This is the first time that i have ever posted a negative review. I am so astonished at the extremely poor service that we just received that this review must be posted. This started when I attempted to get my family breakfast at this Burger King location and after I ordered was asked to pull in the front so they could bring our meal around. I found this odd as there was no one else in line and we had only ordered 4 meals. After waiting out front more than 15 minutes i decided to walk inside and ask about our meals. I told them that they had three customers out front waiting for their food while we watched others get their meals and leave. Waited another 5 minutes before our food was brought out front. As I checked the bag of food for syrup (you would think it would be an obvious to have syrup when french toast is part of the order), i quickly found out it was missing and went back inside to get syrup and ask to speak with the manager. The girl behind the counter through her phone at me and said this is the number for our GM. As I left this establishment, I called the GM to express my frustration and disbelief at the poor service. Her name was Christina and she hung up on me. To top it off, when we got home, we discovered that once again our meal was incorrect. I had ordered 2 orders of french toast sticks but discovered that I had only received 1 order as the other was a box of sausage patties. I am strongly recommending that you do not eat at this establishment. The GM should be fired and the owner of this location should be ashamed to be in the business.

9:30 and all out of breakfast. Didnt give me options to what they might still have, just told me they were out of breakfast and sorry. Really bad service, I understand running out of items but being completely out of everything way before the time to stop serving a complete menu is really ridiculous, I will never be back to this BK. And I have been in a few times for lunch and the employees think that customers cant hear you they always in a bad mood and they tell the manager they dont want to be there and they just want to go home. I know Im not getting good quality service nor food if they employees dont want to be there, its a customer service industry and if you cant smile or treat the customers right then dont be in that industry. Bad food, service and management.

So lately this place has been a mess, leaving things out of orders, mixing up orders with other orders etc. The list goes on.. Weve been giving them the benefits of the doubt thinking its a bad day, dealing with unreasonable rude customers, catching them in a lunch or dinner rush etc. And theyre usually pretty good about fixing stuff if you go back in though its inconvenient when you go through the drive-thru after a long day. Today was the breaking point when I received my rodeo burger with no onion rings but instead fries in bbq sauce instead & no word was said about possibly being out of onion rings or that maybe I wanted a substitute *which I wouldnt because that defeats the purpose of ordering a burger with onion rings*. Anywho.. This place has gone down hill fast.

The morning Lady is so super sweet and the breakfast food is pretty tasty, I recomend the ham or sausage egg and cheese crossant! The lunch, however, is hit or miss, every time! I work so close but choose not to go here unless I need to be back in a hurry, or is someone elses idea. I have gotten chicken it has been dry and gristly. The Jr. burgers are kind of a joke the bun is like double the size of the burger and super dry lol, The specialty burgers are bigger, and taste better, but I dont think its worth the cost. The people are nice, but make sure you ask if you want any condiments or you wont get any going through drive thru also check your bag because they have forgotten my tator totts a couple times and given me the wrong sandwhich once.

The cashier, Melanie, acted like we were speaking a foreign language when placing our order. I had to repeat myself four times, and then my boyfriend had to reiterate what I wanted another two. After we paid, she walked to the back without handing us our cups to fill up. There were more employees in the building than customers, yet she called out that our shakes were ready instead of bringing them to us. When my boyfriend walked up to ask for the cups, she walked up to the register, did not acknowledge his presence even though they made eye contact, picked up her phone, and then walked back to the drive through area. She scooped up some old COLD and soggy fries for us even though some fresh ones had just been made. Worst. Experience. Ever.

This Burger King has gotten a very nice facelift in recent years and has a very modern feel to it. The food is ok not great but ok, and the restaurant and kids play area is very clean. The reason for my three star review has everything to do with the customer service staff. The staffs attitude towards customers leaves little to be desired. They dont smile, and spend vast amounts of time discussing personal business with customer standing at the counter. At least this was my experience. I would highly recommend the manager of this location return to basics when it comes to training new employees on simple customer service.

Went here oct 11th about 6:30 pm ordered 10 tacos for my kids. Young women this me to pull around to the front door. I was a little bugged and the girl and the young man that brought my food out could tell and the next day my kids puked all day long with Extreme low and high temps throughout. Im pretty sure these punks did something to my food. Avoid this place unless you like puking 20 plus times in a day to the point where you cant breath. They should both be arrested or at least fired. #poisoned

I swing by here a lot in the mornings to grab a quick bite to eat before my shift and I just want to thank Rosa who serves me each morning at the drive through window for ALWAYS having such an amazing attitude. I can be having the worst attitude about my day and be half awake and she is always so kind and sweet. I always leave there with a perfect order and a smile on my face. Thank you for having such an amazing attitude and always double checking my order! (:

Worst BK in the area. They will ask you to pull forward no matter what you order or even if there is no one waiting behind you. When I refused to pull forward to the front, the employee yelled out to the rest of the crew "they wont move!" He proceeded to close the window and refuse to say a word to me even after I thanked him. I did not recieve a receipt. Eat anywhere else, this place is terrible.

My experience here was great. Nice staff and got my meal really quickly. The price is the best. As by today, they have a deal of 2 cheeseburgers, drink and fries for only $3.55 with taxes. Thats really cheap. The cheeseburgers were really good and their fries are massive. Good job! It deserves 5stars for a fast food place.
