Very terrible customer service. I came there last Sunday around 11:30am and the guy behind the counter was toatally out of it. He first messed up the ladys order before me then he didnt even MAKE my order. I saw customer after customer come in, I didnt get my pastry right away and he was all like "did I get you your pastry" and I was like no not yet so he finally got it to me and I sat there for THIRTY MINUTES waiting on a SMALL chai tea. Honestly thats ridiculous. He was too busy flirting with some customer to even pay attention so I went up to the counter and was like is this going to be done anytime soon? And he was like oh I forgot! And threw some crap together and just handed it to me like honestly how do you forget when Im the only one in the shop at the time.super unprofessional, I like the shop but I dont want the guy who worked there (he had brown hair) serving me again.

Dear coffee connection barista (the girl with lots and lots of tatoo), I have been coming to your freaking coffee place for almost a year and I buy your freaking coffee all the time. The one day I just needed to finish something and came and sat down and you come to me and embarrassed me by saying I needed to buy something in order to use your freaking wifi! I myself spend almost 100 dollars at your coffee place monthly. I found it really disrespectful as a regular customer who comes to this place every single freaking day and spent at least 5 dollars a day. I am sorry but I am supper disappointed. I used to love this place but I doubt that I am going to love it anymore. Btw rest of your other co-workers knows my name and they know I always buy something before I sit down in your freaking quiet study area which is never quiet. sincerely no more customer anymore!

The address is incorrect on Google maps. After being guided around the city for 15 min searching for an establishment that wasnt there, I called to get the correct address. I followed directions, and it looped me around the city 4-5 times on and off the highway and back through sketchy roads. I called back to get directions instead of an address and no one answered. Driving around for 30-45 min, I called back a few times and no one ever answered. Needless to say, I never ended up finding it and had to go somewhere else. I was very frustrated by the whole situation and disappointed in their lack of professionalism. Id never try to go here again, simply due to their lack of care for the customer. Not an establishment Id like to support with my dollar vote.

The coffee and pastries are fairly average, but they have a good variety of bubble teas and the service is always excellent. The atmosphere at both locations is very friendly and welcoming. Its perfect for students who are looking for something cheap and quick and their location on state street is especially good for studying, since it has secluded booths in an area set aside specifically for that purpose and they extend their hours to 2:00AM (I think) for late-night binge studying during finals. Definitely one of my favorite coffee places in Salt Lake.

This place is amazing. I am a college student at the U who has visited literally almost every coffee shop in town to find the best place for studying, coffee, and wifi, and this place wins in each category. The scene is quiet, its not super packed like the coffee garden, the wifi is much faster than the roasting company, the coffee and tea are amazing, and the stools next to the windows windows, chairs, and recliners are all conducive to whatever type of studying you need best. 5/5 Definitely reommend!

Very nice ambiance, large place, great couches. Overpriced poor quality tea, so-so coffee, late night convenience store level of food quality. Unfortunately overrun lately, by ethnic immigrant types with a very divergent perception of shared spaces. IE theyre loud, obnoxious, everywhere - especially during the day. Its like being magically teleported to a ghetto coffee shop in Morocco.

Best atmosphere of any coffee shop Ive been to! Perfect place to meet up with someone for a relaxing chat. Ive had better chai and tea but the coffee is very good. I love their creative concoctions they come up with too. Very simple deli menu... but absolutely worth it! Sandwiches and especially the soups are just what you wanted. And Im a fan of the bubble tea!

This is my favorite coffee shop in salt lake. All the employees are awesome and friendly. The coffee is great, and I absolutely love studying there. during the school year I practically live there, and there is no other coffee shop I frequent as much as coffee connection.

Coffee Connection is my new FAVORITE coffee shop in SLC! Its got the best couches & visiting space. Its even got a study hall! The music creates the perfect atmosphere to either hold lil meetings or read or do what I do-work! I LOVE the food & the beverages. LOVE IT!

Very cool interior with multiple seating arrangements from comfy to work focused, plenty of tables and couches. The only thing that sucks is their 3hr internet sign in. Sort of pointless way to set it up. Its not like it couldnt be open and free.
