Las Glorias has almost the identical menu as La Puente, La Frontera, and La Fountain. They all offer what I call raw home style Mexican food. Nothing fancy, just quick and filling. I like that sometimes. The difference between all of these places is decor, atmosphere, service, and in the case of La Fountain, quality of food. (La Fountain is awful. There appears to be no meat at all in their Mexican meat filling.) La Puente has the better decor and atmosphere in my opinion and they offer a Senior discount. La Frontera is the most stark and cold. When ordering the combination plates, all will put the taco and tostada on a separate plate if requested, which is nice because it keeps them from getting soggy from the chili verde sauce. My only complaint against Las Glorias, and they have been doing this for years, is that no matter what coupon I bring in; $7 off, $5 off, etc., they always cheat me. They will routinely only discount my ticket $4. If they are going to offer a coupon discount they should honor the amount offered. (If you are reading this Las Glorias; you offer the coupon to bring me in, I enjoy my meal, and the last thing you do before I leave is cheat me on my ticket! How do you think that makes me feel about you?) As far as I know, of the others, La Fountain is the only other one to offer coupon discounts, but the food is so bad that I wont go there. Oh, and La Puenta will short you on their Senior discount. What is it with these guys? Sure, most people never look at their ticket, but is there no honesty or integrity? Do you guys feel good treating your customers that way?

This place was terrible. The food was obviously made with poor quality ingredients and the meat was burnt. The waitress didnt even write down my order. I guess she thought she could remember it. I never got what I ordered. Instead, I got a completely different meal. Something a lot smaller than what I ordered. Yet, I was still charged full price for exactly what I ordered. The staff is seriously incompetent and most of them should be replaced or this place should be shut down. I do not consider this place authentic Mexican food. I would have had a more enjoyable experience at taco bell. They dont even have salsa. Instead they bring you a small basket of overdone tortilla chips and a shallow bowl of what tastes like pizza sauce. This place is absolutely disgusting. The place also looks like they clean MAYBE once a week! Gross! Not to mention that the service was extremely slow and our waitress did not Crack a smile once. I award this place no stars and will never be returning unless its with a health inspector. I have no clue how they are even in business.

I never write reviews but I used others to go to Las Glorias. The food and the atmosphere was a C-. The service was the WORST Ive ever experienced. Right after being seated our waitress came over and asked if we were ready to order. We asked for some more time. I looked back at the menu and got about a half page down and she was back, this time a little more aggressive on wanting our order. We ordered, got our drinks and then were ignored for at least a half an hour (mind you, 8 other people in the restaurant). Our server spent most of the time talking with other employees. With our drinks empty our meals arrived incomplete and she had added a salad that no one ordered. After waiting awhile for her to return I went to the counter to get some help. To get our orders up to par, our drinks refilled and the salad taken back/off our bill was so frustrating we got to go boxes and left. We will NEVER return!

The service was horrible from when we walked in to when we left. Instead of being greeted with a Hi, how are you? The waiter said "2?" She was very unfriendly and didnt smile once. Never asked us what we wanted to drink. When we got the food she kind of tossed it down. I went to pull it forward and it was burning hot... Thanks for the warning. The food was okay. Would have been better if we had something to drink or if she ever came to check on us. When I went to the front to pay, the guy wasnt friendly at all! Didnt say two words. I have never felt so unwelcome like that in a restaurant. Definitely not going back... I wouldnt waste your time or money there.

The service was horrible. Waited 20 minutes before the waitress even came to take my order, although she was going to the other 3 tables by me. I couldnt even understand her when she tried explaining the lunch special. I therm had to wait another 5 minutes for the manager to come take my order. The food was horrible, Ive been several other times with a co worker and the food was amazing then, this time not so much. The chile Verde was super runny and tasted watered down, had twice the amount of beans in the smothered burrito, which were also runny and absolutely no flavor. Completely disappointed.

This is one of the worst places I have eaten- I have visited and eaten in many countries and have cooked and served the public professionally and privately. The attention was terrible and the food was cold and awful. The rice was dry, the beans were like soup and the tortillas were like a Frisbee- The chicken was not fresh but canned. I recommend a taco truck at least they are authentic Mexican. I cannot believe this place is still open I paid 10 dollars for a lunch entree. If you decide to try this place bring the Vaseline....... Eat Red Iguana- They are still the best in town.

Definitely not in a hurry to come back here. The waitress took a long time to get to our table and then kept disappearing so we couldnt ask for anything. When our food came out the plate was hot but the food was only luke warm. The portions were smaller than what I can get at other restaurants just like this one (La Fountain, La Frontera, etc), but the same price. My womens bathroom had water leaking from the toliet and the water that came out of the faucet was ice cold.

This La Puente location is better than most. Clean, bright, and the staff is very kind even when there is a language barrier. The food is excellent and again, better than other locations. This cook gets it. Not too salty, just the right amount of heat. Very nice. They even place the takeout in good, sturdy containers that wont leak all over on the way home. Plus, they have a local artist just finishing a nice southwest mural. Looks great and adds to the experience.

Las Glorias is the epitome of mediocre Mexican food. Everything from the salsa that tastes like it was poured from a bottle found at the supermarket to the chicken that tastes fresh from a can. Chairs and silverware were amiss. Attention to detail is not on anyones mind. Its incredibly obvious that staff or management has no desire to go above and beyond. Dont get me wrong the food was edible but your money is better spent at any surrounding establishment.

This restaurant was good. I dont think well go back but it wasnt a bad experience. The thing that most turned me off about it was how greasy my food ended up being. I ordered a quesadilla and it just was dripping with oil while I was eating it. The quesadilla was delicious, I admit, but the grease/oil was a little too much for me. Other than that the atmosphere was nice, kind of a hole in the wall type place.
