Ok. I used to go here quite a bit, as I work from home and it is nice to go here, grab a drink and get out and socialize, while I work online. That being said, the service has gotten spotty. I do like the new redesign inside. And there are a couple long time staffers who are good. But some of the new guys suck at their job! You regularly come into dirty tables now. And cigarette butts outside on the patio/sidewalk area. And these are from the employees. If they are slow, they will almost always go outside to the table and smoke and socialize together and with friends. Many times we clean our own tables now. This seems very unprofessional and teenager like to me. And when they come back in, many times you see them go right back to the counter without washing. Another thing that goes on here: The West Valley Police come in off the street and just walk behind the counters and help themselves to whatever they want! Not exaggerating! We have pics and video to prove it. Now if the owner has some kind of free for all pass for the cops, that is his choice, fine. But that is a public health hazard to just allow anyone from off the streets to come in and access the coffee, muffins whatever all without washing! They have no idea if the officer just got done handling someone at an accident, a suspect with a contagious decease like hepatitis, ect.. There seems to be a relaxed attitude at this location. But it has gotten too relaxed honestly. I think they need to tighten up their rules for employees and cops at this one a bit...

Ill be honest, Im only here using their free wifi, drinking a nice hot or cold beverage while relaxing on their comfy seats. I stay there like an hour or more, I hope Im not discouraging them of my presence, I do my best to stay quiet and focus on my laptop work. I give them 5 stars, the staff seems to be short but all of them are great workers, they know how to make good coffee, great personalities, the environment is very pleasant, and the place is always clean. Im not much of a talker, so I dont think they know my name but thats okay.

I wanna like this place more than I do but sometimes it just feels like a hangout place for the kids that work here & their friends. Coffees all overpriced but thats just Beans & Brews anywhere you go. Interior of the building is cool though with lots of natural light. Worth it if you can find a time to go when the kids are in school.

This is a great place to stop for a coffee if in the area. The store itself is a little small, but the drinks are great and the baristas always have something that Im looking for. Also the limited patio seating is nice in the fall or evenings.

Best b&b you will find the level of service is way above average the management is amazing but the baristas as well are amazing! They remember almost everyones drinks. Very nice rapport built there!
