As soon as we entered the door we were half-heartedly greeted by two employees from behind the counter, the server who was standing one foot from us, Amber, completely ignored us. With her back partially turned to us she continued to surf the internet on her cell phone, as we continued to stand there. Finally, Kimber (your best employee on shift as far as we could tell) came over. She looked just as frustrated as we were at Amber, tried to engage her into seating us, and then finally did it herself with an apologetic look on her face as Amber continued to surf the internet, oblivious to us or anyone else. The floor, your entire restaurant floor was one sheet of slick grease. You had to shuffle across it, even the waiting staff was having to do it. If it wasn’t as dangerous and uncalled for it would have been funny to watch. Can you say lawsuit? Our waitress was ok and tried to do a good job (I did not get her name) but I believe she was hindered by surcumstnces. The attitude of most of the staff, the fact that a burger and fries restaurant was out of catsup, that’s right, you were out of catsup. You were out of a lot of things according to our waitress, like bread, I had one selection for my BLT, sourdough. Speaking of my BLT, it was uneventful, one slice of tomato, three pieces of bacon and one giant piece of lettuce that covered the entire plate. I was not impressed. My date’s cheeseburger patty was falling apart and her fries were cold. And as for the endless fries, which you need because the serving is so small, how do you get them? They were never offered. The bathrooms, the men’s bathroom was overall clean, except for the trashcan being full. The women’s bathroom was a mess with paper towels all over the floor. Your staff, I have already mentioned Amber who continued to half hazardly look like she was doing her job between drink breaks (why there was a half a dozen staff drinks on the end of the counter I will never know) and ignoring the manager, all the while wearing a shirt that looked like it hadn’t been washed in days or ironed in never. The manager, get a haircut, shave and get some control over your employees and the restaurant. Stop trying to be cool with the male cook staff, get the nine different colored highlighters out of your shirt pocket, stop trying to act like you’re in charge and be in charge, and stop looking at Amber’s breasts, she is too young for you. Oh yea, you set a terrible example for your staff when you are making a Sunday for a customer and instead of wiping the big crusted blob of old chocolate off the end of the dispenser you just dispense more product onto a customer’s ice cream and be dammed if they have to eat it. The cooking staff, put your hairnets on correctly, turn your hats around and have some pride in what you are doing. The Station Park is a nice shopping area, I expected more from you. I believe if this wasn’t a place children dragged their parents into you would be out of business. Oh yea, you might want to invest in upkeep, the booth we sat in had a large tear in the seat, reminded me of a Denny’s. The only bright spot was Kimber and Joel. They both seemed to be doing the best they could under the surcumstnces. If this was my franchise I would fire the manager, fire Amber, and promote Kimber to manager and Joel to shift leader and give everyone else notice that all of these issues will end now. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

Upon entering the restaurant, no one pays attention to the greeting of customers. There were two employees who walked by more concerned about getting music playing from the jukebox. This took priority over clearing tables to seat us. Next, food was just ok. Hamburgers were dry (result of the way they smash them). To top it all off we were in here for the first time, tried using a Groupon and they couldnt get it to work. The fellow with the title of manager on his tag had no initiative or perhaps isnt empowered to make decisions. When another employee informed him that they had issued like this before. This is the time to accept it and work out your deal with Groupon. Not a pleasant experience waiting for twenty plus minutes when Im ready to leave to walk away with nothing but the full overly priced meal. You pay for the atmosphere and old fashion diner appeal versus quality of food and service. Extremely dissapointed.

If you want to spend the next 24 hours violently ill, visit Johnny Rockets in Farmington! No idea if all Johnny Rockets are this terrible, but I couldnt believe it. At first I was excited because of the fun atmosphere and thought it would be high quality food. I became so sick after eating it that I could barely move, and my husband did as well. I got the chicken sandwich and he got a burger - we both shared a shake afterwards. I was much sicker than my husband was, but he had a stomach ache for a while as well. Mine lasted for a full day, which has never happened to me before - other than when I had the flu. I am calling the health department to report this restaurant. In other states they have stars to indicate if a restaurant has violated a health code. There is no doubt in my mind that Johnny Rockets in Farmington has violated this code.

They just changed their menu a couple weeks ago.. according to a server here..so now u pay for the cost of a full meal with fries...but without fries. In other words..3 weeks ago..hamburger and unlimited fries was 11.00...Now...its hamburger is 11.00 plus 2.00 extra for fries or side salad. Unknown if unlimited. But needless to say we just had drinks and left.over 10 bucks for drinks. Whose stupid idea was that..lost a longtime family customers. PARKSTONE WAS CHEAPER AND HAD AWESOME BURGER AND SALAD...we found a new home.

This was one of the worst locations I have been to. Service was extremely slow, waited so long to order drinks that we were ready to order our meal when they finally came to our table. They no longer serve coffee, our food took way to long. When it finally came I got no utensils and the waiter never came back to check on us so I ended up having to grab somebody else to get me some. Major disappointment, never wasting my time or money at this location again.

Food was okay however way over priced for what i ordered and then to have the staff be somewhat rude because i was just ordering one thing( for a lunch break i dont have much time) and the cheese was stuck too plastic un edible and taking 20 minutes barely had time enough to eat. Would target take my business else where unless i have extra time or i get something that cant get stuck. Definitely not what i paid for or shouldve tipped for.

Usually love going here for a burger with the family. Today, we waited over 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by one of their staff. There was several open booths and at least 2 that simply needed to be bussed, yet the hostess told us it was at least a 15 minute wait still. The only reason I could see was lack of staff actually doing their jobs. After waiting for another 10 minutes we finally walked out.
