Service was horrible. I had gone through the drive through and my drink order was I correct, when I attempted to have the gal at the window correct my drink by POLITELY asking for the correct drink, her initial response was, "Im very busy and have customers." I was dumbfounded and taken back, Ive never received a response like that. I then responded, "I dont care if youre busy and have customers, I just received the wrong order that I PAID for, so please correct YOUR mistake." She then stared at me for about a minute as if to hopefully have me give up, Im assuming, which I stayed and reminded her again I was a paying customer she gave the wrong order to. She finally took my incorrect drink and brought my correct order, ONLY AFTER I asked for the owners information. Unfortunately that was not the end of this story, the food was barely Luke warm by the time I got home, I literally live around the corner less than 5 minutes away and was in a car. The food was bland tasting regarding the combination plates, I ordered two different combo plates, and the two different burritos were actually cold like they came out of the fridge, lastly the deserts werent even made in house and were the quality of a generic low cost and low quality Flan, Walmart sells better tasting Flan and three times the size for half the price. I will NEVER RETURN to this place and will make sure I inform my family and friends of the poor quality!

If youre expecting some fine dining experience, this is not your place, some of the comments ive seen about this place are hilarious, and are from some food ponces and dont understand mexican food in the slightest, if you dont like this place head on down to cafe rio to get your "mexican" First, I work by this place, and I usually head over for breakfast about once a week, Ill judge by the things ive tried, Churros, I have a weak spot for churros, ask for the caramel churro, Ill eat one for breakfast I dont care, they are that good. My favorite burrito is the Texano (Chicken, potatoes, cheese and sour cream) its a simple burrito but its pretty great, The chorizo is good (I always ask for no potatoes so i get more chorizo) The cheese enchiladas are as expected. Shreeded beef burrito is good, but either have a a huge appetite, or split it with somebody, its big, and the tortilla will go soggy if you try to save the rest for later, the rice and beans are good. I like the employees here, the chef in the back seems like a nice fellow, he even accepted my request for a churro at 8am, with a smile, the guys that usually are at the counter are friendly, and will answer your questions about the food without hesitation.

Truly good food. Its definitely comfort food, its fast, its greasy, its terribly unhealthy, and the portions are of ungodly size. Its been a favorite among my family and friends, and I cant think of any place Id rather eat Mexican food. Its the place I took my first girlfriend, and anytime a friend visits from out of town, no matter what time of night (theyre open 24/7, but only the drive through is accessible after a certain point), Gualbertos is on the short list of places to take them. My own favorites? The Lomito Argentino is a sandwich consisting of chopped up ham, steak, bacon, with refreshing guacamole and lettuce with an over easy egg to top it off. The shrimp burrito is almost as messy as it is delicious, in fact, you really cant go wrong with any of the burritos. Chimichangas are also a fantastic selection.

This place is freaking amazing! First off, if you are going to go eat here you know what you are getting yourself into. That being said the food is great! it doesnt always go down great, but the food is really really good and authentic. I always get their breakfast burritos as they seem to be the best and fill you up the most.

They have huge portions sizes here. Plus! Theyre open 24hours dining room and drive thru. Weve always had friendly staff when we come here. And the food comes out hot and fresh (and I mean "probably should let that cool down" hot) They have agua de pina (so like pineapple water) its the best Ive had anywhere.

The food is fairly authentic (except for the TexMex of course). The workers are clearly of Hispanic descent--as English appears to be their secondary language--which is a pro for me. The food is delicious, and prepared quickly. Overall a great experience and a delicious meal.

O.k. so I came here on national burrito day and there was a random patron who brought in a karaoke machine and was singing while waiting for his food. You know its good when English is the second language in the restaurant. Chile Verde was surprisingly tasty as well.

I know all the Betos and Rancheros around Utah are delicious and this one is just as good. The only problem that I have is the fact that you pay about the same amount but you get less. I also wish they would make the guacamole sauce the Ranchero places have.

My boyfriend and I go here all the time and can share any plate and be full when we leave. Above that, it has the best service, and is far superior to rancheritos, and any other fast food mexican place in taste and quality. I love this place. Ps. Tacocat.

This place is just fine. Basically Betos. The employees work quick, and the price is fair. My go to is the ham breakfast burrito. I prefer to get it to go and put some Pace Picante Hot sauce on it since the sauce from in store makes me sick.

I ordered a chicken "burrito", and it was literally chicken wrapped in a tortilla. Nothing else. No rice, beans, cheese etc. Who does that? Whats worse, the lady looked at me like as if it was my first chicken burrito. Unbelievable.

Good portions but the quality of the food was not impressive. I was sadly disappointed with my bacon breakfast burrito. The potatoes in the burrito out populated the other stuff and they were undercooked. Their sauces suck as well.

I eat here once a week. The food tastes great and the employees are very nice. I get the chicken burrito alot because its healthy ( just tender jucy chicken no extras) and tastes great. Try this place, you will like it.

Stopped here once for a breakfast burrito on the recommendation of a friend. Wasnt really that impressed. Menu was confusing so maybe I didnt get what my friend had mentioned. Maybe the lunch selection is better.

Food is terrific...always fresh...personnel are courteous and friendly...no nonsense great Mexican food. Try the chili verde...lean and just the right spiciness. All shrimp dishes are great.

This is our goto Mexican Restaurant. Coming from So Cal it was hard to find good Mexican food here in Utah. Weve been coming here for 10 years now. We love it

The breakfast burrito was not well put together, and it tasted horrible. Similar places Ive been to have great tasting food, so I was expecting far better.
