These guys are idiots. Ive had multiple bad experiences in this location. I will never return to any beans and Frank, because of my crappy experiences in this location. The last time that I will ever have gone to a beans and Franks, the idiot behind the counter charged me $3 for my brewed coffee, then told me that he had run out of dark roast and offered to top off my half filled cup with either French roast or hot water ... that "it would taste just the same.". Multiple one star experiences in this store ... I took my half filled $3 coffee and exited ... Im out!

Overall I love Beans & Brews and have been a customer to many of the locations for many years but today at this location I came in for a drink and a read and this facility is very disgusting and looks like it hasnt been cleaned for days if not a solid week. The booth I sat at had a rank smell and there were stains and who knows what all over the seats and table top. Dont you guys walk through and wipe down your furniture....ever? It really only takes a few minutes. On a slow day like today somebody needs take the initiative and do some cleaning.

I drove 15 min to get to a this place for my Mr. Bs frozen.. and unfurtutetly I left the place before trying it because I was in a hurry... But when I did it was the most nasty thing Ive had in a while super super sweet I couldnt even taste the coffee. The worst part is that is not the first time this has happened in this location.. I Hope they build a new location close by with people that know how to make simple good coffee.

The coffee is ok. Had to wait for a bit till someone net me at counter. But guy that did help me had zero costumer service skills. No, how are you or eye contact. And he didnt finish the sell by saying have a nice day. Just a quiet "sign this" as he handed me the receipt. So, Thats kinda the norm here for me.

To be honest, i want a huge fan of the coffee the first time i why to a Beans & Brew (different location), but has a business meeting here this morning and coffee was great, service was great, food was good and atmosphere was perfect. Ill be returning.

I love beans and brew, not only is their coffee the best (ice tan mocha with extra white chocolate) they are locally owned and have an unrivaled rewards system with text notifications of their daily specials. Best coffee joint in town.

The quality of this place is outstanding. I love getting the cookie monster frappe. This place is definitely top-notch. However, sometimes the employees could be a little more knowledgeable and friendly to their clients.

Everyone one of the Baristas are amazing young pople. I have diabetes and they make sure I get no sugar. Couldnt find a better place to go! The coffee is awesome! Its my CHEERS! I sit and watch how rude customers are.

Pretty decent coffee but there always seems to be lack of seating. More specifically seating that has access to power outlets, as there are only a couple spots where you can plug in your laptop or whatever.
