Our family was very excited to try your new South Jordan location. Just behind my family a gentleman walked in with "FXXX" on both sides of his hat. I had 5 children with me (4 of which were under 10) and was asked questions about why this individual was wearing this type of hat. My husband kindly asked him to remove his hat as we were under the impression your establishment was family oriented. He said he would but didnt. He was sitting where my family had a direct view of his hat. So, I talked to your manager Carlos and informed him of what was going on. He shrugged his shoulders at me and went to the back room for at least 10 minutes in what appeared to be an attempt to hide from the situation. He then came back to front, looked at me and went about his business. Based on this experience, while the food was great, it is very apparent to me that your establishment is not family oriented, and you have hired management who has no idea how to deal with conflict resolution. As this type of vulgarity may be acceptable in some public areas, I was appalled that this was deemed acceptable in what I thought was a family restaurant. To protect my kids from this type of behavior in the future, we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

The burger was juicy and the fries were crispy on the outside and soft in the inside, just how i like it. I felt the service was pretty good. They werent as fast as the general fast food burger joints but they make up for it in the quality. It was similar in style with InNout, but you can taste a difference. One is not better than another. It is all about your personal taste. My only negative I had with my order is that I was unaware that cheese is extra. I made my order, a double char, and they asked if I wanted cheese on it. I usually am not asked that in other burger joints and assumped that cheese is always included in every burger and so I promptly responded "of course." It was only after I looked at the receipt that I realized that I was charged an extra .50 cents for the cheese. I think they should have mentioned that the cheese is extra on my burger. It was still pretty tasty and filling.

Although this place is a fairly popular chain, the food and service is no where near ordinary. I often hear this place being compared to In-N-Out Burger, and that sentiment isnt far from the truth. The service is almost always fast and efficient. The food itself is also very impressive, with a few more options for others who may not want just a burger. They also have a decent kids menu, which delivers the same quality food as the main menu. The restaurant is clean and they always seem to have the correct number of staff members to keep the lines down. My only complaint is that the prices are a teeny bit high, especially for just a burger combo. However, if youre willing to pay youll get a pretty great meal. And, as a native Californian, I would prefer The Habits fries over In-N-Outs! Overall, great place to go if youre craving a pretty solid burger.

The food here is unique and amazing. It seems very upscale and modern but yeah that its hard is a simple Burger and Fries operation. One of the things that makes it incredible is the Char taste that is cooked into every Burger so that you feel when you bite into it as if you are back in a backyard barbecue. They use good meat and all the burgers are cooked to a tender medium well. The only reason this place did not get 5 stars is simply because of the absolute lack of seating. That being said the staff was quick to get available space is clean just try and stay ahead of the rush

Habit has some great burgers. The Santa Barbara burger is quite tasty, I enjoy the sourdough bread it comes on. The teriyaki burger along with the fries and fry sauce are also pretty good. My only gripe is that during the ordering process they always interrupt you to "call the order back". I dont understand why they cant do it after Ive paid. They also are very verbose when dealing with you, it seems to make the ordering process take twice as long as it should. This location also has very limited seating. If youre in a group over 4, good luck sitting together.

The perfect blend of quality and price. One of my new favorite places to get a burger, fries, and a drink for around $8. The burger is delicious, the grilled onions on it are simply fantastic. The sweet potato and regular french fries are both delicious. Fry sauce is a plus. Service is pretty speedy and polite. Its not the best burger Ive ever had, but its really tough to beat for the price. A nice change from the typical fast food burger.

You walk into The Habit and youll find that it almost always has a line. While I tend to not be a huge beef eater, my girlfriend loves the hamburgers, and Ill usually go for the Tuna burgers. All of the burgers are good. The Habit also makes some amazing side dishes. I love love the tempi fried green beans. The Onion Rings are amazing, and Ill some times drown it all in a shake as well.

The food is very good so I will give them that. The reason for two stars is that of the three times my family has eaten there they have given us an incorrect to go order twice. The lady that gives you your meal reads off what your order is so there shouldnt be a need to double check it. Ill be checking my to go order from now on. The food is good but make sure to check your to go order.

Very good burgers. Cooked to order with first-rate ingredients. The service is generally very quick and the restaurant is clean and inviting. The Teriyaki Burger is delicious and messy. Their house-made strawberry limeade is awesome (I only wish it was chilled so it doesnt get watered down when it hits the ice). Try the tempura green beans!

Was excited to try this new restaurant. Asked if the vegetarian burger was a black bean patty. Server assured me it was. It was not. Not only was it weird faux meat it was slimy. So gross. I was terribly disappointed. When I let the server know so she wouldnt misinform others, she gave me tons of attitude and turned her back on me.

Love their green bean fries with ranch and the Santa Barbara style burger. The shakes are not very good. But the limeade is great! And I did not like the salad I got once. Shredded lettuce and a bit of chicken. But the charburgers and sandwiches are fantastic. This location is quick, clean, and consistent.

Nice atmosphere.and friendly service. But the high-tables were hard to get into and Im medium height. The bench was not secured so it flipped up when getting out. The portobello burger lacked flavor. Would try again though.

Excellent burgers! There onion rings very good and they have a tasty Fri Sauce out of one of those pumper things, I love that. Also have good ice teas and a delicious lemonade along with there sodas.
