Food is excellent and I would certainly give them a much better rating if the food was the whole experience. I one point, I was eating here at least once a week and it was a very rare sight to see a smile from anyone working here. I have finally reached a point were I will no longer eat here, not because of the food, but because I really dont feel appreciated as a customer. Today was the final straw when my wife and I decided to grab something quickly to go because of a limited amount of time before we went back to our perspective jobs. We found we had about 10 extra minutes, so we decided to sit at a table outside and enjoy some time eating together before we left. The woman who serves the food there came to our table and told us that to go packaging is To GO! and that if we were eating there it needed to be plated. That just really cemented the fact to me that they dont care about there customers and that we are just a burden to them. Great food - Terrible customer service.

Ive been here several times, the gyros are great. But! I ordered for takeout pork chops, they were puny, and the hummus wasnt great, for a expensive takeout I received 3 small pork chops that were in diameter of 2 1/2 inches big and the rest was rice. Ive been here 6 times for the gyros, by the way are quite small for 6 dollars. Munchies on mill ave gives you more food for 6 bucks. Though I understand this place is a convenient greek place for east mesa goers. Im done with this place, Ill never do business here again. Many of my other co workers who got food here werent happy at all with the takeout. Maybe getting food inside is worth it, takeout isnt. Yes Im ranting and I usually never rant. But I wasnt happy.

We dined in last night. The last time I was there was there you would order your food, get your drink and sit down. Now (at least for dinner) they have you sit and take your order like any other full service restaurant. They also had replaced the tables and chairs with something more upscale. +For the upgraded decor. The servers were friendly and attentive. (I was never without water more than half a minute.) The gyro pita was good though the hummus (appetizer) didnt have enough garlic for my taste. The pita itself was more of the very flat variety which I favor over the thicker stuff you generally find in the grocery stores. +For the pita. Ill go again as this is good food that doesnt break the budget.

Very glad we went. My lamb kabobs were cooked exactly as ordered, with traditional delicate Greek marinade. The side salad was crisp and fresh with the light Greek dressing and a dusting of feta cheese. It was served with basmati rice, an artistically presented serving of hummus, and fresh pita bread. My husband had the Mix combination plate, a delightful assortment of meats and flavors, served with the same sides. The portions were reasonable and satisfying. The service was excellent. The decor was appropriate for a neighborhood restaurant. All in all a satisfying culinary experience. We will be back.

This is my favorite Greek restaurant in AZ. Its the closest thing I can get to Greek spot like home in Chicago where I am from. The atmosphere is beautiful, peaceful, and just relaxing. The music makes me want to just lay down and rest after I eat. Its very clean, spacious and the server is super nice. Its cool and I love when I want to try new things the owner allows me to. The wine is fabulous as well! You most definitely have to go! I give it an A Plus rating and on a scale of 1-10 10 being the highest I give it a big whopping 10.

This place is an odd mix of a small greek restaurant and a sit down restaurant. When you walk in you expect to go up to the counter and order but you are asked to sit at a table and be served. Everything is very clean and the cook is all dressed up like an upscale chef with a presentation kitchen area. The interior is more akin to a serve yourself restaurant and there isnt enough service needed to require a server to take care of you.

Really good food for a great price. Restaurant is kept clean and staff is friendly. Restrooms are also very clean and stocked with soft toilet tissue. Menu has a lot of selections for dinner plates, salads, pita wraps, and gyros. Great place to take a date or just relax after work. Staff is friendly and helpful. Out door seating is available if you want to enjoy the weather when it is nice.

They had gyros 6 to 8 months ago that had a flavor all their own and so delicious. Not any more. Very bland and ordinary. Very disappointed. Ordered the Greek fries and they were half of what we had gotten in the past. They were undercooked also. Did they change ownership? Again, very disappointed, will not be returning.

We ALWAYS make it a point to come here for local Greek and American food when were in Mesa. The food is always fantastic and now that they are serving beer and wine, its even better!! Now I can bring my wife for a nice wine dinner or even some buddies to grab some beers. What more do you want? Highly recommend!!

If you like rude service, this is the place for you. The guy behind the register, who I assume is the owner, is a real piece of work. And I get the sense that his employees fear him. He doesnt deserve my business. Plus, the place is overpriced and they nickel and dime you for everything.

Ordered a chicken gyro... Took forever to receive my order. They didnt use cucumber sauce and hated it. Also the service was terrible.,, and instead of trying to correct the problem they gave me hard time and then wanted to charge me 50 cents for a cup to go. Very disappointing,

Always super good and fresh. The family and employees are really friendly, and the portions are a good size. The only bad thing is it can get really packed at lunch time causing a fair delay in getting your food, but it tells you something about how popular the place is.

this place is a dump, the owner is rude, I saw ants in the food, stay away, this place should be shut down, its over priced for the quality, the owner is referred by staff as the soup nazi, its dirty, and low quality, as a Greek American, I am upset about this place

This is probably one of my most favorite places to eat in Mesa. It is not a huge chain and that makes the food very authentic. The owners of this place seem to be very interested in taking care of their customers because the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Weve been eating here off and on for a couple years now and its just a great little cafe. Its always clean, the decor is nice, the food is good, and the staff are friendly. The menu is basic, but the prices are reasonable and we havent had anything bad yet.

The food is great but the staff every time Ive been in has been awkward with me. Like I have two heads or something. They just seem uncomfortable to be serving my Bf and I. I tell him its because we must look like celebrities...but seriously its strange.
