Never been here before and figured why not try it since I have heard good things about Habits.... American Fork Habits should be ashamed of themselves and who they represent. The store is a complete mess. None of the tables are cleaned for the next person to use and the food is awful. For 2 adults and 2 kids and the bill being just shy of $30 I expected the food quality to be better. The teriyaki burger had no teryaki flavor in it. The double char was the pinkest and greasiest burger I have ever had. The kids meals were subpar. The grilled cheese had so much salt my child couldnt even eat half of it. It is obvious the manager cannot handle large amounts of people in the store at any given time and neither can the 15 cooks in the back. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. The cost and quality cannot be justified.

Great staff, really good food. Their burgers are juicy and delicious. Their chicken is flavorful and really good. Their shakes are to die for, and of course their fries and onion rings are perfect. Prices are fair for the quality of food you get. My wife and I have come here several times and they do not disappoint. Recently, my wife ordered a chicken sandwich, and when she received it weer notched it was pretty over cooked and burnt. We asked them kindly to remake ithe and they did so graciously. Again, great staff and the second sandwich she got was soooooo perfect! Their foods actually looks like the pictures!

Paid extra for cheese and teriyaki sauce to be added to my burger, they didnt even add it. The buns were soggy and gross, the lettuce was soggy and brown, some parts of the bun was hard and had to spit it out. Overall it kind of tasted like a cardboard sandwich. And I cant describe what the pineapple tasted like but it was gross and tasted old. -This was from ordering the teriyaki charburger. I also order a strawberry shake, it was okay. Not amazing, and kind of thin and water-like. I dont plan on getting burgers here ever again.

The Habit is one of my favorite burger joints of all time! Their burgers are so juicy, and the Charburger with all the ingredients is the perfect combination for a fantastic taste! Just be sure to eat the burger promptly, as the bun can become soggy if its left for too long. Their fries and fry sauce taste are a good combination, and their shakes are very rich, and though they may appear small, they are very filling. The environment is modern, and the workers are always happy and eager to help.

There are so many burger places in Utah County, that its hard to stand out these days. Habit Burger is a great alternative to the "norm," though. The best way to explain their burgers is that they just taste fresh. Im not sure what they do differently, but when we want a burger that is different than the rest, we come here. The staff is always pleasant. If you go during their rush time, you may be outta luck for seating through, as it feels a little small.

This was our first ever visit and we chose the American Fork location. We absolutely loved it! The fries and onion rings were awesome and I had the absolute best Mushroom Burger I had ever had in my life. It was soooooooo good. Many might think it was not enough for the money, but I have to disagree. We did not waste a single fry or ring and every bite was great. Finally, the sweetened drinks, the lemonades were good!

The food is always great here and we come often. My only complaint is the seating. They obviously did not anticipate how popular this place would be and the dining area is too small. Theres never enough seats and you have to send someone in your group to start hovering as soon as you walk in the door. We would go more often with friends if we thought we could find a seat. Too bad... But food is great!

The food is great! Their burgers and juicy and cooked perfectly every time. The customer service is good. My only thing stopping me from the 5stars is when they take your card to pay, instead of swiping it they lay it down and turn around to yell the order out. I would prefer if they would do that before or after swiping my card. Other than that, magnificent!

I had the Santa Barbara Char and it was great! My wife had the tri tip sandwhich and it was very disappointing. Steak was dry and chewy and not much flavor to the sandwhich. She would probably give a 1 star rating because she was disappointed in her sandwhich. Since I LOVED my burger I am giving a 4 star rating. I guess it just depends on what you order

I was charged the wrong value and when I asked for explanations they could not give a reasonable explanation. Briene, the cashier was very rude the whole time and Im inclined to think that she doesnt like hispanics. After all these years, after eating so many times at The Habit, it is clear to me that I will necer step inside of one of your shops again.

Best Service. Cashier made an obvious mistake (in my favor) which I pointed out before paying. She ran it through anyway and of course the order was wrong but whoever was in charge didnt bat an eye and made the order right instantly. I got a VERY good deal on the meal. This kind of customer service will keep me coming back. Good job A. F. Habit

This is like a fancier version of in n out. They have great hamburgers for really good prices and their fresh fruit fountain drinks are absolutely amazing! I had a hard time deciding which one I liked more, so I had my fiance get one of them and I the other and I just drank from both after we left. They are absolutely refreshing! Highly recommended!

We had delicious cheeseburgers here recently and they were delicious. They send out free stuff once in a while if you sign up for their emails. We sat outside and they had umbrellas we could put up so we werent in the sun. Their fry sauce also has a nice flavor and their fries are just the way I like them.

The only complaint I have is the employees kind of act like robots, with predetermined and rehearsed responses to everything. I dont know if this is a company policy or what, but I found its pretty consistent across multiple employees. I would rather have a genuine interaction with the employees.

Tasty burger (fresh and quality), fries were average and shake was typical fast food shake. Id come back and just get the burger. The chocolate malt is what I got, and it didnt taste very malty. I also got the burger santa barbara style, pretty tasty. Price was comparable to Smashburger.

My wife and I love this place! The options are good, the food is always great! They cook everything to order, which I prefer. The service is also always great! Their managers are very friendly, and the staff is too! I recommend that everyone try it! The music selection is also great!

This is a really good hamburger joint that is is more on the affordable side. Burgers are outstanding and if you get them on the toasted French bread theyre even more enjoyable. My favorite thing to get there is the garden salad. It is inexpensive but portions are large.
