I ordered the Del Cheeseburger at 2:30 am due to working graveyard shifts. I noticed that the burger was really dry and cold, so I went back through the drive thru to see if I could get a new one. As soon as I told the manager, she said she didnt believe that I had just come through and just assumed that I wanted a free burger. Even after I handed her the full burger and the receipt, she still said she didnt believe that it was cold because she went on and on about how her cook that night was the best and wouldnt serve a cold burger. I began filming her and she kept saying that her cook wouldnt do that and that I was a liar. I asked her at least 20 times for her district managers phone number and she wouldnt give it to me. She also said that it was almost 3 in the morning and that the food wouldnt be the same as if I came during the day. I asked why the food wouldnt be the same even though they are open 24/7 and she just explained that its not the same because there isnt as many people. Her cook then pointed out that I was filming her. She then offered the new burger and asked if I wanted a free drink with it too. I just kept asking for her managers number, but she just kept asking if I wanted free stuff, and said the manager didnt need to get involved. After asking for the managers number way too many times, I just told her I would be back to get it later, and drove away. The food, and especially the people, are awful. This 4 minute video is being posted everywhere.

Del taco is without a doubt my favorite fast food place! And this location in particular is really good! You gotta love that you can get tons of food for super cheap and it really isnt that bad for you. They also have amazing cheeseburgers! If you havent tried one...I highly recommend that you do! And if you have had one, you know exactly what Im talking about! My other favs are their chicken soft taco and their medium hot sauce (perfect balance between heat and flavor).

UPDATE: The older white hair lady that works here at night, is still one of the best fast employees Ive ever encountered! Its fast food burritos, so I have low expectations. With that said, Ive been pleasantly surprised by the quality of some of the burritos like the Surf and Turf, Bacon Ranch Chicken Avacado. Its actually healthy for fast food. The old gray haired lady that works there at night is awesome! Everything you wouldnt expect from a fast food worker.

This place has went downhill since the last 3 months. EVERYTIME I go there to order a: BIG FAT STEAK TACO (1 second in between words) they STILL GET IT FREAKING WRONG! They mess orders all the time. Due to Non-fluent english workers... Like today I ordered a BIG FAT STEAK TACO, they gave me a Steak Del Carbon... What? Out of Every 10 Visits, they mess up 4 of my orders.

The food is quick and cheap. I really like how the food tastes. Its delicious. Sometimes I eat lunch here every day of the week. All of the servers are pretty friendly, too. They can be slow, at times, but usually theyre really fast. The store is a little run down, so I hope they renovate it soon.

Worked near here and got tacos here many days. They were always very fast even during lunch rush or on Taco Tues. Super cheap prices and the sizes can be small because of that but the taste is always great. Need a quick cheap bite to eat and this is the place. Also drink sizes are huge.

The fish tacos are really good for fast food. The rest of the items are better than that standard fast food. They dont have the blanket TV commercials the competition has, but they have better food. I know my work colleagues would rather go here as well.

Honestly one of my favorite restaurants, for Amerimex food. Cant get enough of those value tacos! The deluxe street tacos and fish/shrimp tacos are also surprisingly good. I recommend giving their pricier fare a shot for a change; I bet youll like it!
