03/16/16 I give the staff, all teenagers, especially Ethan a full five star thumbs up on the customer service. My issue was with the temperature and contamination of the food. I expected my burritos temp to go down slightly by the time I had it and my chips and salsa home. But the beans, tortilla and rice were all cold. Meat was the only warm, not hot, food in the burrito. Second finding hair, not a hair but hair, in my bag of chips was upsetting. I may try one more time but I am not expecting much food wise. On the other hand I know the kids will take care of me. 3/19/16 This is my last visit to this branch. When I spoke with the assistant manager making my burrito about the chips from a few days prior, he laughed. Thinking it was a joke I told him I was serious. Still laughing he offered me a free bag of chips. I accepted with the caveat I will bring them back and talk to gm if I find anything wrong. Chips were fine. Portions of my burrito were so cold I would they just pulled them from the fridge. The restaurant was a wreck. For it being a slow time of day floor was messy, drink area was covered in spills and the ceiling...! The restaurant is sloppy and unfinished. The staff slow and disorganized. Unlike the Arnold, I will not be back.

To begin with, there is a bit of important information I should mention first. Today, Chipotle had a buy-one-get-one for teacher appreciation week. Apparently, this store is normally not very busy at this time of day. I arrived at 7:30. It took 30 minutes of standing in line, before it was my turn to order. They were out of pork, fajita vegetables, cilantro, and hot salsa. The chicken on my burrito had a crispy, burnt outer layer. The employees all seemed like they were ready to start a food fight with the customers. All things considered, it wasnt a bad experience... Just disappointing and inconvenient. It seemed like the employees were doing their best to remain calm, and get through the night without any major events. I think management and corporate owe a few hundred people an apology though, including their employees. This was a rather underwhelming display of appreciation.

Yall... Chipotle is my favorite place ever! Ive been going to chipotle for years and always had amazing experiences... except for this Murray Utah location, Ive given this location many chances and didnt want to give them a bad review. Ive had multiple horrible experiences though. Today was just as bad. I understand restaurants and controlling waste and food costs, but for someone who only gets rice, beans, meat, and cheese, seems a little ridiculous to charge for extra rice. Especially when in all my years of going to chipotle, No ones ever tried to charge me for extra rice. Then I try to explain it to the team member and she continues to argue with me about it. On top of that, the chicken was horribly dry, rice was bland and undercooked. Dont think Ill be back to chipotle for awhile, especially this location.

Food was great and so was the weather so we decided to sit outside under a umbrella on the patio to eat. A huge gust of wind kicked up and the heavy huge umbrella from the table behind me blew up and smacked into the back of my head! It hurt!!! The patrons inside seen what happened and all came out to see if i was ok but not one employee. I did speak with the manager and no resolution or apology was given. He doesnt ask me if i was even ok. So thumbs up to the food. Thumbs down to the management and employees. My head now has a huge bump that will likely hurt for days if not longer. Please bolt your umbrellas down! If a young child got hit this could have been 100000% worse.

If there was a way to do a NEGATIVE, thats what they would get. Horrible SERVICE. All of the orders came out wrong. Even though the receipts from ordering online clearly had it stated what it was supposed to be. Its one to thing to mess up a little on one thing but when you cant get a single order correct...come on people! Dont mess with peoples food, especially when they are paying decent prices for it. Even called to speak to a manager just so they knew what happened to avoid it happening again, the manager seemed annoyed with me? Ill never be going there again.

So dissapointed from this last visit. :( After a week of craving chipotle i finally stopped by and the food was not fresh you could tell it had been there for hours, the guac was black they had no taco shells, chips were freshly made but had no flavor. Its sad because its expensive, spending over $25 each visit going once a week. I complained but they didnt care.

The food is great. Very polite and as we were sitting outside the person I assume to be a manager provided us with this lovely free meal card. This is really cool and Im very impressed with their staff. :) Next PokemonGo adventure I will definitely be bringing my wife again to here. Finishing the day off with excellence! Lorena makes the best burritos in the world and theyre HUGE!! Nick, the manager has his staff very well trained! Everyone is extremely friendly and extremely customer service oriented. The food is always wonderful and fresh, however we keep coming back to this one because of how great the staff is. Thanks again Nick and Lo!!!

The food is great, the service is ok. Two things I cannot understand are... Even after several months of this location being open, the heater still doesnt work, Its seriously warmer outside?!? Ive asked the staff and they say "its broke" or "sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt". And, whats up with the ceiling???

Worst customer service I have ever had! Tried going in to eat and I was turned away because I didnt have a invitiation to enter. Its chipotle not a upscale restaurant! The guy at the door was extremely rude and laughed in my face for not having an invite. I do not recommend this location at all!

When they first opened the customer service was horrible and I left a bad review. I gave this location a second chance and Id have to say it completely flipped 180°.. Customer Service has stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park. It is now my main location to eat at.

Tried Chipotle today for the 1st time, it was the most bland food I have ever had. Ladies were rude serving the food & horrible food. $15.00 for a Chicken bowl, Chips, salsa & Guacamole. Guacamole has no flavor except onion taste. I gave a start because I had too, not worth it!!

Great food and awesome service keeps me coming back. Brandon, Kyra, Nash, Mason and Vince were working tonight and from person to person the friendliness and service never wavered. If there was a poster employee for customer service it would be Brandon. That kid is an all star!

Just want to say thanks for the great experience. Been getting a burrito every single day for the past month. And today is my 32nd day. I plan to do a whole 365 days as a challenge. Thanks Verneice and the rest of the awesome employees for making my experience this chipotle !
