Third trip here over the last 3 months and as new gourmet burger joints go, this is a pass. Cool themes, and patio, but the burgers suck. The "brioche" buns crumble in your hand, and taste as if they were made last year. The "Classic Lushburger" which I would assume is the flagship, was a bland tasting mediocre piece of low grade beef. The China Mist iced Tea was cloudy, and ill themed as taste goes for a burger joint. Stick with plain old Tea as a default with fresh lemon, and jazz up the other choice, but dont fruit them both up. Ordering at the counter, and waiting for your food to be served to you by a person is half awkward. Either hire wait staff, or complete the pitch at the counter and call the number. Its easier.

Ok, I dont know what these other reviewers are talking about - although I admit I didnt try the turkey or money (Kobe) burger. Our party of four had the Lush Burger and Infusion Burger(s) - they were seriously good. Very flavorful beef with a perfectly toasted bun. Food was cooked exactly as we ordered it. The fries are not as good at the Smash Burger - Smash Fries with Rosemary but decent. Onion Rings are good. Great atmosphere to go along with the excellent food. Give this one a try. We will be back - soon. This is one of the very best burger places in town - better than The Grind in my opinion which was rated number one by the AZ Republic. Thank you Lush Burger ... just need one in Chandler now!

The service is absolutely terrible. I walk in for Lunch and there is only 2 waiters for the entire packed place. We stood by the door for 10 minutes for someone to seat us and finally just decided to leave. This was our second time back (the only reason why was because we had a coupon). The manager of the place was just sitting there doing nothing while plate after plate of food was at the kitchen window. 3 plates from the same table were sent back while we waited to be seated. the first time we went was okay. Ther service was still terrible but at least they sat us. e burgers are over rated and the fried are okay. Its not worth it.

We stumbled upon Lush Burger last night after a day boating on Bartlett Lake. We often return from the Lake with 3 hungry and tired children and we are so glad we have found this place. The food was good and a nice twist on tasty fast food. We were thrilled to buy a bottle of wine at half off which is the Sunday special on EVERY bottle of wine ALL DAY every Sunday. The kids loved the "Wikki Stix" they were given to play with while we had a short wait for our food. The staff were friendly and attentive and we will definitely make this our regular stop. Well done Lush Burger!

Ate dinner here twice when they first opened. Decided not to return for several reasons including, number of children present, including at bar. Drove buy tonight and figured since they were still in business, perhaps they got their act together. No such luck, slow kitchen, food for both people in my party is prepared one level below doneness ordered. 80% done eating before waitress checks on us, argues over doneness level, never sends Mgr over. Its the little things that add up to one large fail, to many other options available to go back. #Lushburgerfail

First time here, had high expectations. Place was very busy for a lunch crowd on Monday. Reading the menu some of the burgers sounded delicious and out of this world. We decided to try the lushios infusion and the hangover, we tried one with fries and the other with chips since we were going to share, Im sorry to say that they were average, not anything to write home about and nothing to really rave about. There couldve been so much more....Service was unimpressive and at times nonexistent, it was a $35 lunch that was way over priced.

Nice place for a burger joint with a surprisingly diverse menu. I did the nightly slider special. I think the "regular" slider order that my neighbor had looked a bit better, but my three "special" sliders good. Great bar selection as well. Ive been back and tried the "regular" sliders and they were great. Also brought my daughter and the corndog and the house made potato chips were a hit!

Met a friend there for lunch. Menu items looked good. When the food arrived the burger was *tiny*. I ordered mine without a bun and the size was just laughable. My friends burger had a bun and you literally couldnt see the meat. It tasted good... but we paid $35 for two burgers and a soda... and afterwards I really wanted to hit up the McDonalds next door... I was still hungry.

We noticed management organizing a table beside us as well as one on the other side of the patio. After we ordered, 15 little boys were seated beside us with their parents seated as far away as possible. They screamed and fought till we left without finishing our food or wine. Management should have warned us when we sat down. We will never go back

Good to better, Under new ownership , and IMHO has gotten better! Service was solid and food is from high quality ingredients . Strongly, recommend the bacon cheeseburger, fantabulous! Why only 4 stars , 1st nothings perfect & 2nd I cant believe Im saying this is the bacon was a little thick , yes my only issue was the thick tasty bacon

The burgers are huge with fresh ingredients. The homemade chips are absolutely the best! Last time I was there I got an extra order of the chips to take home. Interesting and comfortable inside. Booths and tables and a bar. Overall very nice but a bit small. The size does add to the cozy ambience. Staff is excellent.

Just had to tell everyone how awesome this place is! Best burgers and veggie burgers in town. And our server was so friendly and right on the ball with anything we wanted. My favorite would have to be the incredible onion rings. We will definitely be telling our friends...and coming in as often as we can. Thanks!

Ordered the Turkey Cobb Burger. Best turkey burger Ive ever had! Had the perfect amount of ingredients and plenty of bacon and blue cheese and fresh avacado. They didnt skimp on any ingredients. It was seasoned perfect hot and fresh with a good amount of hot fresh fries. Wish I lived closer! Will definitely be back.

Burger was WAY overdone - like cardboard. House chips were also extremely overcooked and fried to the point of being completely tasteless. Wings werent very meaty and were rather dry. There are better places if youre looking for this type of cuisine/atmosphere - very difficult to recommend this place.

I had the yee-haw burger (western burger) and I guess I was expecting it to have more flavor. Wasnt a huge fan. Although, I wasnt really a fan of SmashBurger burgers either so maybe that will give people an idea. To me, these burger places arent anything exciting.

I eat here often! The home-made potato chips are to die for! The salads are huge and delicious. As for the burgers, you can get what you want, the way you want it. Happy hour deals are wonderful. Finally, the pizza is an excellent choice!
