OVERVIEW Came here during lunchtime for with some guys from work. LOCATION Located along the busy 123rd South near the freeway is a great place to be identified, but can be challenging to get to during rush hour. PRICE For a meal it was a little pricier than I was expecting it came to a little more than 10 bucks. PRODUCT/SERVICE I got the Swiss Mushroom Burger with a side of sweet potato fries and a medium drink. The burger was good, but I found it rather greasy as I found it constantly trying to slide off the top bun. There was lots of shredded lettuce and onions. I like there was more than less, and this case found it obnoxiously excessive. I was a little disappointed in the quantity of sweet potato fries considering the individual price. No real comment on the drink, I think the coke had ran out of syrup as the flavor was quite off. EMPLOYEES The cashier was rather nice despite the fact they were in the middle of a lunch rush. He even complimented my menu choice. One thing that I found bothersome was that a few employees were speaking Spanish. I have nothing against Hispanic employees, (and I can speak Spanish as well), but find it rude when they are speaking Spanish within earshot of people that dont understand. Not only that but I believe one of them had said a vulgarity, as a result of all the orders coming in. Not very professional.

I paid 7$ for a ham and cheese sandwich and fries. There was not any cheese on half the sandwich and the fries were soggy. I decided that I didnt want it and I went to return the food that I I had not taken a bite of and get my cash back and got ripped a new one by the owner saying that this is how this place has been for 30 years and then his food is great. It was garbage. I showed it to him and he said that shows how big the cheese slices are I mean the attitude on this guy my gods . I have been a professional chef for many years and if somebody doesnt like your food you take it back and give them their money back not cause a scene in front of other guests . Personally attacking me saying I have a problem I cannot believe this ass hat . I will never ever go back to this garbage restaurant

My wife went in to get a gluten free burger. As she watched the cooks prepare it she noted that they did not prevent any cross contamination. Same surfaces, same utensils, and same gloves they used to prepare other food. She asked for a manger and he came out dirty, hat backwards and a huge chip on his shoulder. She relayed, nicely, what his staff had done wrong and he was rude, refused to refund her money, and told her to get the F#$% out and never to come back to his store. Apparently he is the owners son, George. I will never patronize an Astro Burger again. Besides, Crown Burger and Apollo Burger are pretty much the same and have better food. There is an Apollo Burger a half mile west.

Customer Service, Astro Burgers has it! Due to a heavy customer presence (loud) on 4 November 2016, I was not able to hear my order number being called. After sometime, I went to the front counter where I learned my order was called 20 minutes prior. Even though my missed order was completely my fault, the on duty manager went ahead and put my order in and personally delivered it to me. Now that is customer service above reproach. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend Astro Burgers for your next meal.

Ive been going to Astro Burgers for years and I absolutely love it. I would give it 5 stars but most people consider it to be a tad on the greasy side. Their pastrami burger is definetly a local favorite as well as mine. You can get everything from pastrami burgers and cheese fries (as seen) to gyros and kabobs. If youre celiac or gluten free like me you can find delicious gluten free buns and fries. Highly recommended!

Their food is good, but it took them over 15 minutes to get my breakfast out to me and I ended up being late to work, which is only two minutes away from their location, because of it. Also, they kept looking out the drive-thru window with smirks on their faces, and instead of the two workers both cooking, the one just stood their chatting for a while before deciding to work. Its so irritating!

What can I say about Astro Burgers that probably hasnt been said already? Plain and simple, they have awesome burgers. They also have a great variety for the picky eater. One day you could eat a burger, another day you could have a greek lunch. Its pretty amazing the food that they server here and I just cant have enough of it. Come to Astro Burgers and youll understand my obsession.

First time eating here, as we live out of state. The owner/manager was training the person taking our order, and he was more than happy to explain what came on every burger. I appreciate that he was patient with our indecision. The place was clean, food was good, and the owner/manager thanked us as we left with a smile. Wish we had a place like this in southern California!

Freshest hamburger in West Jordan and Draper. I love that they make your food after you order it plus that make a killer bacon egg and cheese sandwich for dinner. The restaurant is clean and the staff was on point. Well done! Support local business. Astro is family owned by Utahns. Their shakes are amazing. I could go on and on. Just go there!!!!

I absolutely love these burgers. I dont have one close to where I live in Lehi, so I take every chance I get, to stop here for lunch or dinner. Theyre not over priced, and give you a good amount of food for the price. The service is always friendly and quick. I will continue to stop by any time I can.

High Price for Low Quality - $13 and my burger was wrong, and fries are totally raw. Not even edible. Didnt notice until I drove all the way home. Incredibly disappointing. One of my favorite places that I wont be back to. Theres a bunch of similar crown/olympus locations nearby.

Not all places are equal and what I mean by that is this is the BEST Astro Burger of the bunch. Now dont get me wrong, Im not saying the other Astro Burgers are no good Im just saying this is the best tasting one of the bunch for me and my shop workers.

My husband and I fight about which of the burgers are the best of the Astro and Apollo. Astro always wins hands down. They always give you extra fry sauce in the drive through and they are the best of the best. I love going there on cheat days.

Gluten free! They take gluten free serious here and we are thankful! Gluten free fries and buns or amazing lettuce wraps. They customize my order happily and correct everytime. Love the punch card and comfy booths.

I will never go here again due to the disgusting food and the ass hole of a manager George. You ask for a chicken sandwich and walk out with a F-ing gyro. Should have known to stick to Apollo!
