Im from Texas, and love Whataburger bc it reminds me of home. However, every time I visit this location they can never seem to get my order correct. Today, that experience was no different. We went through the drive thru and ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit and then ordered a jalapeño cheddar biscuit with sausage and cheese. The girl working the drive thru repeated "sausage egg and cheese" at which time I responded "no, no egg. Only sausage and cheese" so she said ok and asked what else. I then ordered a medium root beer and a medium diet Dr Pepper after confirming they do, indeed, have diet Dr Pepper. She then gave me the total and asked us to pull forward. When we finally got to the window, she again asked if I wanted sausage and egg on the biscuit... At which time I again stated I only wanted sausage and cheese, no egg. She then hands me my receipt which plainly shows she charged me for EGG. So I asked her about it again and she went to the kitchen. She handed us the drinks and said what each was when handing it, "heres the root beer. And heres the Diet Coke." I told her I ordered a diet Dr Pepper and asked if thats what she had meant to say. She wasnt sure if it was Diet Coke or not, so I tasted it and, sure enough, it was Diet Coke and not diet Dr Pepper. So I had her fix that for us while we waited for the food. When she came back with the food, she apologized for the mix up and stated that she had straightened it all out. I also asked about the price difference between the egg and the cheese charge and she said it was the same, which I highly doubt. So I pull up a little and we check the food to make sure it really did get straightened out... THERE WAS EGG ON THE SAUSAGE JALAPEÑO CHEDDAR BISCUIT... And NO CHEESE. We parked and went in to get it fixed for real... While we waited we could hear the all the girls in the back laughing and joking about it... And then we heard one girl in the kitchen say "I heard her say cheese... Like 6 times" In the end they refunded me for the egg. And they remade the sandwich. Correctly. But the manager never once came and apologized or even talked to us at all, just relayed messages thru the cashier. Horrible customer service from every single angle. This will be our last visit to this Whataburger location for a very long time.

Worst experience I have ever had. We were in the drive thru waiting for 15 mins with no response and then came in and saw there was only 2 customer even in the store. The cashier had the nerve to tell me there drive thru was really busy and I said is it cause I was the only one in it and got zero response for 15 mins. After that I asked if I could speak with the manager because it took over 20 mins to get are food they we so rude then when we got are food the bags were all riped. We asked then to rebag it and she brought us over the smallest bag they have to fit both me and my boyfriends food in It? BS dont go there it was horrible and was dirty and they were so rude.

4/15/2016. From the moment I walked in for lunch the cashier was friendly and attentive, took my order fast and even offered me dessert options. My order came out fast for dine-in and I noticed it was missing something. I brought it up to the managers attention and the minor issue was promptly remedied with professionalism and a very sincere apology and with a smile even. I would recommend this establishment for anyone who wants a great meal at a great value.

Girl at the counter was great an polite, but my order was made wrong an handed me a diffrent burger i told her its ok if I can just get the difference back (original was more expensive) she said its ok they will make me the right order an its ok but now I cant eat this knowing the cooks could have messed with my new burger. Over all cooks need to pay attention an the only reason this isnt lower than the 3 star was for the very helpful girl at the counter.

Definitely the worse experience tonight! Manager was very rude ! Was charged for my order and another order and when manager was told she said the issue was. Wing resolved and slammed the drive thru window and locked it. Then continued to give an attitude. Also the drive thru girl was not attentive at all and was very miserable. I do not recommend going to this one . I will say it was very upsetting!

Every time my son goes to Texas he eats there and is always talking about how good it is. Im in Arizona looking to relocate and found out they have Whataburger here, so my kids and I tried it. It was really good and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely go back to eat here before I leave to go back home. Now I see why my son likes this place so much.

Really friendly, clean and only come here for lunch so cant comment on breakfast items. Under $8.00 for Combo Whataburger cheese and bacon. Made the way you want it. Have eaten here 5 times and been good every time. It gets busy, so the food takes a little longer than other places, but it is made when you order it unlike McDonalds or Burger King.

I agree with some of the other reviews in the morning this place is filled with homeless guys but instead of winning about it buy them breakfast. The workers are nice enough to let them come inside have a drink and cool off. Dont be a loser and post negative comments because the are nice to homeless people.

It took 16 minutes from the time I placed my order to the time I got my food. It wouldnt be bad if the food was freshly made, but the fries were room temperature and tasted old and the burger was dry and poorly made. I love the burgers from other Whataburgers, but I wont come back to this one any time soon.

Terrible service at this place you wait in the drive thur 15 mins for a simple breakfast bun. The guy at the window is rude AS HELL and does not give me a receipt for my meal because he knew I was going to complaint. Close this place if you are unable to give good service. beucae you guys suck at this.

Its Whataburger...nuff said. Whataburger has the best burgers, fries, milk shakes and malts. And they have this spicy ketchup and salsa Verde that no one else has. But the thing that I absolutely love are their APPLE PIES! Especially if they just made them.....Mmmmhhhhmmm!

Asked for a small combo and charged for a medium and received a medium, not the first place to do this, seems to me that unless they ask your request is not if any kind of authority that just work there they just press a button every fast food place every time

This is the last time I got to this location. Everytime its something else. This last time after waiting an unreasonable amount of time all three of my orders were wrong. The wrong meals with the right reciept. All three! Incompetent work crew. Unreal...
