Terrible customer service. I called ahead to place a large order and the kid that answered the phone told me to just come in and order them at the counter. I told him that last time I did that, I was told that I should always call ahead on a large order like this. He said my order wasnt really that large (40 tacos) and calling ahead just wouldnt be fair to the other customers. What does that mean??? When I asked how that could be he hung up on me. I called back and the girl that answered said she was "the manager at the moment." She was very indifferent to my complaint. I called a different location and they were great.

I would think twice before going to eat here at the Lehi location Del Taco. We went there and placed our order in the drive-thru at about 9am and the worker Angela whos a tall girl with blonde hair was eating on the line as she was bagging our food putting her hands in her mouth and then touching our food was disgusting to me. We had to call another Del Taco to get a hold of the district manager in which we finally did. They offered a refund to us wich we took and they also allowed us to go to the Saratoga Springs Del Taco to get fresh food at our convenience.... I would seriously think twice before you go and eat here.

I always have an average experience here. The food is fast food, and the eating area is nothing special. Sometimes we are lucky and get someone that cares about their job, but most of the time its staffed by people who just dont care. It does have a play area, but if there are any amount of kids in there, it gets loud and crowded in a hurry, as its enclosed. I wish we could do half stars because if probably lean towards 2.5 stars.

Worst Del Taco location Ive ever been to. At every other location Ive visited, the employees have been respectful and eager to help. The employees here are childish, forgetful, and loud. They apparently dont realize that the guests sitting inside can hear them messing around with each other in the back. On top of that, they forgot to bring me my drink, and they got us the wrong food. Some serious changes need to be made here.

Good Americanized-Mexican food. The overall cleanliness of this location is average but not bad enough to make you ill. As with all Del Taco locations, the portions have nearly halved in the past ten years and the prices have all gone up by 50%, but the food taste remains the same.

Very clean store, inside, outside in family and play areas and most important the ladies room/handicap be stall with changing table! the staff had a good work ethic and was pretty near perfect. Thanks again for the great meal.

Slowest Del Taco ever. There were only 4 cars in front of me and it took me 20 minutes to get through. The worst part is their drove thru traps you. I therefore went from early to late to my appt.

It is what it is. Not sure why the insist on serving burgers the same place they serve Mexican food, but it shows in the quality that they have mixed priorities. Not amazing, not terrible.
