Was so excited when we got their menu in the mail and it said they deliver! With all the Chinese restaurants in Ogden youd think more delivered... but they dont! The food was ok... much better than the last place we found that deliver. However I have many issues with my entire experience! First the chicken chow main arrived with no noodles. Ordered 2 meals and, unlike any other Chinese restaurant Ive ever been to, they do not come with soup. That was a bummer! Thats all one of my children will eat. They have 30 lunch combo choices but when it comes to dinner theres only half that to choose from. Got an order of crab wantons but Im pretty sure there was no crab in them. The menu that arrived in my mailbox says theres a $10 min for delivery and says nothing about a delivery charge. The total I was given seemed high. So I added everything up and the total was about $5 higher. Now some of that was tax but when I checked out their web site not only is there a $3 delivery charge on there but it says the min for delivery is $13! After taking my order the lady said "we will be there shortly". To me that would mean about 30 min. When we get take out from other places we are usually told 20 min. Our food finally arrived a hour later! Last I feel like the driver was trying to rip me off. I was paying cash but needed change. First he tried to just leave with the cash I handed him. I had to tell him I needed change. He asked how much ( he was Asian and didnt "seem" to understand American currency). I told him $5 leaving a small tip for him as I was not happy with the unpublished delivery fee and the hour that it took to arrive. He then said he had to check his car for change! He then came back and said he only had 2 dollars and that his wallet wasnt in the car. So I took back the money Id given him and proceeded to raid my childrens piggy bank as I only had $20s. By this time Ive had a third frustration added since the driver wasnt prepared to make change when the lady on the phone asked if I wanted to pay card or cash! So, I make correct change from my childrens money. He then asks for a tip! I tell him my frustrations & that I dont have anymore to give him. He then says "let me see if theres a $5 in the car". ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Low and behold!... he comes back from the car with a $5! He just wasted 10-15 minutes of my time and my children were already starving long before he even arrived. I may give them another try... but probably not! At least not for a long time!

This place has been nothing but trouble for me! Once I ate in the restaurant, and was served a "sweet potato roll" that had literally no sweet potato at all in it, only onion. Not only that, the avocado roll I ordered was made with brown/rotting avocado! The next time we decided to order it and have delivered. We ordered a chicken and rice dish, and 4 sushi rolls. We were charged for everything, but only the chicken and rice were delivered. We called, and eventually they delivered the sushi, but we had to wait an extra 45 minutes on top of the hour that we waited the first time around. They didnt even give us a discount or anything!! It blows my mind that we had two experiences like this, and they did not do anything extra in order to make it right. I am so frustrated with this place, it is not worth your time.

What a horrible experience! They sent us to the back room where it was just as cold as it was outside. Then, our server was probably the rudest I have ever had. First of all, she got our orders completely wrong and didnt bother to apologize or take it off the check. Instead, she had even more of an attitude and acted like every word out of our mouths was an inconvenience to her. No refills, nothing. When we wanted to split the bill she literally informed us that she is very busy and not to confuse her. So one person paid for all of us. Then she had the nerve to question one of us immediately after the bill was paid, asking if he had paid for his food. Wtf? I come from a family with lots of service experience and this was by far the worst. The food is only okay not much flavor. Never will we go back.

Terrible , this place charges half off their sushi befrore 3pm everyday. We ordered a maple garden roll which is supposed to be deep fried. (their online menu is different than their paper menu)they say 15 minutes, i get there in 20 and still have wait another 10 minutes for them to finish my order.when i get home the rice on the roll is cold like it has been refridgerated, which is not normal it means they reuse their rice, the maple garden roll was not fried which is the only reason i ordered it. I called them and they said they would give remake it. Iasked for a refund. They never said they would give me a refund. I have given them business 5 or 6 times in the last 6 months. I will never go back.DO NOT GO HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE .

Its hard to relay my experience mainly because its taken nearly 2 hours for them to deliver 3 rolls of sushi to our house less than 5 miles away. We called once and asked if our food was almost ready because it had been an hour and we were kind of hungry. The man on the phone said yes its ready and theyll send it asap. This was fine, however, we waited another half hour and still nothing, so we call again, it had not yet left still. I used to work in a restaurant and I understand things happen, however we live roughly 10 minutes away. Will never be getting food here again, mainly due to the worst service I have ever experienced. If I was able to give it one star I 100% would since its been 2 hours now, and still nothing,

My partner and I order take out from here often. The staff and owner are super friendly. I love the lemon grass tofu or the red curry tofu with vegetables. My partner usually orders the kung pao tofu with mixed vegetables. We also always order an avocado roll and sweet potato roll as appetizers, they both are super tasty. The food here is delicious, inexpensive and they give you lots! We always have leftovers. We also like to dine in with friends and family because we can get vegetarian and they can order meat dishes and sushi. Everyone leaves satisfied. This is our favorite chinese restaurant in Ogden. :D

Yesterday, thought we would get a great start to the New Year and have some yummy Maple Garden food. We have been going to Maple Garden for the past 18 years. Oh, what an extreme disappointment that the business had been sold and was under new owners. Both the food and service was terrible, nothing even close to what it had been. Thanks to the Yus for the many wonderful memories made in that Restaurant and how sad that era has come to a close. Just to top it off, my son threw up what food he did eat within 5 minutes after leaving. Sadly, we will not be back!
