The first thing I did when I got there was ask what type of oil they use, because my son is allergic to nuts. One of the girls told me three types of oil they use, and that they "only use the peanut oil in the Kung Pao chicken, but we use the same pan and wash it between uses." I told her that was fine, and she gave me a look and said "we use the same pan". I said "Okay. But you said you wash it between uses?" She, again, said that they did. She gave me another look, but I got my food. Now my son is not deathly allergic to nuts. It makes him break out and itch, but if they are washing the pan, then he should have absolutely no issues. Anyway, I had a friend with me that day. She went back over to that side of the restaurant to get something and overheard them saying "I told her we use the same pan" ... "if her son is allegic" ... "how stupid some people are". So she doesnt know me, my son, or our situation, she told me the pan is washed between uses, and yet she calls me stupid. She made faces at me, and she called me stupid. She is rude. However, Im not basing my entire review off of a couple of rude employees who wanted to converse about my choice to get food that was made in what is supposed to be a clean wok. The food was good, it was a pleasantly slow night which made for a good atmosphere, and the servers were very cordial about putting my cashew shrimp into a separate container so it wouldnt touch the food my son was eating. Find some more understanding employees and my rating will go up.

This is without a doubt the worst Panda Express I have ever been to, and Ive been to many. Three menu items I asked for on todays trip had a 5-10 minute wait time, so I changed orders to avoid waiting. When I get up to the window they tell me the chow main I got instead of the fried rice, (which I didnt get because of a wait time,) needed to be cooked and I would have to pull forward and wait 5-10 minutes. I mean come on! Aside from the wait times, on the several occasions I get the panda craving and come here, despite all my reservations, I get swindled every time I order the bigger plate. Its supposed to come with an extra entree, but because they cant fit the third item in the to go container, they put it in a separate box. The problem being that the this box is JUST big enough to fit 3-4 pieced of teriyaki chicken if they really cram it in there. All in all Ive had bad experiences on every prior visit to this location and today was the worst by far. (And I dont even have my food yet.) So its fair to say I do not plan on returning and wouldnt recommend this location to anyone excepting those who want to go grocery shopping at the neighboring Smiths while you wait for your order.

Panda Express is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is always delicious and the price is good for what you get. This particular location, however, is the bane of my existence. The past several times Ive been to this location, regardless of the time of day, it has been an absolute joke. Today, for example, after getting to the intercom to order, I had to wait over ten minutes just for them to take my order and then another eight minutes for them to get it to me. They cannot get it together. Its not like Im ordering for 12 people... literally a scoop of rice and a handful of chicken... And the drive-throu staff is very rude as well, not to mention inappropriately covered in hickeys. Maybe theyll get better over time, but for now, its not worth the time wasted.

Absolutely hate this location. Ive gone in 3 times around 10-15 minutes before close and all of the staff completely ignores me. But as soon as its a minute or two past ten they look at me and sorry were closed we are done serving when they have seen Ive been standing in front of them for more than 10 minutes. Sometimes theyll even tell me "Oh Ill be right with you" and then right after "sorry were closed." Tonight was no different went inside and they told me they were closed but I could go through the drive thru. Pull up to the drive thru and then they tell "Were closed" Almost like theyre playing a game with you. I hate this location.

I walked in right at closing time. The staff were very nice and friendly and didnt turn me away. There were not many selections available but Isabella told me that if I didnt see what I wanted they would make it fresh for me. After ordering Justin cooked everything up fresh for me right on the spot he told me that if I had to wait for something I might as well get it all made fresh. They were extremely friendly and helpful and it was the best food I have ever had at panda THANK YOU center Street panda employees. I will return and recommend this panda to everyone I know.

This location is always so busy and not the fastest. Most times the customer service is less than average. Tonight the first kid that helped me was unfriendly and lacked any kind of good customer service. I ordered rice and he proceeded to scrape the what was left in the pan, nasty crusty bits and all, into my plate. Then acted annoyed when I said I would rather wait for fresh rice. I only gave 3 stars because the young lady at the register in comparison to her emo coworker, was great. Very friendly, upbeat, apologetic and helpful.

I love orange chicken. My orange chicken is better then then what you get at Panda express. At this Panda Express my daughter got some orange chicken and it had a huge chunks of fat the chicken at this restaurant seems to be ends and pieces. In addition to this the pieces were all stuck in big clumps and had not raw but not cooked enough coating. I personally wont go back to this location. I was grossed out about half way through dinner. I put orange chick in the garbage heresy.

Standing there waiting my turn noticing the worker tending the till come right back to serving food ,sticking his dirty finger in the trays he is going to serve my food in(disgusting). Then waiting my turn and noticed the other worker that just came from outside dumping the trash and goes right over to the food with same rubber gloves he had on when dumping trash and starts handling the food.Needless to say I walked out of there and will never return to the Orem location

Walked in at lunch time on a Tuesday and I was greeted immediately by friendly staff. Service was great! The guy was attentive and helpful in getting my walnut shrimp without too many walnuts per my request. Joked with me along the service line to the register. Professional and curteous. The food was pilled in good size portion, no skimping. It was fresh hot and delish. This location is much better than the one I usually go to across town at UP. Totally recommend it.

Went through the drive through, service was fast. Got home my chow Mein was burnt and my orange chicken was HOT. Way to spicy. I went back and told her what happened, she said okay no problem. Then when I get up to the window continues to question me about why I didnt like it. I get the new stuff, my chicken is HOT and my chow Mein in dry and once again had burnt pieces in it. We will never go back to this panda location. So congrats on losing another customer.
