Havent been to this location in a very long time. We recently came for a birthday party. we, as guests, had no idea the number of people coming so couldnt request an area appropriate to our size. Once our group began to show up it should have been clear to those working the front that they needed to prepare an area of at least 15-20 and we DID tell her there would be approximately that amount so the process could have been started earlier. We werent in a rush and were prepared to wait so that wasnt an issue. We were all trying to stay out of the way for incoming customers, I took up the rear so I could ask people to move ahead of us while they prepared our area, but 20 people crowded into that little area was a little ridiculous. The cashier spoke very rudely to members of our party when we asked if we could begin ordering and paying for our separate groups. Honestly, if it were up to me we would have gone elsewhere at this point. Once we all got to our tables we went to the salad bar which took no less than 20 minutes to get around because of the sheer number of people in the restaurant and the confinement of the area. They really need to rethink this area to allow a better flow of traffic. A second bar area should be opened during peak business hours/weekends with the food from the second bar simply being moved to the first bar once the rush settles. The seating areas are confined and a bit claustrophobic. I think well stick with the District location. Great staff, great location, MUCH BETTER food, a more open seating arrangement. The traffic seems to flow better around the bar due to it being somewhat separate from the dining areas.

We came to Sizzler for dinner as a family of 7 people (3 adults and 4 children). When they seated us, they set us up at different tables so one adult would be sitting with just kids. We asked to be moved and they embarrassed us in front of everyone by trying to blame the table arrangements on us because we didnt want to cause a scene. We were seated at a table for 6, which we thought was better than separate tables. We tried to put one of the high chairs at the end of the table and were told we couldnt because our child would be a fire hazard. After we were finally seated and received our food, 3 of the 4 macroni and cheese kids meals were freezing cold. When we told our waitress, she rolled her eyes at us and took our food back. Very bad service and very bad food. They are lucky we had to pay for our meal before we got it!

You get what you pay for so after seeing the price of their menu i was expecting a cheap steak and cheap a salad bar. When i got my steak i eas very disappointed! I asked for medium rare and my girlfriend asked for medium but for some reason my steak was cooked more than hers! There was no pink in the middle! I let my server know and thanks to him my whole experience changed! He quickly let the chef know and brought a box so i could take the other steak home if i wanted. Then the chef came out and he himfelf apologized for the mistake and gave me a thick juicy steak that was cooked to perfection! The salad bar is great and has lots of different options! Everybody makes mistakes and the employees here know how to handle them! Great service, Great food, Great price!

One of the managers sits with his phone and apparently photographs customers. My family and I came here a couple of weeks ago,my daughter asked me what the tall dark haired man was doing.when I looked to see who she was talking about I saw the manager tag and a man pointing is phone straight at us. Im pretty sure he was taking photos. Because who holds their phone straight at someone and clicks around? I saw a couple of roaches around our table. It wasnt just one. It was lots. That is extremely disgusting. I went there for food not to be photographed and eat with roaches. Never coming here again

Signature sirloin was not so signature!!!. The first was not cooked medium. It was not only overcooked but had some type of cardilage that was very tough to chew threw, this was the worst cut of beef Ive ever had at the sizzler. The 2nd was way over cooked but at least a chunk was edible. There was a soccer game on this particular evening, they were very busy for a Tuesday without the appropriate staff. Its also possible they simply had a get the order out asap mentality. Very unfortunate.

Every plate at the bar was dirty. Im not exaggerating. Waitress never came to fill our waters till we asked repeatedly. We asked for our shrip refill, twice, while they were sitting other tables, never came. Tables wernt washed when we were seated. Food was stale. Sizzlers in Cedar city is great, this one, wouldnt recommend. EDIT: Waitress did come and apologize for being understaffed today and admitted to not being attentive. Moved up a star.

This place is pretty consistent and have the best "budget steaks" around and also great fried shrimp. As with most buffets, their salad bar is best during busy times, when they keep it regularly stocked. My only nitpick with this location is that soda isnt self-service and is refilled by the server. Our server stayed on top of it, but it seems silly to make them do it when I could get my own just as easy.

Great Staff very friendly making sure that all customers are taking care of. Plenty of food on the Salad Bar even when we arrived in a Saturday Night at 9:30pm right in. The hostess did a great job letting us know about specials that were not on the menu. Food was being tested for correct temperature even 10 min before closing. I fell the lower ratings from before are very dramatic. Incredible Service!

While the taste wasnt bad, the steak meat was so chewy & full of gristle that despite being starving, I only finished half of it before I gave up in disgust, nearly choking on the fat & sinews (whatever the material, it certainly wasnt a quality steak)! 0 stars if that were available. A $20-$30 steak in a national chain shouldnt be confused with the Boston Strangler.

It is Sizzler. Dont hold it to fancy steakhouse standards and you will find the food reliable, quick and friendly service, and a satisfactory experience. One of the few places where each member of my large and picky family all can find options they like that isnt fast food or a burger joint. Can get extremely busy on weekend night; plan accordingly

Ate here two nights in a row immediately after skiing. We were exhausted and hungry. Great food. Friendly staff. Fantastic value. The food is delivered amazingly fast. Tender steaks. Awesome salad bar. Smiling staff. The line literally went out the door. No surprise there. This place is hitting it on all cylinders. Bandana KY

The West Jordan Sizzler is MUCH better. The service here wasnt very good. Waitress didnt come to us more than twice and it was SLOW. We were some of the only people there. The food here was as good as any other sizzler but if you want bread and drink refills I would go to West Jordan or DownTown.
