My husband and I went here last night. The service was on point, our server was patient as my husband is picky and asked a lot if questions. She was very accomidating. The food was absolutely delicious! Im from Texas so I know about Mexican food. I also make Mexican food and this was exceptional food.First off we had chips and salsa. Usually standard but the salsa had lime in it which was a very nice and flavorful. I had 2 tamales, one green chicken and one jalapeno cheese. Texture was firm and moist. The stuffings were quite tasty. The Spanish rice had a hint of cumin and was reminiscint of my mothers Spanish rice. My husband had a carne de asade burrito smothered with Chile Verde sauce. It was made perfectly and my husband raved about it. For dessert I had the Tres Leches cake and it was pretty good. Overall Las Flores was exceptional. It is now my favorite Mexican restaurant!

Best Mexican in Layton!!! We tried the enchiladas, tamales and smothered burrito, all were excellent. The salsas were fresh and guacamole was superb. You could tell that the sauces/food was homemade with love. We also had desert, again superb. I would have given it 5 stars if the tortilla chips were thinner and freshly made. Our waitress was friendly and knew the menu well, excellent service!! Our family was very happy, we will be back often!

My husband and I are both Hispanic and we both have high expectations for Mexican food. Unfortunately, Las Flores did not meet our expectations. The salsa was not good at all, no flavor whatsoever. My husband enjoyed his burrito. I ordered the carne asada plate and it was disappointing. The meat was lacking flavor. The service was nice, but overall it was a disappointing dining experience.

Would give five but I got told that in order to get the Tuesday special you have to ask for it so !! So when we got our check I ask if they still had the Tuesday special cause she had charged me for an extra 9.99 dollar plate and Rudely said "oh if you dont ask for it you dont get it ". I talked to the girl on the front and she made everything right.

Great place for tacos. They are fresh and tasty. Their specialties are from Sinaloa. They have many regional dishes, including lots of sea food dishes. Their most popular lunch special is the all-you-can-eat tacos, which include chicken, beef, carnitas and al pastor. It even includes a drink. Great value and good service.

The mild salsa didnt score well with me, had no flavor. They ran out of the Hot one. BUT, the food is tasty! Enchiladas rojas de pollo were real good! Carne Asada fries meat was so good, just make sure you tell them "no onions" if you dont like them.... They use tons of onions. Staff is super nice!

Cheese enchiladas are seriously some of the best Ive ever had! Got both the red and green sauce on them, definitely the way to go- house made sauces, great recipes. My husband had one of each of the street tacos, the pork carnitas one was the favorite, also super delish.

This place is simply wonderful. Friendly staff, great food, distinctive atmosphere. Great place to eat out with the family or for your office party. One of the few places to find in Layton that we can call our own!

Got the all you can eat tacos at lunch for $12. Palm sized with good tortillas. I really liked the al pastor; very savory and not smothered in pineapple. Restaurant has large set up for live music as well.

Went to Los Flores for lunch sat for over 45 min no food and then the waitress was rude about it. I used to love this place what happened. Wont go again. 45 min for a salad and burrito crazy
