Got it all wrong and didnt fix it. I ordered a Sierra Turkey, it was on wrong bread, Chicken and Wild rice bowl, didnt get that. They gave me chicken noodle. I only had a limited time to get my food and couldnt go back to exchange it. The manager on the phone was very condescending. Wanted me to come back in with my receipt. Very untrusting. I have spent over $100 at that place in 2 weeks period. I went in tonight after a very rough day at work. Went to manager "Randy?" (Looks like Robert Downey Jr. ) he said he would get it right away. Six orders later i get up and inquire about my order. Finally get my sandwich, just my sandwich. I asked about my soup. The girl said it was just the sandwich she was to get me. And besides they didnt have that soup. I could come back Tuesday or Thursday when they have it. I am VERY LIMITED in time I can take to go get food. I will NEVER return. I have heard they do this frequently. Not happy at all. Terrible and disgusted.

I love Panera Bread. When I lived on the east coast I just couldnt get enough. When I moved back to Phoenix and learned that Panera and Paradise Bakery are now owned by the same company I was very excited. Unfortunately, it is not the same. So when I heard that an ACTUAL Panera Bread had opened, I was excited to try it. Dont be fooled, it is just another sub-par Paradise Bakery in Panera Bread clothing. I cant put my finger on what is different, but a start would be giving out the torn baguettes with soup/salad rather than these measly flavorless rolls.

This place was a welcome addition to the area once opened early 2014. WOW. Panera !Great food, well priced, occasional freebies with your Panera rewards card. Muffins, muffin tops, cookies, soups and sandwiches are great. This location always has a long line so the wait maybe longer than you have for lunch. I hope you either have parking garage privileges or can find a spot in the rather small parking lot which houses several other businesses. You can always park cross the street at Starbucks but then ...

I not a big pasta person but the one I tried here with basil pesto is pretty good the Greek salad was OK they forgot to put olives on it though... I was expecting the salad to be better it was like something you can get in a bag at grocery store.. nothing special about it and they dont even offer ranch.. Salads are pretty simple but a lot of the restaurants Ive been to have something distinct about the flavor of theirs and they also sell ranch.... My mom got the tuna she said it was good.

waited 20 minutes for my to go half sandwich and soup. I asked to see a manager he apologized and offered me a sweet treat I explained I had one already and just wanted my food he then refunded me, thank you. 8 minutes later the counter staff asked me what I had ordered and had to double check the sandwich they had already boxed up. I would have given more stars if they didnt have to open the sandwich again. In and out in 30 minutes.

Matt the manager is amazing! The entire staff is kind and service-oriented. Loved that they didnt just take our plate (what! they offered to take the empty plate), they asked was it okay first. I redesigned a dish, they got it slightly wrong. I was going to keep it, Matt offered to change, then gave us a small treat to make up for the mistake. Now thats customer service. Im wowed! (Move over Starbucks)!

This location is 2 blocks from my house on central in a small plaza on the end. Great front desk staff. Andy was awesome. We ordered light dinners of souos and sandwiches and soup and salad. They offered us buy 6 cookies, get 6 free. We took the deal. Prompt service, good food and great chewy cookies to go! I am not a panera fan but this location was awesome

Typical Panera. WAY Overpriced mediocre food, but good if youre in a hurry. No better or no worse than any other Panera because there pretty much premade food. Unless youre vegetarian, youre far better off in terms of quality and price next dorr at lennys burgers

A great Panera Bread location, but the food was a bit lacking. The interior of the building is great, very cozy as with other Panera Locations, along with a great music selection. The only issue was my sandwich being a bit unevenly burnt. :(

Good food, this place is always busy. Staff is friendly. Sometimes things get crazy around lunch time, it get sooo packed that the line is unbearable. Prices at Panera are quite high, but the food does make up for it. But its still pricy :P

There were out of the bread that was used to make my sandwich but instead of asking me they just made it with something else...odd. The service was fast because there arent many people here. Makes it a good spot to study or read.

They forgot a lot of my order. For example I can not eat a salad with out a lot of dressing. I asked for 4 and they gave me to which were only half filled. They also forgot bread and a bagel. Theses were all on the receipt.

Good spot for a quick breakfast during the week. Ill bet this place gets packed at lunch, but there is plenty of seating for breakfast. The breakfast sandwiches are just the right size. The hazelnut coffee is good, too!

Love the food. But not the prices. Its outrageos what you pay 15 for half a sandwich, flavorless chips, and colorful water. And I had to ask for the restroom password 3 times. Smh. The password is (2845*) Your welcome.

Food was really good, service was good. The drink machine was in need of service as a couple of the fountain drinks tasted off. There were some discarded straw papers on the floor, nothing major. Otherwise, good visit!

Not the same as back east. I ordered an Italian Combo, which is supposed to be on ciabatta but instead was on what appeared to be a cheap hoagie. The bread is not up to the quality expected from Panera.

Good food, good service....normally....last two visits had to return cold food...staff seems more focused on talking about other people than quality of serve being served...lack of good mgnt
