This location use to be the best in the company now its the worst.The coffee is always burned & bitter! The staff is a bunch of snot nosed teenagers who dont care one bit about the customer! The manager is always conveniently unavailable to complain to and never returns calls! I went in today and order three drinks and repeated the order twice to make sure they had it. At the very end the employee made the wrong drinks still and then tried to recharge my card for his error over $0.40 for one of the wrong drinks saying its his managers orders to always recharge! Tying up double the money on my account making me wait longer and all because he didnt listen! They screw up and make the customer wait longer, inconvenience the customer by double authorizing our cards because authorizations dont void instantly, & they care more about the money that they will recharge a customer for $0.40 when each transaction costs $5 to run so this wouldve cost them $10 on a $14 order over $0.40! No matter how you look at this, its dumb business because you lost money on the transaction & pissed off a customer whos been coming there for 10 years! This location needs to take a serious look at whos running this location & the staff there because its been going down hill for months now! I do not recommend this location or any other beans & brews now under their new leadership and business model! Horrible company that use to be a local company first that now reminds me of comcast & starbucks!

Usually this location is full of friendly knowledgable people, but today i was sadly disappointed. Kaylee helped me, but while taking my order had to stop several times to take care of the drive through customers. I come here for lunch every day, and i tip well. I would hope that i could at least warrant a minute of time to take a simple sandwich and drink order. THEN after already paying with my card i was informed they did not have the ingrediants to make my sandwich. I was forced to take a cash refund, which off sets my per-diem for my card. The entire time i felt like I was the one causing problems. Now i have a drink, but nothing to eat. All this on a very limited lunch break, makes it impossible to eat today because of the inattentiveness of the associates. Im sorely disappointed, and will be taking my business ($10/day) elsewhere.

First time to this location and I waited for 30 f****** minutes to receive one 16 oz Chaisicle frapp. When I ordered through the drive thru there were 2 people ahead of me and when I got to the drive thru window they reviewed my order wrong, than they charged me for a 24 oz chaisicle instead of a 16 oz, it took them forever to reverse the incorrect charge amount and the man at the window and the man who took my order were not apologetic and dumbasses, finally I received my drink and left but before I left the parking lot I decided to take a sip and they added espresso into the drink when I did not ask for espresso. Went back and told them they needed to re make it. Go to a different beans n brews!

If i could give them a negative number of stars i would. I ordered a simple; medium, hot maple vanilla latte and i got a small cup of burnt bean plain black coffee. The guy was sitting on the counter sraring at the blonde girl while the dumb blonde "made my latte" better said poured the coffee. There is no maple or vanilla to this not a latte. I have been trying to give them a chance to redeem themselves but this place just cant get there act together. For 6 bucks i should have gone to starbucks they know how to make coffee.
