Bob is great to have chat you up at the window while you wait for your drink, Michaela as the person to greet and take your order on the other hand is another story. I asked what was available for reserved coffees, I expected her to go down the list, instead she asked if I wanted it hot or iced, I get it, narrow it down, so you dont have to list them all,..however, I am also a partner and am aware whats better hot or iced...even so,..thats for the customer to decide,..not the partner. Its a matter of preference from person to person. I felt rushed to make a decision between 2 coffees when I knew I had options of at least 5,...all because I wanted my coffee over ice. Next time instead of asking if the customer wants it hot or iced,..maybe ask if theyre looking for a medium or dark brew.

Standard Starbucks in every way except that the employees here are better than any Starbucks I have ever patronized. They are polite, professional and efficient. They really seem to do their best to get drinks out fast, which is appreciated. The place is always crowded and there are almost NEVER open seats. The bathrooms need work but not surprising considering the sheer numbers of people who pass through here.

If you do not hear a male voice in the morning drive thru window be prepared for a long wait and they are guaranteed to get the simplest order wrong! How hard is a grande coffee with cream? This has happened on 3 separate occasions! The guy in contrast is quick and gets it right even with a long line.

Great place for people-watching and hanging out. After 8 a.m. I usually find plenty of seats available. Also, great place for tech support. (half joking) Young people here know about apps, cell phones and computers!

Terrible. Gold member got belittled asking for a refill. Wifi down. Maybe back up in 3-5 days? Too funny. Great place for flirting with gay baristas. Nothing else. Avoid like the pest.

Friendly staff that makes everything quickly. Drive through has an A/C unit cooling the outside, havent seen that at other locations.
