The food is the food its taco bell you know what you get. This location has never given me food that tasted off or anything, but the tall male manager is a complete jerk I only had a 100 dollar bill with me left my debit card at home on accident its middle of the lunch rush and he claimed to not have change for my 19 dollar order! I laughed because I legitimately thought he was joking and he stared at me and I said are you serious? He said "why the hell would you ever expect for us to break a 100 dollar bill" in a aggressive rude tone! So I said maybe because your taco bell not a lemonade stand! He picks the food up from the counter throws it in the trash and says your stupid just go! This was a while ago it made me angry but I just laughed it off and forgot about it went to a Wendys instead! Today I go to that taco bell same guy definitely recognized me when I pulled up didnt say anything but gave me a look and had a rude tone again! I get home a Google thing pops up saying taco bell write reviews and rate so I decided to click on it waste 5 minutes of my time! If I would have planned on writing a review I would have looked for his nametag but I didnt so this jack wagon will probably sit in that window for the next 10 years and take out his anger on paying customers.

We started off with the mexican pizza, which was OK at best. Then things went downhill fast. The bottle that the sommelier suggested to go with our Chalupas was a horrible clash, I mean, really, a bright, oakey Chard with beef chalupas? Cmon! The wine was totally overwhelmed. Between courses, no one crumbed the table and we had to refill our waters ourself! And I know its supposed to be a Mexican Dining Room, but did they have to immerse us so fully by requiring that none of the employees spoke English? On the upside, they are doing something special in their draft beverages, I have never had such a perfectly balanced Mello Yello. Lastly, we left on a bad note. Were at Taco Bell and guess what? Not a bell in sight! Probably wont be back unless they seriously upgrade the wine list and stop shoving American sturgeon caviar at us and calling it Iranian Beluga!

Sunday evening lobby hours say until 10 pm. I reach the place at 8 pm and the doors are locked! I see someone inside and knock on the door. Get a response "Only drive through". I tell them "I dont have a car" (since I live close by I decided to walk). A response was surprising.. "Then we are sorry".. Pathetic!! Thankfully there was Chipotle to my rescue who do not want you to have a car all the time!! I dont think this experience will encourage me to visit any Taco Bell location ever again..

They were super busy, the line to order wrapped through the seating area, but they got all the otders out just as fast as they came in, and got them all correct!! From the young lady Ivette M who took our order to George working the drive thru and the rest of the crew in the back and unseen, the ROCK!! Best food service team we have seen in a long time, and we noth know the food service industry inside and out. The owner and manager of this store should be very proud of this team.

Been here once before, thought I would give it another chance. Last time, dont care how far I have to drive. I always get a green sauce burrito and both times Ive been at this location the beans were burnt and clumpy. I mean come on employees. When you get to the bottom of the pan you know what your serving.. Would you eat it? Management, if you tell your employees to use all product, shame on you. I understand about cost and P&L, but seriously..........

This is the absolute WORST Taco Bell you could possibly go to. Ive been here 3 times now and every time the food is cold, and the people seemingly could care less about it. I highly suggest AVOIDING THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. Its your choice if you want to get poisoned, but take it from someone who got sick three times in a row. Not good people, lowest quality food, and a less than par at cleanliness. 0 stars if possible.

I was worried because of my experience with surrounding restaurants but this was the closest to our home, so we decided to give it a go. Amazing service!!! Specifically Luis (we asked him his name because he was so great). Great customer service, great food perfectly proportioned and fast. I always get a messy mexican pizza but this one was the best one Ive ever had! The store is SO clean too!

Worst Taco Bell ever. Decided to come here for lunch because its closer to my work than the one I usually go to but shortly after getting there I left and drove another few miles out to go back to my usual location. The employee who was taking my order was very rude and I am a reasonable person, but after being treated with such disrespect I will not be returning. Worst customer service ever!!

The manager on a Tuesday around 1:00pm had such a bad attitude, instructing me how to order the next time with the worst tone. I love the food but the service is below sub-par. To make things better, he wasnt even bold enough to come to the window and answer for how he acted, he made another lady hand us the food while he his behind her.... wow

a great place for relaxing. and eating a taco! they have the best tacos in town (my opinion) and they certanly give you their best customer service. i remember the first time i had a volcano taco LOL i was screaming lol. a good western style to serve tacos.

Impressed with the $5 BIG BOX deal. The drive through was very knowledgeable of the deal as I asked a few questions. Huge plus for me was the fact they offered Gatorade for drinks, and you could upgrade to a large drink for a dime. JACKPOT!!!

Order taker was struggling to get my order. It took a long time to be waiting. Very inexperienced person. Receipt says Chad S. Order 297501. Order Was not filled correctly and we had to go back to have an item redone.

Older gentleman that works the drive thru in the evenings is the real MVP, always friendly and customer service oriented. He is the best employee Ive encountered in a Taco Bell AND REMEMBERED THE SPORK! A++++

Even though it might go straight from one end to the other, Its still good! This is my favorite location. The workers are friendly. The place is clean and they have no problem giving lots of extra sauce.

I was in the bathroom and I witnessed a female employee go to the bathroom and not wash her hands. No water came on and no sound from the soap machine. Absolutely gross! I will never eat here again!

Its Taco Bell. Not even close to really good Mexican food. Just like chop suey that one gets from an oriental restaurant is different from the real thing. If your kids like it, go.
