One of if not our favorite "go to" restaurant. Best chopped salads in town (Salmon and Kale salad is our favorite) and real authentic Italian pizzas (thin crust). Light and tasty food that never leaves you feeling like you overate. One of my new favorites is the Meat Ball Bruschetta. Very tasty! I must say though I miss all the prosciutto based items they used to have (3 meat salad including prosciutto and the prosciutto and melone pizza---bring em back sauce!).

Went last night for the first time ever. Service wasnt that great and the food was just Meh. For a pizza restaurant/wine bar, I expected a little more. The pizza crust was dry and the crust had at least 2 inches with no toppings. I ordered a bottle of wine, and the wine tasted old and bitter. You can tell they took the screw top off the bottle and replaced it with a cork from another wine. Theres no telling how long that wine was open. Just overall not good.

Hands down best gf pizza ive had, and ive tried a lot of them. Wish there was more bang for your buck, its pretty pricey, for not a lot of food. The food comes out slow, we were told to pick up our food in 35 min and when we got there we had to wait an additional 15. I asked why the food took so long and they didnt have any excuse.

I went to this restaurant on Feb. 6, 2017. I had two pizzas to go. One of the pizzas was somehow burnt black on the crust and soggy in the middle. My second pizza had so much salt it was all I could taste. The toppings were overcooked and not properly sliced. On the bright side, they have nice deserts and the employees were kind.

Tonight will be my last visit to Sauce ever. They got rid of the only thing on the menu worth eating. Been coming here for years for the prosciutto and melone pizza and now they got rid of it. How disappointing. The rest of the pizzas are just subpar. So long Sauce.

LOVE their thin crust pizzas! Best that Ive found in the Valley. The manager overheard my friend saying today was my birthday and he comped my pizza. Free birthday pizza without asking. What can be better than that? Especially when its as good as the ones at Sauce!

First time trying Sauce tonight. We had doordash deliver. Food was delivered fast, fresh and very good. We had lasagna and the three types of bruschetta. I would recommend and will be eating at the Sauce restaurant in the near future. Cant wait to try their pizza.

I ordered the caprese bruschetta and that was really good hence the 2 stars but the chicken on my salad tasted like canned chicken. I called to let them know and got hung up on. And I swear I wasnt rude. Dont think Ill be going back there again.

Called in an order for pickup. Said it would be in 15 minutes but ended up wateing 55 minutes. And the food was terrible!!!!! I have dined in here mini times and it was good. I would not order out again.

Ordered two different pizzas and both where over cooked, dry, and no sauce or toppings anywhere near the edge. I dont want two inches of dry crust. Very disappointed, standards have gone down over time.

Love this place!! The food is spot on every time. The employees are always helpful and very personable. My only complaint would be that the manager has a very loud voice and is a tad annoying.

Sauce has such a great vibe and atmosphere. The staff are great and go out of their way to be helpful. I love their gluten free pizza! This is one of my favorite lunch spots in Gilbert.

Very friendly staff....favorite place to enjoy a glass of wine,a few slices of pizza and some laughs on the patio. Perfect portions for lunch or dinner! Try the chopped salad-YUMMY.
