Wasnt too impressed with the food or the service. Is this legit 5 stars....no...4 stars not even close. It struggles for 3 stars. The waitresses was no where to be found and forgot to get drinks and silverware. The place was crowded and disorganized, the order to the buffet was chaotic and inconsistent. The food for the most part lack significant flavor, I will say though the lime cilantro dressing for the salad was good as were their rolls and honey butters. This a great place to take a cheap unsophisticated date but certainly wouldnt celebrate an anniversary here.

My husband and I have loved Chuck-A-Rama for as long as we can remember. But with todays experience we probably wont return, at least not to this location. The white rolls were extremely undercooked, when we bit into them they melted into pieces of soggy dough. The multigrain rolls were old and flat,the macaroni and cheese was watery, the fried chicken was so greasy I used a whole napkin in the attempt to sop it away, and the roast beef tasted... well, off. And finally, the ice cream was thin and watery, just like the mac and cheese. Definitely not worth our $25.

I really love Chuck-a-rama in St. George, but this one in Ogden needs some lessons in display and how to make their recipes. Many of the things we enjoy in St. George arent available at this one and some of the things they offer are really messy or just not made well. They do have lots of healthy choices; they just need some training on making and displaying the food correctly. We have been to all the Chuck-a-ramas and this is the worst one. It really shows the inconsistency in a restaurant chain.

THIS PLACE IS PRICY AND IT WOULD BE NICE IF THE DRINKS WERE FREE LIKE GOLDEN CORRAL AND OTHER restaurant in OGDEN CHUCK A RAMA IS THE ONLY PLACE I KNOW THAT CHARGES FOR THERE DRINKS not very many item to choose from. And it would be better if the drink were free 2.99 for a drink ishe Alot. You can get a 44oz for $1.49 at the store a refill for .89 cents

Kids running around, people with their hands in the food, way too expensive. This place is just a germ infested, loud, gross place. Never worth the wait or money. I wouldnt have eaten here but was meeting family. Had they let me in without having to pay, I would have and I wouldnt eat anything. Hell I only had a salad, a 15.00 salad. Horrible!

I went here with my grandson. The cashier was nice and explained what to do. She told us to enjoy our meal. There was a large variety of food. The food was fresh and hot. The employees were working hard to make sure there was plenty of food. Our server was friendly and checked on us several times. Great place and we will be going back soon.

The wait to get seated can be pretty long if you go during lunch or dinner hours. The food is good but isnt replaced very timely. They have a wide range of drinks which are included in the price which is nice. Our server was very attentive at getting our drinks and clearing our plates. Its a nice place to go for a good priced buffet.

Always good food, and even though its a buffet, the service is second to none! ALL of the people working here are exceptionally nice and friendly and ever smiling! I dont know if they really love their job and customers so much or if theyre just wonderful actors. If its the latter I sure cant tell! Great restaurant! A+

I sat down with my mom and dad and the waiters never came, my dad and I had to go get our drinks. They also didnt come to get our plates. Honestly that is very bad service, especially when there was 3 waiters standing by everyone just talking. I honestly and very disappointed. Also JACKIE is a really bad waiter.

I love going to this place when we go out of town shopping. We usually go here before we go shopping for the day because there is so much food to choose from and the price is just right. We eat so much and then we dont have to worry about being hungry and grumpy in the middle of our day.

Weve always had great food and great service. There are many options on the salad bar, and many different types of meats and potatoes: Fried chicken, roasted chicken, ham, roast beef, fish, beef stroganoff, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, French fries, au gratin potatoes, etc.

Everyone is nice, but they are really slow when there is a large group. They dont seem to have any vegetables aside from salad. 6 different kinds of potatoes, though, so they got you there. The food doesnt stay hot on the buffet very long, so everything is luke warm.

Meh. Ok in a pinch. Prices are higher, selection is slightly lower, and food slightly lower quality than Golden Corral. And their menu doesnt rotate as much as Golden Corral. Atmosphere is nice and waiters/wait are very nice. They take very good care of customers.

This place is far better than Golden Corral! The food is fresher and they have more variety. Drinks are included in the price so its really a better value as well. They are busy most nights but they turn around tables quickly so theres usually not much of a wait.

Great food. If you can get past the name, the food is fantastic. The service is great and I always walk out very satisfied. Too many people I know rip on this place (up-chuck-a-rama) and yet have never even tried it. If youre one of those...give it a shot.

It is simply the best all you can eat buffet in the Ogden City area. Only down side is each week the daily menu is the same. I would enjoy more variety in items on the menu. The staff is the best fast friendly always pleasant. Love this restaurant.

Buffet style dinning. Senior discount (60 yrs), kids up to 12 yrs prorated discount. Good food, great selection of everything from salad bar to dessert bar, fish on weekends, wide variety of beverages. Im always satisfied. Highly recommended.

This place offers something for everyone. I have yet to have a bad experience here. The servers at prompt at clearing plates and willing to get drinks or other items. They check in regularly, but not to the point where its annoying.

The pot roast is fantastic. My wife is addicted to the scones and honey butter. On my last visit I really enjoyed the beef roast and horseradish. The place was clean and the service was very good. We will return soon.

The worst service that I ever had. The food was no better. Half cooked rolls and under cooked cookies. No rice on the bar and the Mac n cheese was terrible. Do not eat at this place. Go to golden corral.
