BW3s is advertized as the place to watch sports and eat wings. I grew up not far away from the very first one. I thought it was cool they they made it out here on the other side of the country. While I can agree the wings are always amazing it seems this location does not have the sports part down. I would not recommend going there for an NFL Sunday or a college Saturday. They have about 50 TVs and only a partially non-organized schedule of what TVs will have what sports. I have a few favorite out of town teams I like so I am unable to get them on local cable TV. This makes me a frequent weekend sports bar person. I have to catch my games! I take this very seriously. Most of their local sports bar competition can tell you the moment you walk in the door what games will be on what TVs. Most places have schedules and some places even put up logos on the TVs. This place has made a giant mess of TV programming for sports on 2 separate occasions that I have been there. Just this Sunday I saw almost half of the restaurant clear out because they kept changing games on TVs in mid-game. I saw a bunch of people show up and leave because they were not sure what part of the restaurant would and which TVs have their games showing. This was not because of lack of interest in those games. People from all kinds of teams were there to watch and spend money. People got mad and complained because they set up a spot to watch and then TVs started changing around. I feel with a better management of this situation it would be a competitive local sports bar. I however have given them 2 chances and they have failed both times. I will not be returning to watch any games. I will however miss the food and service, but I will stick to places like Zipps, Blue 32, Cold Beer and Cheeseburgers and others that manage the TV and sports watching situation much better than this place.

Been to a few different Buffalos locations and this one was the worst. I gave it three stars purely based on the fried pickles they were super hot and delicious, but the mozzarella sticks were a little cold. The burger was big and pretty, but thats about it and since they arent made with fresh patties only frozen it boasted very little taste. Surprisingly even though the burger had a meat patty as well as pieces of BBQ when I took bites the bread was overwhelming and lacked a great burst of flavor or character. We ate on the patio since it was a cool enough evening the bus boy was out clearing one table needless to say he cleaned that one table and never came back meanwhile there sat the table in front of us dirty the entire time we were there. The waitress was friendly, but did forget my Pepsi when the meal came out and checked on us less than frequently. Even after leaving a more than decent (for the services rendered) tip she didnt even say good bye to us as we walked right by her to leave. Needless to say I was not impressed.

This was by far my worst buffalo wild wings experience Ive ever had. I waited 45 minutes for wings, and 25 minutes for one refill of soda. Overall I was here for close to an hour and it was by far my most miserable experience Ive ever had a buffalo wild wings. If you are ever in the Scottsdale area and think about going to this buffalo wild wings, I would highly recommend going somewhere else. We asked for the manager three different times and got ignored, when he finally came and discussed with the big group what was going on and even then he was very rude. After asking for the checks, we still waited for another 15-20 minutes. Upon receiving the checks the waiter just put all the different checks in the books in the center of the table and essentially said figure it out. Very unprofessional, and could not have been worse. Overall the worst experience Ive ever had at a restaurant.

Came here around 9pm for a bite and when I entered the building there was not a host or waitress/waiter in sight. I waited at the counter for a few minutes to see if anyone would rescue me from this hunger I was in, but I honestly could not find a single soul to help me. I decided to go to the bar area where the bartender seemed to be much more attentive to his customers. I surveyed the bar area which mostly consisted of single bar seats open in-between parties of 3 or 4. As I walked around to the opposite side of the bar area, I heard the bartender say "you better sit at a table, Im too busy here" under his breath. That was enough for me to leave and not look back. McDonalds had better service than this place.

I went to this restaurant on Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd in Scottsdale tonight just after midnight MST, and I was served several items for which there was apparently an "upcharge" of which we were not informed. We asked for these items to be removed, upon which first the waitress argued with us, then the Manager (Steve) first told us it was "our fault for not reading the menu more carefully" and then agreed to remove the charge because he was going to "bill back the waitress for her mistake." In other words, he was trying to guilt us into paying for her mistake because otherwise I was taking money out of the pocket of a waitress presumably making less than minimum wage.

Im sitting here at an In and Out burger watching my younger brother cry because we couldnt get service at this Buffalo Wild Wings. Walked in and waited for over 5 minutes, we werent even greeted. It seemed as there was only one waitress serving 3+ tables. Would never return here again. We left very quickly because a place that doesnt give us service doesnt deserve our business. We also called to complain and the woman who claimed to be the manager seemed to be indifferent, never apologized or explained anything. In summary, dont waste your time at this location with lousy service, please just go to a different restaurant.

I entered the resturant at 12:35pm the host was not at the front waited. Once she came to greet me, I asked her to be seated next to a tv showing first take on espn, she looked at me as if I spoke a different language. Smh! Once seated I waited 5 minutes another group came in and was helped by their waitress ordered food as I still waited for mine to even greet me at the table. Once my waitress came 12 minutes later. I just got my food at 1:05pm, it was subpar fries burnt. Not a place I would return to even if I was starving. I recommend anywhere else in the promenade.

I am so impressed with the customer service I just experienced! Jared made it exceptional. I ordered take-out and asked for a different sauce than I actually wanted. I didnt realize it until they showed me the wings. As I explained what I had been looking for, Jared quickly replaced the order with the sauce that he was able to identify by my pitiful description. He replaced the order without any additional charge to me and did it quickly. So refreshing to experience such problem solving, customer service, and attentiveness. Thank you!
