Yesterday (7/30) my girlfriend and I were going through the drive thru in separate cars. She was following me in her car, and we were in a hurry so I asked the lady if I could pay for the person behind me. She told me how much her drink was and proceeded to run my card for mine and then her drink. I pulled up and turned the corner to wait for my girlfriend to get her drink. A couple hours later by girlfriend asked if I paid for her drink and I said yes. Sure enough she had to pay for her drink. Im assuming the employee bought themselves a drink. Very frustrating, not doing business there anymore.

Ordered a refresher at 7:20pm and got it at 7:35 while watching two frappucinos get ordered, made, and put out before I got my drink. I used to work at a Starbucks and I get things get crazy, but this location was not busy and I still waited fifteen minutes for one drink. I dont think Ill be returning to this location.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS LOCATION! Great customer service, make my drinks amazing every single time & Im very picky, also outstanding values and always treat me like a person and not a number! Colton & Wes are the best & a few others! You wont be disappointed! :)

This is by far the best Starbucks Ive been too. The staff is friendly and memorable, they always make my drunks perfectly and suggest new things to try. I cannot say enough good things about the staff! They really bring a sense of community.

My favorite Starbucks! Baristas are so nice. Theyre also always super busy. Constantly cranking out drinks at this location. I use the mobile app and my order is not easy bcz I make them use the Clover machine. But its perfect every time.

I usually go through the drive-thru, but the staff members are always super cheerful and friendly; my beverages are always perfect and they prepare them in record time! Efficiency AND friendliness; what more could one ask???

The flow inside to purchase, pick up and exit was awkward. I ended up against a long table with a sand display and could not figure out how they intend me to exit the store. Both my lattes were only lukewarm. Yuk.
