Wasnt greeted by anyone and had to wait for 15 MINUTES to order while there were only 3 tables of customers and 4 waiters wandering around. They threw food onto you table and didnt provide refill even being asked for two times politely with both ENGLISH and MANDARIAN. I had to walk to the cashier to check out even though its a dining restaurant. The lady at the desk ignored me when I stood in front of her desk stating that I would like to check out. After I signed the receipt she challenged me about not paying enough tips and I explained to her that it was because I was not treated nicely and would like to double the tips next time if the service could be appropriate. THEN THE LADY THREW MY CREDIT CARD AWAY AND SAID YOU ARE NOT WELCOME ANYMORE. I could understand that everyone may have their bad day but it really pissed me off when she threw my credit card.

This restaurant offers a pretty nice quality variety of Chinese-Hong Kong dishes and I liked the food there. Although food is nice, waitresses are not polite.last time i was there i gave them 2 dollars of tip because they were slow and not responsive.Then the waitress came to me and said why is it low!!!! I almost got back my tip but i just walked away. Place is not convenient at all! if you dont have a car its quite a headache to get there and with that quality of hospitality, I dont recommend it as there are a few awesome Chinese food restaurants in Mekong plaza that are cheaper, offer better food and surely more polite and welcoming.Conclusion, if you havent tried all the other asian restaurants in the valley, dont go to this place, there are surely better places than here.

We tried "Best Hong Kong Dining" for lunch and we had some mixed experiences with the food. First, this place does not serve any Hong Kong style tea or lemon tea, so Im not really sure why it is called what it is. And second the food quality varies greatly depending on what you ordered. I ordered a wonton noodle in soup while my wife ordered a sour beef in noodle soup. The noodles itself was saggy - overcooked. And the wonton were really small and barely contained any trace of shrimp; so I guess it was more of a pork wonton than a real shrimp wonton. The restaurant also did not make its own chili oil. It used generic brands. In my opinion, there are better suited "Hong Kong" style dining in the area than restaurants that explicitly called themselves that.

This was my most visited Chinese restaurant in the past 20 years. I havent visited them for the past 8 years for many reasons until recently. My wife really wants their BBQ pork, which was the best in the valley without a doubt. We went back just last week ago to see if things has changed in the past 8 years. Honestly, the BBQ pork isnt the best in town any more. It tastes plain. The rest of the dishes were OK, but they were way too greasy (see my photos). Overall, I am still disappointed by their foods. The service is still friendly, but I am not going their for the service.

Delish food! This place doesnt have the best ambiance... but the food is amazing! All dishes are cooked up fresh and are so very tasty. We are so glad we found this place, set back in a plaza we never would have really found on our own. So glad a friend from work recommended it. My husband loves the pork egg foo yung and I really enjoy the curry rice noodles. Yum!

Was greeted by no one but still ordered any way Sat at a table for about 20 min or more never had my food served to my husband and I but instead had doggy bags brought to us basically not allowed to eat inside or something felt like we were kicked out for no reason and at that we had no silverwear given to us to go with our food what rude service

Best Chinese in ages. Dine in, nothing fancy but suitable for larger parties. Attending staff, decent (expected) pricing, solid portions and clean restaurant. Christmas story, eat your heart out! Full duck served on platter, amazing eggplant sautè, beef n greens, sweet n sour chicken.. all on point! Soo full..it hurts so good.

I waited to be seated and an Asian couple came in and the host passed me up to seat the Asian couple. The Asian couple saw what the women host did and they all just laughed. Please set an example to foreigners. This will not be tolerated!
