I witnessed two bouncers assault two people last night without being provoked. No physical provocation whatsoever on behalf of the patrons. One patron simply wanted to go reenter to use the bathroom and he followed him back out and knocked him on the ground. This is so unacceptable and unprofessional, the two bouncers {Jake and the black guy} need to be fired asap. *** To owners: Ill remove this rating when you reply and confirm they are fired. Police reports were filed, Im not making this up or exaggerating. Please dont overlook this incident or give them a warning only. I highly doubt this want the first time they did something like this.

There is a waitress and a bartender that have absolutely horrible customer service. I get comoletely ignored buy Maggie and I see her ignore a lot of other patrons also. Then there is Lacy. Shes just plain rude. She yells at customers and I watched her push a couple the other day. It doesnt matter how busy it is or how dead it is. Ive also had to waot over and hour to get the drink I ordered, so have others. This is completely unacceptable behavior. These 2 really need to change. The bar wont have any patrons left with these 2 in the front to serve people.

I LOVE A BAR NAMED SUE! My five star rating formed to Casey, who is a phenomenal bartender. This does not discredit A Bar Named Sue, I love this place. Very clean, fun, and there is plenty to do and they have the BEST food. I have been coming here for years and have yet to have a negative experience. Casey makes the BEST drinks and has a great sense of humor. He has a way of making everyone feel comfortable. I would highly suggest stopping in for a bite to eat and a good drink. Look for the tall, burley, bearded man!

This place is way successful, it is literally always packed and it is a decently large place. It is in a dark musty basement, but that basement gets packed. Feels like a place for people who still want to feel like theyre drinking in their parents basement in high school. But the cow boy/Tap Out wearing douches that tend to pack the basement just isnt my crowd. Im lame though, look at all the other reviews praising this place. So Im obviously the odd one out.

I dont really drink but I figured Id order food and I wasnt expecting much. I got the Ring of Fire. Its the best hamburger I have ever had and I ordered another one called the Highway Man and I ate both within 30 minutes. The fries were great too and Tuesdays are very entertaining. Im coming back just for the food. Darts, ping pong and pool are all free and it was a fun environment

The most amazing bar I have ever been to. All the games and activities are free and the staff are friendly and very efficient. Every time I have been to A Bar Named Sue I have left with a smile on my face and a beautiful buzz. I would recommend this bar to everyone, even people who dont drink but just like to have a good time and meet some of Utahs great people.

Terrible I wouldnt recommend to go there we watched the bartender serve everyone else but us 4 girls we tryed to get his attention and he totally ignored us people were coming in and still he ignored us not place I would ever go to dont waste your time or gas thank you

Love this place and the people who work here! They are conscientious, pleasant and friendly... They take great care of you and your stuff. Wonderful and abundant TVs surround the walls and theres free shffleboard, pool and darts...You can have a great, fun time here!!

I am partial deaf. I speak louder then I should, not know that I do. I had multiple bar staff. Including the door man. Make disrespectful comments. About my disability. I am very hurt. And upset about how I was treated with a disability.

Decently priced bar with a full menu of pub favorites and gourmet burgers. Plus they host Geeks who Drink on Tuesdays and that is always a fun way to keep up with Tricia pop culture and if your lucky enough to pay for your tab

Awesome place, the vibes are always good and the staff has awesome customer service, bartender Casey is a gentleman that obviously holds customer service to the highest standard. Highly recommend to tourists and locals alike!

We needed a fun place to watch the ufc fights...this bar has a great vibe, fantastic staff! I was the DD and the girl serving our table went out of her way to make sure I always had a water too...this was a super fun bar!

Pros: game room with free games. Large layout. Cons: parking is rough. They do short pour shots unless you specify you want a regular shot. Nu metal crowd. Yeah, that still exists.

Reasonable prices on Beer and food. There Sue Pilsner is a good beer for its price. I usually get a pitcher to share with 4 friends. Geeks who drink trivia on Tuesday is great!

This is a friend of mines local haunt, and its just wonderful. Friendly staff, good food and drinks. Just a good use of a basement space. Pool, live music, and the people.
