I fully understand that this is a hot sub sandwich shop but, if someone leaves special instructions on their order to specifically not heat or toast their sub thats something that should easily be done. My husband wanted subs from here, I personally do not like toasted subs at all. I left specific, clear, polite instructions to not toast my sub. It was warm all the way through so, clearly they were not followed. If they saw the instructions late I would have been more than happy to wait for them to redo it and not raised a fuss. This was my first time going to fire house and its definitely been a disappointment.
