My Mom and Dad live in Fountain Hills and ate at this restaurant. They recommended that we dont go due to the fact that the food was mediocre. My wife, son, and I decided to try it one night because the place was always packed with people. It had a good vibe from the outside. That all changed the moment we walked in. We were seated after about a ten minute wait. Nothing too long considering how busy they were. I wasnt crazy about how the manager spoke with one of her workers though, and in front of customers. She wasnt being terrible to the worker but she could have done it without all of her waiting customers there to listen to what she was saying. When we were seated, we sat on the patio with a great view of the Fountain. It was a beautiful night so perfect seat. We ordered with our waitress. My wife had ordered a nice salad, my son had ordered a kids pizza and I ordered a calzone. We waited, waited, and waited. The waitress came out after about thirty minutes and apologized for the long wait. Another fifteen minutes go by and still no food. My wifes salad came out right when I was about to say something. My son is five and, by this time, he was tired and extremely hungry. I mentioned this to the waitress who proceeded to go back and came back with his pizza about five minutes later. My calzone came out at the same time. His pizza and my calzone were cold and extremely chewy. It was almost as if they were ready the whole time and were sitting for a while. I made a comment to the waitress that I was not happy with the whole dining experience. I understand that the food service is a hard job and I was completely respectful with what I said. She apologized and went about her business. That was it. The manager wasnt told that a customer was unhappy, the bill was complete and overpriced for the quality of the food, and there was no attempt to keep my business. I will never go back there. Its a shame because its got a cool vibe.

2nd time weve been here since moving to Fountain Hills and once again was sat at table and never approached by wait staff even though we waited over 10minutes to get en be treated by someone. Inside had no one seated and patio was half full. Mind you this is during a televised disc golf tournament event at the Fountain Hills Park thats going on all week. We saw several other tables get up and leave as well. As we left we saw one waiter outside taking a "to-go" order on the phone yet no one was visibly working other than the bartender. Apparently capitalizing on the small amount of events and seasonal tourist season isnt a concern for this cash cow of a business. No wonder theres little to no local business presence in this town. You would think in a town that has and is bordered by an abundance of million dollar properties and high end community such as Scottsdale that local businesses would be doing all they can to capitalize on such a market yet it seems the town and its local businesses seem to think their self proclaimed prestigiousness will increase sales tax revenues. Mind boggling to say the least.

By far the worst experience Ive ever had at a restaurant!! From the moment we sat down the service was horrible. We ordered an appetizer and didnt get silverware until we were halfway through our food. I ordered a Chipotle Burger from this place and apparently they are out of buns so they put it on toasted sliced bread. My girlfriend ordered a Greek salad with no mix greens just baby kale. We were told that it was a $2 charge to make it all kale. That order was completely wrong. I didnt eat the burger because it looked terrible. And we were still charged the extra $2 even though it was not all Kale like we asked. Icing on the cake is the manager came out at the end with a plate of different mixed greens to show us what kale look like as if we were stupid. Then when I told him the problem was that it was not all kale like we asked he stood there with a dumb look on his face. Maybe he should have found out what the problem was before he came out to insult us like that.

We made a reservation for 2 p.m. for 8 people. When we arrived there was a table reserved for 4 people with the promise that "The people on the next table will be leaving in a few minutes". Half an hour later they had still not left and 4 of our party were still waiting outside. After a further complaint to the owner they set up another set of tables for 8, but with three people sharing a table for two. No apology from the owner nor any real concern. We will not use this restaurant again and would advise against any expectation of good or courteous service. This is a restaurant that doesnt care about the experience of the customer. Other restaurants in Fountain Hills do not act in this cavalier fashion.

In a local cafe where one would think they would have some breakfast or brunch items on the menu there is nothing. The rest of the menu is all over the place. I believe I even saw an appetizer that comes with hummus and salsa. Although a full-service bar dominates the one Room restaurant Its not quite a bar and it didnt feel like a restaurant either. The food wasnt horrible but it didnt stand out either. In a day and age where there is wonderful food around every corner, this just left something lacking. Service was fine.

This place is really nice, service is exceptional and food is great. Went there for the first time recently and was really amazed by the great views of the famous Fountain Hills fountain and the great service. Our kids had pizza and Quesadillas and both were great. We tried wings, I found them dry and not very good, but everything else was really great. The service is truly exceptional, so they deserve 5 stars.

Every time I order a pizza from here for carry out, its cold when i get it home. I talked to a manager about it and he said they do not have any way to keep it warm until you pick it up. He would only offer me half off my next order. I will never order from euro pizza again. Dont order from them unless you like cold pizza!

Pizza was good. Ordered the carne asada which had dry chicken and beans and overcooked crunchy rice. Had to ask for a couple items that were supposed to come with the meal. Service was non existent. Waitress barely talked to us and we had to ask her for everything, even the basics like drink refills and clearing the table.
