I have been coming here for taco Tuesday for a solid 6 months or so. My friend and I only come because we love their tacos. We get pretty terrible service every time we come here but last weeks taco Tuesday is by far the worst weve ever had.. Which is saying something. For the first time ever, they told us upon ordering that they cant give us the taco Tuesday deal unless we order a drink of some sort. They told us that this has always been a rule, "they just havent been following it". Which I can understand, I suppose. My friend and I like to get a few sides of onions with our tacos. The waitress by the name of Kizzy seemed newer, as we had never had her wait on us before. To start, she messed up my order and our friends order that had joined us. Upon receiving our checks, they had charged us $0.50 for onions for each taco, which I can understand. On top of that, there was a $2.00 charge for onions that neither the waitress or "manager" could explain to me. I got two very SMALL and skimpy sized bowls of onion.. The waitress was extremely rude. She was getting in my face, yelling at me, telling me that I was wrong and she would go get a bowl of onions to show me that she was giving us the bigger size. I told her and the "manager" that I have never once in the hundred times that I have come to their facility been charged that much for onions and I usually get way more sides and quantity than I did that night. The "manager" wasnt helpful at all, he didnt want to do anything to help diffuse the situation. I told him I wasnt going to come there anymore if this is how we would be treated. He didnt seem to care at all if two of his regulars didnt come in anymore. Im amazed at how rudely I was treated.. I dont think I will be returning. Its rather unfortunate it has to be this way because I truly do enjoy their tacos.

This place has potential - cool ambiance, setting and outdoor area. Unfortunately each time Ive been here I have had absolutely terrible service, and bad food. There seems to be no leadership/management. The staff often seems way more interested in hanging out with their regulars than working. My most recent experience involved waiting too long to get drinks we ordered, waiting too long to get food menus, waiting too long to get our food and when it arrived it had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp for way too long. My girlfriend ordered a salad and barely touched it because it was soggy and ruined by a heat lamp. Then we waited way too long to get the check we asked for before waiting too long for the bartender to run my card and return it. It wasnt even at all busy. Im just disappointed by the apathy displayed in the staff of this potentially awesome bar.

If you like cheap tacos on Taco Tuesday, this is the place to go! Tacos from hard shell to soft shell and beef to chicken all from $0.50 to $1.50 each. The atmosphere is great! Unfortunately, the service isnt the best. Im here every Tuesday, with the same select servers working on that night and not one of them provides decent service. Taco night is a pretty simple night to take orders because most people just order tacos and drinks but somehow they still manage to get my order 1/3rd of the time. The service is slow, you could be out of water or needing a refill on your drink but it takes the servers a while to come back around. I wish that the staff was a little more friendly and outgoing as well, they always seem to act like they are rushed to help you. Majoring of the servers are guys and just dont provide quality service.

Ive always heard what a great deal Taco Tuesday was so decided to come here on lunch. Wasnt very busy at all, sat right down. But went all down hill from there... we probably waited 15 minutes before even being addressed by the waiter/bartender. She was one of two people staffing the entire restaurant while we were there. We only got drinks and tacos, thats it. From start to finish we were there for nearly 1 ½ hours... not entirely sure what was taking so long and I wouldnt have minded the wait so much had the staff being somewhat pleasant or even remotely nice. We had to ask for sauces, chips and salsa, etc. just overall terrible service, which is unfortunate because the food was rather tasty.

I used to come here for taco Tuesdays all the time with people. Unfortunately the service is so incredibly terrible that it is made it unbearable to come back. I like to come here on my lunch break but it shouldnt take 45 minutes to get 3 tacos and the servers dont seem to care. It seems like a common problem here is the service, if I can get my food and a half way reasonable time I would gladly come back other than that I will never return. The people in my group will not return either they have said, its a slap in the face to treat your customers that you had for years with such bad service.

This place is clean. Its colorful. Its apparently packed on the weekends and theres live music. The service is fine. The food is very mediocre and heavy Mexican stuff. I think this place overall is fine if youre either a 40 year old divorced chick looking for dudes wearing Tap Out and Affliction who are far too old to be doing so. I think the entrance fee is needing to be wearing a fake tan. I suppose you cant judge a place based on its patrons, but thats exactly what Im doing. Maybe in another 8 to 12 years Ill feel a little more comfortable here.

I always go for Taco Tues which is a great time. We get a group of friends and hang out. It is a unique experience there, and I love it! They have indoor and outdoor seating. Taco Tues the tacs are only 50 cents and then they have $2.50 Tecates...which are delicious! I definitely recommend this place! The service isnt always the best, but the atmosphere and the cheap food and drinks makes up for it.

While they have a good atmosphere and the waitresses were very nice, they have a horrible habit of not bringing out your food in a timely manner 35 minutes for the 1st dosh of our party. Which was 10 ppl in total and 1hr for the last person, none of the dishes came out correctly and you could tell that all the food sat for some time! In closing, I will never go back here again!

Went here last night. Its a nice And clean Environment. Really nice people Good food . No need for a cover fee just show your ID And just as simple as that youre in. Its a nice relaxing environment. I Plan on coming back. I like the live music playing in the background. I kinda wish that I could have sang something myself but I dont know if its that kind of place.

I love coming to donkey tails the food is always hot I get my food right away the staff is very friendly always checking on me to make sure everything is ok or if I need anything else donkey tails has the best tacos ever never again will I eat at taco bell or del taco gross I recommend donkey tails to everyone thank you to the staff and all your hard work
