Im sorry. I was the biggest fan of the Pizza Pie Cafe, until lately. I tried to find a place on the website to send a private message, but there was none. The PPC in Highland has been going down hill the last 6 months. We have been going there for lunch almost weekly since they opened. Good food and good value. Lately every time we went to lunch the place was a total mess. The workers have lost there skip and willingness to serve. Tables have not been wipe off, the salad bar was low or lacking items and looked like a bomb went off. Today the beets were so spoiled that when I took the first bite of salad I started to gag. The person I was with noticed the same thing and refused to eat his salad also. When I sat down my chair was covered in a red sticky stuff that nearly glued me to the seat. When I got back to the office I still had enough residue on my pants that it still felt like velcro when I stood up. I just hope the red stain comes out when they are washed. I am really disappointed. I loved the PPC, and I never complain. But when I see a great establishment go down the toilet, I feel like someone should know. I will never go back. This was the last straw. I wish there was a place on the website for comments, then I wouldnt have share this.

We love going to PPC in Orem, but I dont think well visit the Highland one again. The food was the same, exactly what Ive come to expect from Pizza Pie Cafe. But here, the service really lacked. When we walked in, there wasnt anyone at that counter and when the guy finally came, he didnt greet us, just took the order. There were only a handful of tables that were occupied, so clearly not busy. Some tables hadnt been bussed yet from previous customers, the soda area was messy and sticky, the salad bar area had toppings spilled all over the counter, everything from the forks to the straws needed to be stocked and there were 4 employees sitting at a booth, eating and having fun. A fifth employee was dishing up salad for himself from behind the counter and yet another employee was on his cell phone in the back. Not much selection on dessert pizzas and there were 2 empty dessert pizza pans in the front row that they didnt bother to clear when they added pizzas to the back. I had to have my husband reach in the back to get a slice for me. We were there for about 45 minutes, the 4 employees were still having a great time in the booth when we left. Wont be returning. I like it at the Orem location so much better.

This place is amazing! I love this restaurant. To begin with, its all you can eat, which is fantastic. The salad is really good. There are so many options for topping. My personal favorite is getting spinach with pears, cottage cheese, cranberries, and poppy seed dressing to top it off. The pasta also is quite fantastic. I enjoy mixing the carbonara sauce with marinara sauce. Now for the pizza, I love how different it is. I would never had thought of putting potatoes on pizza, but the Spud pizza is divine. Im also a big fan of the chicken ranch pizza. All of the dessert pizzas are to die for! And if you ever get the chance, try a cookie monster. Theyre wonderful! All in all, I think that this restaurant is a lot of fun and the food is scrumptious.

This is a very good buffet. The price is decent and the service is quite good! There are always plenty of clean tables and the workers are constantly coming around to pick up dirty plates and clean up messes. Now, the food! The salad bar has a pretty good selection of vegetables and other toppings and their ranch dressing is very good. They always have a ton of different pizzas for you to choose from and the cheesy bread sticks are delicious! I love the cookie dough pizza that they have and the raspberry one is pretty good too! They have a large selection of pastas and good sauces that you can combine to create your own favorite flavor! I love to get the carbonara and roasted red pepper sauce on spinach fettucini. Its a great place to eat!

Went there yesterday with some friends. They paid so I cant complain. The service was great, I counted at least two or three times that the young ladies came by to take our finished plates. I would agree with some of the comments that others had said, the pizza isnt the greatest, it is a buffet after all. The only thing I would like to see is frequent checking of the pizzas by the employees. Once the cheese has caramelized, its time to yank them. The dessert pizza is typically what draws me into Pizza Pie Café. One other thing I thought worth mentioning is the restrooms, they were clean and all but I couldnt quite figure out why they werent gender specific... I guess that is one mystery that may go answered...

Pizza Pie Cafe is amazing!!! I love it!!! There is so much variety and everything is delicious!!! The salad bar has tons of delicious choices to make the perfect salad for you. And the pizza selection is great. they have your regular red sauces, but then also original pizzas like the buffalo wing thing and spudolicious, not to mention there dessert pizzas which are incredible. However, my favorite thing to eat there is the pasta. theres a wide selection of both noodles and sauces that are all delicious, especially the spicy sausage and alfredo! The highland pizza pie cafe also has great customer service. Every employee is always so willing to help and it makes your experience so much better. I love Pizza Pie Cafe!!

Pizza Pie Cafe...I LOVE YOU! This place has the best Pizza Buffet in Utah...no, the World!! The variety of pizza, pasta and salad is amazing and the price is light on the budget! My favorite is the Chicken Alfredo but the Spud-o-licious is also oh so yummy! I also love the fact that if you dont see your favorite pizza on the buffet, all you have to do is ask for it and they will make it for you! This place has a great variety of dessert pizzas too and sometimes I go there just to share a Cookie Monster with my favorite someone! The only bad thing I could say about his place is that there is too much great food and not enough stomach room!

Its a nice location and with a coupon or text promo, its not a bad price. The food just didnt impress me that much. We went before the lunch rush at 11:30 and the pizza just wasnt very fresh. Towards the end of the visit, they started bringing out more, but we were already done. I didnt try the salad or pasta but it kind of looked mediocre. They also have TINY plates for the pizza which I think is to discourage taking too much at once, but it was frankly annoying and an obvious move to save money. I rated it four stars because for a pizza buffet, it wasnt bad. I just wasnt super impressed by the quality.

I really enjoy Pizza Pie Cafe. I have gone to number of them in Utah but sadly the closest on to my home has been the worst experence so far (Highland UT). The last few times I have come in they have not had item available. The last time the salad bar was a mess and some of the items we were told gone. This was at 5:30 in the evening. We have come in twice and thre was no ice for drinks. The service was sub par as well. I know the Orem, UT location trys to make things right. If it were my store I would not turn it over to a bunch of teenage kids to run. This was my last visit to this location
