Not worth the 2 bites of cake for 5 dollars. The club sandwiches used to be full of meat, now they consist of hard bread with little meat. I have gone back numerous times and its still the same. I went there to today, it was still terrible. The sandwich bread was hard and tasteless, I got the club. The soup was decent. I also got a brownie but that too was awful. It was old, hard and disgusting. I definitely wasted my money on that one. I went here because it was my last resort for semi healthy food. As I was waiting for my food the lady comes and slammed the two trays down. .... disrespect at the fullest. Thanks for the rude, tasteless and Arrogant Service.

Food is great! Location is great. How they manage their line is horrible. You have to either stand outside in the inclement weather to get through the line, or weave through tightly positioned tables - not comfortable for those standing in line or those eating in those areas. The dining area is one door away from the outside, so whenever anyone opens the door the freezing cold washes over all the patrons. They need a better system for managing delivery of food orders. While its really nice that they bring your food to the table, they call out a name again and again as they walk around the dining area. This isnt really conducive to having a nice conversation with those you are dining with. I would prefer a numbering system or something. While its not as personal, its more professional.

This place was absolutely slammed today. I dont know what I expected, on a night in-between Christmas and New Years, so thats on me. The staff, though harried, was extremely helpful, and the gentleman that took my order was able to change it, to stay, as my stomach wouldnt wait to get home. After my order my food was prompt(under 5 minutes), and delicious. I got the Turkey Bacon Avacado on Foccacia, which had large pieces of white meat turkey breast, and perfect avacado. The bread was wonderful, and held together surprisingly well for the portion of food on it. I got the loaded potato soup, which was also good. If you come here, come early, the all-you-can-eat breakfast (the french toast) is something to write home about. Well done, everyone.

I usually love eating at Kneaders, but this particular restaurant is constantly bombing it. Its winter and I love to go in during my lunch break and order their Fully Loaded Potato Soup to warm up, but 50% of the time I order that soup its extremely watery and has barely any veggies in it. Needless to say it is not enjoyable at all, if it was a one time thing I would understand but this has happened to me about 6 times now, when the other times the soup is nice and thick and loaded with veggies. The chef who is making this watery soup really needs to get their crap together. Im usually a regular customer but Im seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.
