Since the new owner took over a few years ago the quality is 100% better! She works so hard & genuinely appreciates every patron. Everything is made by hand w/fresh ingredients & to order! She wants u to enjoy her food as much as she loved making it for U as if ur in her home. The most expensive meal is like $11? Plus theres daily specials that include an entree & drink for $6-8. (Its $3-$9 less than its counterparts in SL) Meals usually comes w/the korean condiments..its little dishes w/all diff kinds of kimchee, diff kinds of sprouts, spinach, korean pancakes, etc (theyll differ ea time based on season, avail & such). She has added Japanese dishes as well in the last little bit. The quality stays constant & ive never seen anyone leave still hungry! She works so hard to make ur experience as lovely as she can & I hope Ull give Best Teriyaki a chance & get hooked too! IM JUST A FAN!

I dont think Ive had better Korean food outside of Korea. This place isnt just authentic, its amazing. Try the Bi Bim Bop, I have it probably every other time I go. Anything Ive tried has been amazing, and the service is good too. A lot of Korean places are authentic in their service - once you have your food they leave you alone. Best Teriyakis hostess keeps your water full and checks on us in the way we Americans are accustomed. Highly recommended.

Great little Korean restaurant. I got back from Korea a few months ago and was craving some chicken bulgogi. My supervisor told me about this place and I gave it a try. In my opinion its not as good as the food in Korea, but its pretty darn close. Give it a try. The lady there is very nice and food is served fresh and promptly.

My husband and I just ate here. It was our first time here, and we were very pleased with the food and service. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our waitress was super quick and attentive to our needs. It didnt take long to get our food. We will definitely eat here again!

Our first experience, a take out order, was taken promptly. The food was ready to go upon arrival, well priced for the portions, tasty and generous with meat portions. Pleased overall and well be dining there in the future.

Holllllllyyyyyy cow. This restaurant all foods are awesome and reasonable price!! Looks small plate but, when you eat it half. You cannot finish it once. Even, I live in SLC I come here for lunch or dinner once in a week.

Best hidden secret in Layton. It doesnt look like much from the outside but the food is wonderful and the portions are large. If youre looking for good Korean food check this place out, youll be surprised.

I went to Myung ga couple days ago and I had really bad experience. However, day after I went to layton and had food at this best teriyaki. Was totally great. Cannot believe it. I will stop by there again!

Here for work and decided to stop in on a whim. I was pleasantly surprised. It hasthe atmosphere and look of a good mom and pop restaurant. I had the bi bim bop and a side of kimchi. Delicious!

Degi Bulkogi YUM! Very casual atmosphere, family run (sooo waitstaff arent professionally trained, but theyre very nice!) Super yummy food and lots of it, ~8-10 dollars per person.
