If i could give this place zero stars, i would. If you want good wings, go to wingers or wing nutz. Idk if it is all buffalo wild wings, but their service is always terrible and their food is never hot. I went into the lehi location once with 3 people at 10 pm. we stood there waiting at the entrance for 10 minutes to be seated. It wasnt even that busy, and no one came to seat us, so we just left. My last experience really made me question how this place is still in business. I went in to catch the soccer game at lunch. The game was on so that was cool. I ordered my food, which was just the lunch special which came with some wings and some fries. Again, this place wasnt that busy and if any of you understand soccer, i ordered my food around the 10 minute mark, and it didnt come until the beginning of the second half. The wings and fries were colder than my dead grandfather and the carrot and celery sticks were so dry that it looked like they had left them in the fridge for a couple of days (maybe even weeks) before serving it to me. You know when you forget to put on lotion during the winter and your skin dries out and turns ashy? Yeah, that is what my veggies looked like. Nevertheless i learned my lesson. Fool me once, shame in you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Lets just say that buffalo wild wings does a great job marketing their restaurants, but has a terrible product. Please avoid them and go to a local bar/restaurant for better food.

Id post a 4 for food BUT due to my server this rating is for that only. I was dining alone, it was super busy, so I sat up at the bar. I was just killing time so I was low maintenance, which was good because my bartender was gone more often than not. After I ate half my food I was going to go to the restroom, but didnt want my remainder mistakenly thrown away or for the bartender to think I ditched. So I waited quite some time for her to return, then asked for a box and my check. She gave me the box but not the check and started doing other things and taking other orders. Which was fun, figured Id use the opportunity to go to the restroom. So I pick up my purse, left the box of food, pointed at the bathroom ten steps away and said Id be right back. The bartender then told me Id have to leave a card or something for collateral. ARE YOU JOKING!!! Its a nice area of town, I done imagine dine & ditch happens much here anyway but apparently she sized me up and basically treated me like a thief. I was so pissed! She left me alone the bulk of the hour I was there, but I can leave to use the bathroom. Apparently dining alone makes you shady. Accuse me of dine and ditch, and Ill dine without tipping.

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch with four other co-workers and we all loved the place. The food was very good. I ordered the Buffalito with a salad lunch special. I also got a side order of two boneless chicken wings which were 60 cents a piece. They have a million sauces for the wings that you can choose from which I really liked. For my wings I ordered their spiciest sauce, which was really hot (and I liked). I also ordered a habanero mango sauce for my Buffalito and it was just OK - not as spicy as I would have liked and it kind of just seemed like it was mayonnaise. My co-workers all seemed to really like what they got. The food was a good deal and the proportions were just right - large, but not huge and definitely not small. I also really like the atmosphere. There are TVs everywhere and they have a free video poker game that you can play with others in the restaurant while you wait for your food. The service was awesome. The wait for our food was on the long side, but they just opened and Im sure they were maxed out. Great place!

My family went there a couple weeks ago for an early dinner (5:30) and it took us 2 hours from the time we were seated to the time we paid our check. There were only 4 of us and a baby and we knew what we wanted pretty quickly. We had to flag down our waitress about 6 times, chase down other waiters/waitresses multiple times to go get our waitress for us and to pay our bill we finally just took it to the front because we were sick of waiting. The crazy thing was is that the restaurant wasnt very busy. There were probably 4-5 other tables full when we got there and just about as many waiters/waitresses so I have no idea why we had such terrible service. Everyone was friendly but the service was terrible and the food was subpar. We ordered the nachos as an appetizer and they were awful, mostly just a bunch of broken chips with ground beef and a few toppings sprinkled on top. I got the boneless wings with caramel bbq sauce and they were good, nothing grand, and a side salad. I doubt if I will ever eat at another BBW again.

The service here was not that good. The food was ok but no where near good enough for the $70 that I paid for a dinner for four. We waited 20 minutes for food after we were done with the appetizers. Our salads were supposed to come with garlic bread and we had to ask for it twice. Then when we finally received the garlic bread, it was what appeared to be the heel of the bread and it was smashed flat (see pictures). On top of that we only received one piece and not two. My salad (the new buffalo chicken salad) was supposed to come with buffalo blue cheese and did not. I had to ask for the dressing to my salad and received just regular blue cheese. When we were ready to leave I had to ask 3 different servers for boxes and finally received them after another 5 minute wait. This was my first visit to a Buffalo Wild Wings and based on this experience it will definitely be my last. For the money, there are many other choices with far better food than this establishment.

The service was not the best from the moment we walked in. We were told to sit at the bar because it was easier for the hostess. When we got to the bar there was no place to sit. After standing and waiting for about 5 minutes someone finally cleaned a spot for us to sit down. Then we got to watch as two servers tried to decide who would get us as a table. The server we got was good and friendly and fixed our wabbly table with some great ingenuity. She was training a new girl who I dont doubt will do great but however the only other time she came to our table after taking our order was at the end of our meal to see how our food was. Our food was never hot warm at best the fries we hard and cold and some of them had started to sick up oil and the wings were cold by the second one we hot to and the whole time we didnt get refills on our drinks. Overall our experience was very disappointing
