This place is a lot better than Betos Ben.The food is excellent. Double negative review here. Only one on food though. I live next door and eat here more than I should. Month ago I got a chimichanga. It was excellent as always. However I got side sauces from the salsa bar; they tasted weird and I was throwing-up 4 hours later. Went and talked with the manager the next day. She told me it was because the sauces were too hot for me.OK. Second negative review is I got fries with my order and I wanted to mix up some fry sauce. ketchup was free but mayo is $.80 about half the price of fries. Stupid.

The spicy guac is reason enough to frequent this place but the bbq burrito is the real reason I keep coming back. The quality goes down a little bit as the night moves forward so I try to make it before 10:00pm. If this wasnt the case I would have given it 5 stars, no doubt. The food is also well priced which I why I wish I could give it a 4.5

I have tried a ton of Mexican Food places and hands down Mezquite is the best. Their breakfast burritos are fairly priced and evenly proportioned, they have awesome deserts and they always have someone running the window that speaks clear English and there isnt that miscommunication like you find at other Mexican restaurants.

This place is awesome. The quality of food for the price is ridiculous. Their burritos are massive and flavorful and authentic. Their chile rellenos will astound you, theyre so good. And if youre craving a good tamale (which happens to me regularly) give this place a try.

I enjoy their breakfast burritos, and most of the time their food is pretty good, but tonight we got carne asada fries, and we get these pretty regularly and they are very good. But tonight it most definitely has canned meat on it. - bad form Mezquite.

Best bacon breakfast burrito in Utah. They are consistent. The quality and the options of their sauces is outstanding as well. It is sad when I go to other places hoping to get similar results and they just cant pull it off as well as Mezquita.

The only drive thru Mexican food that is equal to or better than ranch. The breakfast burritos are amazing and the Chile Verde plate is almost life changing. The meat was falling apart on my fork and the sauces are great.
