Im not sure how to rate this place.. It has a TON of character. Definitely a historic spot where you find yourself lost reading the walls and wondering if youll get food poisoning : ) We went here after a day on the slopes, ready to eat and drink. We tried to order a moscow mule and the bartender asked what that is. Things are served the way they are, no special orders, no substitutions, nothing less nothing more! You get burgers, chips , soda/ beer.. and its cash only . Worth visiting once

Wow...Ive usually had a pleasant experience here but after today i will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I got a $9 burger, gave a twenty and watched as the female bartender took the change and put it in her tip jar!! When I confronted her, she said since we were not drinking, she thought it was due to her!!! We had a group of 4 and she did it to everyone!! Funny thing is I usually tip well. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN...unless Huntsville riots. There are better places to ride to.

Old time saloon without the pretention of Utahs private clubs. Menu includes burgers to which one can add cheese, bacon, knackwurst, grilled onions, pickles, tomatoes, ketchup, and mustard. Served with potato chips. Beers on tap, lemonade and iced tea by the glass, soda is served a la carte so to speak in a can. Juke box with classic rock and country western oldies. The best part of the experience is the drive through beautiful and geologically amazing Ogden Canyon

Great local bar and burger saloon. You have to sit at the bar, order up a Star Burger and grab yourself a pitcher, as the bartender leaks out the shenanigans of the ghost than has taken residence in the saloon established in 1879. Dont come expecting militant service or industrial cuisine, come for a deep dive into the local feel and a unique experience you will never forget!

Fun atmosphere and delicious hamburgers! Youll have to give yourself time to look at all the different decorations on the walls and historic notes. Theres a dollar on the ceiling from 1910 or older! Be sure to talk to the friendly staff about the different stories and learn about the worlds biggest dog at the time of his life. Hes mounted on their wall!! A must see.

Worth coming out of your way to visit. Their Star Burger is delicious. They dont do French fries so they serve it with chips. The ambiance includes a ceiling covered in dollar bills, walls decorated with real and imagined heads including a huge bull moose and an enormous dog. Those two are real. The dog is famous. Music is provided by an old jute box.

I love dive bars and this place was on my list to visit for along time. Dont bother. Waited an hour for a buger that never showed up. Asked for a refund got tap dances instead. Cash place dont pay up front! Place did not live up to the hype. If you want to costume in your Harley stuff and drink 3.2 beer be my guest.

Its how a Burgers & Beer tavern from 1870s oughta be. Massive tasty burgers, massive tasty mug o beer, all at a reasonable price. The service is outstanding, bright and friendly , the decor , ambience and atmosphere treasurable. A must do experience. Be respectful for the quiet town and lay off the throttle.

Once in a Life time experience. No server on duty. Lol. Walk your butt to the bar and order your self a Star Burger and a beer. While your waiting take a picture with the stuffed Saint Bernard and pin your dollar on the ceiling. This is a beer bar only no liquor served here.

Great burgers especially after being exhausted from doing outdoor activities in the Ogden Canyon near the lake and ski resorts! Nice atmosphere, fun staff, has pool tables and comfortable seating. Great beer for Utah (from Cali) considering the laws with me point beer.

Great food in old West setting, and it doesnt get much better unless you want a 5 course meal if thats your want stay down in the city. This place is rated for the good ole juicy hamburger and a pool table to boot! Oh yeah you can get a BEER or SODA if ya like.

A must do if you are anywhere near Huntsville. Oldest bar west of the Mississippi with some pretty cool random stuff on the walls to look at. Huntsville has put some effort into the central part of town and its a nice place to wander around for a bit.

Good vibe. Destination ride. No liquor, just beer. good burgers. They got a bear head mounted and painted like a st. Bernard. Taking the jackalope gag to the next level. Speaking of Bernards, how about HBOs West World eh? 5/5 stars there too.

The ride up there was exhilarating, the view.... incredible!, the food...Awesome. The young lady attending to us made it special for us. My wife and her are from the same state of Ohio and formed a quick kinship. Will have to do it again.

The food is great if you can get waited on, I sat at a booth for 20 minutes as I watched the owner take orders from other tables and completely ignored me, terrible service, Doesnt take credit cards of any kind, cash only !
